Unsere schöne 3 Schlafzimmer Eigentumswohnung in der exklusiven Bellresguard Entwicklung, die nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom berühmten Pine Walk entfernt ist, entlang einer der schönsten Sandbuchten im Mittelmeer zu der charmanten Küstenstadt Puerto Pollensa mit seinen familienfreundlichen Restaurants , Bars und Annehmlichkeiten.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Klimaanlage / Heizung und elektrische Ventilatoren sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen großen Balkon neben dem Wohnzimmer und bietet direkten Blick auf den Pool und die angelegten Gärten.
Die Küche / Ess-und Wohnbereich sind offen gestaltet. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und führt zu einem separaten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und großem Waschbecken zum Waschen von sandigen Kleidern und Badebekleidung. Es gibt ein bequemes L-förmiges Sofa für Ruhe und Entspannung. In der Lounge befindet sich eine Sicherheitsbox.
Es gibt einen Tisch und Stühle auf dem Balkon mit einer ausziehbaren Markise. Und Highlight der Wohnung ist der alleinige Zugang zu der atemberaubenden großen Dachterrasse, die Meer- und Bergblick genießt.
Der Balkon ist ideal für ein entspanntes Frühstück und die Dachterrasse zum Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt einen gemeinsamen kinderfreundlichen 3-stöckigen Swimmingpool mit Sonnenterrasse und Liegestühlen.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer erhöhten Position auf der Rückseite der Bellresguard Entwicklung, so ist es eine der wenigen Wohnungen, die sowohl Panorama-Blick auf das Meer und die Berge bieten und auf der Rückseite ist in einer ruhigen Lage .. Die Dachterrasse ist 75 Quadratmeter und Vorteile von einem eingebauten Grill, Waschbecken, gibt es eine Außendusche und Garten. Es gibt mehrere Liegestühle, Holztisch, Holzstühlen unter einer Pagola mit versenkbarer Abschirmung. Die Dachterrasse steht ausschließlich unseren Gästen zur Verfügung.
Die drei Schlafzimmer sind komfortabel, zwei haben direkten Blick auf den Pool und die Sonnenterrasse. Die Zimmer haben Rollläden, wenn sie geschlossen sind, bieten sie eine "Black Out" -Funktion in den Zimmern selbst. Die Fensterläden bieten auch eine zusätzliche Sicherheitsfunktion für die Wohnung.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Doppelbett und ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche. Es gibt einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank im Schlafzimmer, Nachttische und Nachttischlampen.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Pool verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengeschoben werden können, um ein Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Nachttische und Nachttischlampen zu schaffen.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist kleiner und hat einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank, wir haben einige Kleiderbügel für Sie bereitgestellt. Dieses Zimmer blickt auf die Rückseite der Anlage
Das zweite und dritte Schlafzimmer teilen sich das Badezimmer mit Dusche von der inneren Halle.
In einer Seitenstraße neben dem Apartmentgebäude stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
An der Vorderseite der Entwicklung ist Store Fermentor ein Mini-Markt / Café / Deli, die eine Reihe von Mahlzeiten serviert, darunter ein tolles Frühstück - auch frisches Brot, Croissants, Kaffee, Eis, Softdrinks, Wein und Bier sind verfügbar.

A lovely week spent at the apartment. It was very clean, perfect for a family with three kids and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool and also the beach nearby. The communication from the host was excellent with very detailed instructions. We enjoyed BBQing on the roof terrace which had a great view. The restaurant at the complex does great food and cocktails.

The apartment was great for a family holiday. It is in a perfect location with all the amenities you could want during your stay. We enjoyed using the roof terrace which has stunning views of the port and mountains. The host Fiona was helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. A lovely sunny week spent at this very well presented property. Everything you could possibly need was at the apartment, great roof terrace and BBQ. We all enjoyed the pool which was quiet most of the time. Great restaurant within a minutes walk (store formentor) that served super food and cocktails.

