Step out of the car and breathe in the smell of the waves as you step into 4 Y Bonc, is newly renovated, spacious and light home-from-home. Minutes from the beach and all that Rhosneigr has to offer, 4 Y Bonc maximises the space, light and views available in the property by its ‘upside down' arrangement. With the open-plan living area upstairs you benefit from being bathed in natural daylight. The fully fitted kitchen, dining and living area, together with the walkout balcony, make the most of the natural flow of this property and allow for a relaxed and easy holiday living.

So, let's start with the bedrooms!



Sleeping arrangements:

There are three bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests and all of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. These bedrooms remain cosy in winter and cool in summer so its the best of both worlds!

The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor. Equipped with a shower over bath, washbasin and WC.



Living, dining & cooking

The open-plan living, dining & kitchen area upstairs features high ceilings and clerestory windows which illuminate the space with natural light.

The spacious living room is furnished with two sofas, flat screen wall-mounted TV and a dining table to seat six guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a modern breakfast bar which the kids will love for breakfast and snacks.. It's a great space families to all muck in and make dinner together turning the bar into a pizza line, but it also offers enough partician that kids can relax and watch cartoons after a busy day on the beach and adults can sit with a drink and nibble.



Outdoor space

4 y Bonc has a private enclosed garden with Astroturf - perfect for kids and pets playtime, and a decked space with seating and table for a morning coffee in the sun or sunset aperitif.

The management team live in the village and will ensure that everything is as it should be, ahead of your arrival and are always on call throughout your stay.
All of our properties comply to all Fire Safety Regulations We've invested in our own laundry unit, providing hotel quality satin white towels and bed linens for each of our properties. All properties have a Welcome Folder to help familiarise guests with the property, the local area and the island

All about Rhosneigr

Winner of the Green Coast seaside award, Rhosneigr is a lovely village situated on the beautiful west coast of Anglesey. It's a fantastic location no matter the weather or season.

The village has two brilliant golden sand beaches, which are great for water sports, particularly wind and kite surfing. In fact, Rhosneigr has become a windsurfing and kite surfing mecca attracting enthusiasts from all over Britain.

Around the island, there are lots of other pretty coves and bays where you can enjoy open swimming and safe child-friendly bathing, beach strolls, rock pool exploring and sand castle competitions!

Cycling is another great way to explore the island with a 120 mile perimeter to explore and plenty of rural trails so that you can explore the scenic countryside. The countryside stretches for miles inland with magnificent views of the Snowdonia Mountains and Llyn Peninsula.

Rhosneigr village itself has a great selection of restaurants and friendly bars, it even has a chip shop if you fancy fish and chips on a Friday. And so that you don't have to eat out every day during your holiday, the local general stores provide everything you need to cook and dine at home.

Rhosneigr also has a surf shop (also offering lessons) and other shops that you would expect to find on the coast.

Fancy a round of golf? Anglesey Golf Club is just five minutes drive from Rhosneigr village!

Located 15 minutes from the A55, Holyhead 10 miles, Bangor 22 miles and the base of Snowdon is only 40 minutes away (with the wind behind you!).

Anglesey is a great destination for any holiday with so much to offer: beautiful landscapes, gorgeous coastal walks, water sports and family activities galore, as well as cultural and monumental attractions for those looking to learn more about the history of the region.
