Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Well stocked, clean, easy to walk around the area to restaurants, and the beautiful beach across the street. Great communication from the owner. I would definitely stay here again.

Very easy check in, convenient to all locations, clean, SUPER comfortable bed and couches. The kitchen had everything we would need and found the small binoculars in the drawer under the microwave!! a win for looking at whales :) There is a washer/dryer combo. I was a bit confused about that in the listing so that was a plus! Would definitely book again

This is my 4th time staying at this unit and I can’t say enough about the hosts, location, amenities and cleanliness. The hosts provide excellent communication and quick responses to any questions. The unit itself is beautiful and clean. It has all the amenities you will need ! Highly recommend this unit.

Enjoyed our stay

A nice renovated condo. Well organized kitchen, comfortable bed and Murphy bed, lots of beach equipment. It was quiet in Building 2, with no traffic noise. Maui Vista is a great location, very close to Charlie Young Beach. All good, we would stay there again.

Best equipped condo in 40 years of visiting Kihei. Very quiet property and a 1/2 block walk to a fantastic beach. Easy walk to shopping and many restaurants.

Great location, easy parking near the condo, the kitchen is fully equipped and so many extra for the beach included. Probably our best VRBO rental ever. 10/10

Great, quiet location. Peeks toward the ocean but with a nicely shaded lanai. Well stocked and well cared for (like new!) items. Sharp knives were a treat! We had a beautiful week at this unit in the centre of it all.

Comfortable Condo

I have stayed twice this year for 3 weeks at a time. in Feb. and most recent Nov. I would recommend the unit but there were considerably more bugs and cockroaches this last time even though they routinely schedule pest control. No fault of the owners. Mahalo~

Perfect condo and location in Kihei!

My family loved our stay in Kihei! The condo was clean and well kept. Check-in process was a breeze and easy to understand. The listing was complete with everything required including beach equipment, bonus points for the wagon! Becca, the property owner, responded well and quick to answer all of my questions. The location is perfect for all families. Charlie Young beach is across the street from the condo complex and walking distance to many restaurants and stores. My family and I will be back in the near future. Thank you!

Great location

Very nice condo. Great location and the AC works great! Only negative is that the walls are paper thin...I could hear the man on the other side of the wall snoring like he was next to me in bed....I had to turn on white noise to drown him out. Condo is clean and well represented on VRBO pictures. Front office is basically of no help at all, she couldn't even give me definitive directions on how to find the building.

Location is great. The beach is just across the road from the condo

The kitchen in the condo is very well equipped. Having the filtered water dispenser saved on buying bottled water. Having all the paper products supplied was a nice perk. The lighting in the condo could be upgraded it is quite dark. You need to use the lights during the day in the common area. All in all I would rate this condo a 7 out of 10

We are happy to say that we have been able to take your comments and begin some upgrades to the lighting. Just this week, we were able to change out all the lightbulbs to LED daytime bulbs so that the condo has a more natural daylight feel during the light hours. We also purchased a new movable standing LED lamp so that anyone can get extra light where they need. We discussed with a contractor some ideas that will be happening in the coming future as well. Excellent!

First, thank you so much, Becca, for reaching out to us during the Maui fires. It was a little scary, but we were fine. Excellently located in Kihei, close to the beach (walking distance) and short walk to nice restaurants, the condo was very clean and we felt safe and secure. The condo was well-equiped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, rice cooker, tupperware, beach towels and well stocked with « welcoming » toilet paper rolls, soap and shampoo, cooking spices, etc. We did not have to worry much for our 1st week- whatever we needed for cooking, toiletries or going to the beach was well organized and easy to find. The fridge and freezer has a water and ice dispenser, which is also great to have. We would fill the water bottles with ice and water before our hikes, and it helped keep us cooled and hydrated throughout the day. (On that note, Hawaiian drinking water is wonderful… much better than any bottle of water you can buy). We are a family of four- all adult sized- and this one-bedroom one bath was still comfortable. We easily made the murphy bed every night, and put it up every morning. We were worried at first about the bed firmness due to previous back injury and the fact that the master bedroom bed is quite plush (at least for our standard). However, I am not sure if it is due to the amazing time that we spent in Maui, but we slept well and did not suffer anything from the lack of firmness.

Excellent place and location

You won’t find a better place for the price to stay in Maui. We stayed from Dec 1 thru the end of March. About Kihei: wonderful little town on the dry side of Maui. A lot more laid back versus places to the South or North on Maui. About Maui Vista: An excellent property right across the street from Charley Young Beach. Concrete block buildings, so you never hear the neighbors. Well maintained and landscaped. BBQ grills cleaned daily. Shops and restaurants 2-3 blocks in both directions. Complex is very secure and safe. Never any problems. Maui Vista has 3 buildings. This unit is on the second floor. So you are away from busy Kihei Road. Very , very quiet. North facing lanai, which was very comfortable all day. When the front and bedroom windows are open the unit stays comfortable, only used the AC three times in Four months. Comfortable king bed with a queen Murphy bed in living room. Everything for Kitchen use , bathroom use and beach use. BBQ grills are one minute from the unit. Becca is very easy to work with. Communicated quickly. Never had to call the on site manager in 4 months. Living room and bedroom T V. A lot of cable channels plus streaming services. All in all I can’t imagine a better complex or a better unit for the money. Jim

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung - Hier macht man gerne Urlaub.

Da auch viele deutsche auf Maui Urlaub machen, schreibe ich meine Bewertung auf deutsch: Sehr schöne, saubere Ferienwohnung. Der tolle Sandstrand befindet sich auf der anderen Straßenseite. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Handtücher für das Badezimmer und den Strand etc.. Sehr schön sind die bequemen Tommy Bahamas Strand Stühle mit den dazugehörigen Sonnenschirm. Man kann so den Tag voll am Strand ausnutzen. Wer sich in die Wellen des Pazifischen Ozean schmeißen will, für den sind auch zwei Body Boards vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz und Klimaanlage sind ebenso vorhanden. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind im näheren Umfeld schnell zu erreichen. Aber bedenkt, Maui ist preislich nicht mit dem Festland zu vergleichen, hier ist alles viel teurer als man es sonst aus den USA kennt. Kihei ist der perfekte Standort um Maui kennen zulernen, man ist schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel. Ihr werdet euch in dieser Ferienwohnung wohlfühlen. Wenn ihr überlegt zu buchen, bucht! Wir wollen unsere Woche hier nicht missen.

A slice of paradise

This was a wonderful location and the owners have thought of everything. But the beach made across the street, and a house full of all beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers Dash this is a wonderful place for anyone looking for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend!

Amazing unit

Awesome accommodations! The unit was extremely well stocked . Nicely renovated. Close to everything. Everything needed for the beach, for cooking etc . I believe it wouldn’t be great for long term rental without a proper washer and dryer . Loved it !! Will be back !

Cute condo in a fantastic location

The condo is very small but that was ok with us as we were just really looking for a place to sleep while we adventured. It is nicely appointed and in the best location. There were some issues with cockroaches like several other reviewers mentioned but they had just had it sprayed before we arrived and they came during out stay and checked again. After the second visit we didn't see a single one. I would imagine that this took care of the issue. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The owners were great about communicating and it is really in a lovely spot. Thank you again!