Super apartment in great location
This was our third visit to Puerto Pollensa and we've always stayed in the Bellresguard area of town as it's quiet but only a few minutes walk to the sea front and restaurants. The apartment was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and the large pool was used most days. There is currently some building work behind the apartment but this had no impact on our stay. Very happy!

Fabulous apartment and pool
Very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Very clean with lovely bedding and very comfortable beds.
Outdoor space is fantastic and you can follow the sun all day or sit in the shade. Plenty of comfortable chairs inside and out. We didn't use the pool but looked fantastic for kids.
Bellresguard is situated very close to the beach and near a well equipped shop/restaurant. It's is a short (beautiful) walk from the main part of the resort. We hired a car but no need as everything within walking distance.

Wonderful apartment
We have just returned from a great week in this apartment. The check in process was very easy with clear instructions received in plenty of time before we arrived and very clear directions for the taxi driver too!
The apartment itself is so well appointed with everything we could possibly need- a real home from home. We ate out most of the time but had we wanted to there was everything needed to cook full meals and plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. We had a problem with the en suite bathroom soon after we arrived, but Fiona sorted this for us straight away so this caused us no inconvenience.
The complex was beautifully kept and we made use of the pool and the gardens. The views from the roof terrace are spectacular and it is just a short walk to Pine Walk and the beach where the sea was warm and calm - a real treat!
All in all we had a wonderful week and highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of visiting Puerto Pollensa.

Delighted that you had a great holiday enjoying the apartment, Bellresguard development and all the Port has to offer, including Pine Walk and the lovely warm sea such treat in late summer and only a stones throw away from the apartment!
Glad the directions and access details to the apartment were easy to follow and that you found the apartment comfortable and the kitchen well equiped. It's great to have plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc should you wish to cook at home and then enjoy eating al fresco either on the balcony or roof terrace. Although as you mention there are plenty of options to eat out in the Port.
Thank you for quickly reporting the problem with the bathroom drawer unit this enabled me to organise a local repair company to attend to it so you were able to make full use of the unti again during your stay.
The roof terrace offers great views, a lovely place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Port, the Mediterranean and the stunning backdrop of the mighty Tramuntana mountains.

Autumn break
We visited Peurto Pollenca in June when we had a two week luxury villa in a quiet spot near to the beach in Manresa with adult family members. Having explored the pine walk area we thought it would be nice for us two to have a short holiday together in this area. How lucky we have been. A truly fabulous apartment in a wonderful development. Fiona most helpful with arranging and advising about car hire and travel and her apartment is EVERYTHING you could wish for. Admit that we have come in the quiet period, but we loved it so much that we are trying to secure a booking for next year, so that we can bring our two young granddaughters in the school holidays. We know it will be a different experience but the pool area, the lovely little beaches 5 mins walk away, the roof terrace and the patio area are just too good an opportunity to pass up. We loved walking down the Pine Walk for coffee, lunch or dinner, even when we cooked at home using the wonderfully clean BBQ
( that makes a change from many previous rentals around the world!) we could pop out for a pre dinner drink to watch the world go by. Recommend the Italian pizza place maybe 10 mins away (the first eating place you come to) book an early table to sit at the front. The local supermarket may be handy but boy is it a rip off for a big shop! Do what Fiona suggests take the trolley and walk into town, stopping on way and on way back. We hired a car as we wanted to go figure accommodation for next year, we looked but needn’t have bothered you can’t beat apartment P Acron. THANKYOU Fiona we will be back.

Wonderful to hear you had a fantastic holiday enjoying all the apartment and development have to offer. Port de Pollenca is such a great resort, it really has something for everyone whether you enjoy being active or prefer a more sedate holiday. Less than 5 min walk from the apartment to the sea front in one direction and not much more to the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains the apartment is well located to offer access to lots to experience for hikers, bird watchers, cyclist, road or trail runners, wind surfers, body boarders, kayakers and paddlers!
Or if you prefer something more sedate the development and apartment are perfect for relaxing on the private roof terrace or lounging by the pool while the children and grandchildren have fun playing.
The shallow waters of the bay provide a haven to paddle or swim. There are lots of other water based experiences on offer with companies providing hire of equipment and or tuition.
And at the end of the day sit back, relax go out and enjoy one of the many restaurants in the Port, walk along the beach front with the family, enjoy a delicious ice cream (or cocktail :) and watch the sunset!
We have planned several upgrades in the apartment for 2020 which we hope you and your family enjoy.

Kann man empfehlen!
Die Unterkunft besticht durch die gute Lage, wenige Meter zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade, kleiner Supermarkt direkt am Wohnkomplex sowie ein Restaurant/Café. Tolle Dachterasse, Wohnung pragmatisch, es ist alles da. Einrichtung so wie auf den Fotos.

The apartment is located in the stunning, archietect designed Bellresguard development with private access to a wonderful three-tiered pool and lovely gardens. Only a short 5 minute stroll to the famous Pine Walk, promenade along to enjoy the fantastic range of restaurants and cafes or settle down with the family on the sandy beach and enjoy a tranquil swim in the Mediterranean. There really is something for all age groups to enjoy in the Development Port!

Mal. Las fotos y comentarios no reflejan adecuadamente el estado actual del inmueble. Le falta un lavado de cara integral, tanto en el piso como en el ático, donde básicamente sólo merece la pena tender la ropa y poco más porque nada del mobiliario está en condiciones de ser utilizado. Espero que los siguientes inquilinos tengan la suerte de que la propiedad decida adecentar el inmueble. He utilizado una aplicación de traducción para leer su reseña, por lo que es posible que algo de lo que dijo se haya perdido en la traducción. Me tomo muy en serio las opiniones de los huéspedes y, obviamente, me siento decepcionado de que usted se sienta insatisfecho.
Todas las fotos representan el apartamento. Se contrata a una empresa local para brindar un servicio de limpieza muy confiable y bueno, no ha habido otras quejas durante 2021 sobre el estándar de limpieza. No se proporciona servicio de limpieza diario, ya que no es un aparthotel.
La inversión continua en el apartamento (2020 - 2021) incluye tanto la ducha como el baño reformados; camas y colchones nuevos en la habitación con dos camas individuales; También se reemplazaron algunos otros muebles y accesorios junto con toallas y ropa de cama. Los planes para reemplazar algunos otros artículos se retrasaron, principalmente debido a los problemas de la pandemia mundial de Covid en curso, la cadena de suministro de Mallorca se ha visto enormemente afectada, esto no es sorprendente, ya que la mayoría de los países (personas e industria) han sufrido, el stock y la entrega de muchos artículos. de los muebles se han visto gravemente afectados.
2021 se reacondicionaron los muebles de madera de la azotea y se compraron nuevas fundas para tumbonas. La pintura se llevó a cabo en 2020.
Nos comunicamos durante su estadía, fue extremadamente desafortunado que el sistema de riego de nuestro vecino fallara, causando daños en el apartamento. Se tomó una acción inmediata para resolver la causa del problema. Se ha completado la redecoración de las áreas afectadas.
Mi objetivo es intentar brindar una experiencia festiva feliz y agradecerles por reconocer que la comunicación fue satisfactoria y, aunque se siente agraviado, lo que lamento, en general su familia disfrutó del desarrollo y sus instalaciones.

Lovely family apartment in good location near the beach and Pine Walk
Good-sized apartment in a block of similar apartments a five min walk from the Pine Walk and beach. Shared pool and grounds well maintained. The apartment has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and a further balcony at the top of the block with a BBQ and tremendous views of the port. Only negative comment is that the furniture is a bit dated but the apartment was nice and clean. Very straightforward check-in with good instructions.

Thank you for your review. Great to hear that your family enjoyed the apartment which is situated in a lovely location in beautiful Port de Pollenca.
Only penthouse apartments in the development have access to large roof terrace areas with garden, solarium (plus outside shower) seating and dining area (with awning) and BBQ.
Overall the development is beautifully maintained with private access to garden and ponds near the swimming pool. At the front of the development there is the friendly bar/bistro for a quick coffee, or a lovely cool thirst drenching beer, a glass of sangria or a local wine! They have a good menu with choice of snacks, meals (and takeaway incl pizza). The supermarket, very handy for those kitchen cupboard essentials.
Should you hire a car there are lots of parking space. Although it is quite easy to walk around the Port with Pine walk along the bay front less than 5 minute walk from the apartment with a large array of restaurants nearby and the pretty town square and market 10 mins walk. Its quite easy - in advance to hire e-bikes and lots of other types of bicycles!
The local bus service is very good, clean and reliable and good choice for visiting local towns on a day out excursion.
Several upgrades are scheduled for the apartment over this current winter period (only time of year that noisy works are permitted on the Island) and I will be posting new photos of the changes when the works are completed in time for 2020 holidays :)

Perfect base for relaxing holiday
We enjoyed a lovely week in this perfectly positioned apartment. Communication and self check-in was easy and the apartment was really comfortable with lovely outside space, pretty gardens/pool and everything we needed for a relaxing week. Just moments to the Pine Walk with all its restaurants, the sand and sea and yet very peaceful and quiet at night. Lovely!

The apartment is as you state ideally located to access the beautiful Pine Walk with access to the large choice of restaurants - there is really something to suit everyones taste in restaurants but it can be best to make reservation to get the table your desire indoors or out on the sea front terrace!
However, the luxury of self catering apartment offers you the opportunity to create your own delicious meal in the well equiped kitchen or on the BBQ and then enjoy dining on the balcony or on the roof terrace and watch the sunset over the mountains!

Lovely complex but apartment a bit tired
This was our first time in Majorca which is absolutely beautiful. The apartment was sufficient for our needs and holds lovely views over the pool. However, for the money we paid we expected more- the apartment is a bit tired and needs upgrading (small damp patches on walls, overused linen and towels, cheap furniture in apartment, broken chair on balcony).
Our kids loved the pool and although we were told not to use any floats in the pool everyone did (which didn’t seem to annoy anyone). WiFi is very basic- which I know is advertised- but we had to use data most of the time as it was so slow. Again- for the price paid I would expect this to be better and not sure it would cost the owner that much to have a decent system in place.
Pool was quiet first week so we had no problem getting beds.
Great shop at complex (store Formentor) with fresh bread and pastries every day. 15 min walk into centre of Pollensa along the Pine Walk which is beautiful.
It was in the 40s when we were there so very hot- aircon in apartment was great.
Overall we had a great holiday but from previous reviews (when booking last year) I expected a better standard of apartment. It all looks a bit tired from overuse.

The apartment furniture, furnishings and fittings are in good working order. It is used mostly by families, naturally there can be wear and tear.
In the second week of your holiday, the apartment was cleaned, linen, towels, bathmats changed (all included in the cost of your holiday) when you described the linen as crisp and the towels as new.
Sorry about the broken balcony chair one of six chairs, only four required. The chair was replaced the following week.
The local climate is humid which along with heatwaves and stormy weather have an impact on the fabric of the apartment inside and out. I am vigilant of any associated effect and sorry if there were any signs of damp during your visit.
Air conditioning is available in all the rooms (not a feature of all apartments) Electricity is expensive in Mallorca this is included in the price of your holiday as are the new Tourism taxes. The air conditioning certainly makes for a more comfortable sleeping environment.
Prior to your visit there had been a gigantic pool inflatable - for 6 people - taken into the pool, it caused a nuisance to other pool users. Following this ‘The Community of Owners’ reiterated rules on pool use. The information I gave was merely guidance and not a warning and I am sorry you interpreted it this way.
The wi-fi performs exactly as described prior to your stay e.g. it is not suitable for streaming movies, playing computer games or downloading large files.
In the last two years maintenance, upgrades and replacements include the master bed, mattress, bedding, towels, bathmats, balcony awning and table, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, hot water tank, DVD player, toaster, pans, crockery, the roof terrace furniture with quality products. Bedroom redecorated in the spring, roof terrace repainted, and garden upgraded and roof terrace. The apartment is maintained, investment is ongoing. The housekeeping staff usually detect and report on any major breakages, damage or damp in the apartment.
I am of course disappointed not to have been given the opportunity to resolve some of issues raised while you were on holiday but pleased that you enjoyed the development, felt satisfied with the apartment and that your family had a good holiday, enjoying the wonderful and beautiful resort during peak holiday season.

I’m so sorry to hear that the apartment wasn’t ready for your arrival. I have discussed this with the housekeeping company and they informed me that when the two cleaners arrived at the apartment it was as you described in your review, it therefore took longer than the usual allocated time to clean, hence they were still there at 3pm but believe they were finished by 4pm. This was unfortunate and I’m sorry for the disappointment this must have caused, but it was good that you were able to make use of the roof terrace while they finished cleaning and that the children were able to enjoy the pool.
We recently purchased some new equipment (including microwave) for the kitchen which we hope you found useful. Its great having so many restaurants nearby but nice to be able to cook in the apartment and eat al fresco on the balcony or roof terrace.
The apartment and pool are very popular with families with school aged children but out-with the school holidays its popular with couples and other groups interesting in bird watching, walking and cycling. Having the pool, sea, mountains, walking trails and cycling routes all nearby it is difficult to decide what to do next, but sitting relaxing on the roof terrace watching the sun set over the mountains is always good option!

Wonderful Apartment
I have been coming to Pollenca for many many years, this is the first time, as a family, we have bought friends with us. The apartment was wonderful, great location in Belresguard and the shared pool is great for families. Ideally located a short stroll from the beach and the I'llador for sundowner cocktails this apartment is fantastic for families. Well equipped with everything you need and a super roof terrace I don't hesitate in recommending this as somewhere to stay in Puerto Pollenca.

The apartment does have superb views onto the beautifully designed swimming pool. We had several family holidays to Puerto Pollensa. It also serves as a great base from which to explore the surrounding coastal towns, Cap de Formentor, old Pollenca and beyond. Bus connections are good.
We enjoy sports, including cycling, swimming, tennis, snorkelling and Puerto Pollensa offers fantastic opportunities for all these and more.
The sandy beaches are child friendly, clean, crystal clear with a safe shallow slope into the Med. Excellent for snorkelling.
Owning the apartment to enable us to more easily visit and because of its great location - one minute to beach/Pine Walk and 10 mins to town centre - quality, relaxed and peaceful surroundings and tremendous private outdoor space.

Puerto Pollensa, immediately felt very family friendly and had retained its period charm with old-style villas, the romantic Pine Walk, beautiful and safe sandy beaches and easy access to the dramatic Cap de Forementor with its hidden bays.
We concentrated our apartment search at the north end of the Pine Walk as it had a very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We looked at several properties in the well regarded Bellresguard development and discovered the stunning roof terrace of this top floor apartment - fortunate as this apartment is in an elevated position at the back of the site and so benefits from both sea and mountain roof terrace views.

The apartment is in a great location as it is one minutes walk to a string of beautiful sandy beaches and the famous Pine Walk. It is only ten minutes easy walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa (via the Pine Walk) which means it is an easy evening stroll to a wide choice of restaurants and bars and yet the apartment itself is in a very quite and peaceful setting.
The Puerto Pollensa has good transport links so you can easily explore different parts of Mallorca (Alcudia, Soller, Palma etc) without the need to hire a car or taxi. We often visit the markets in Pollensa and Alcudia set amongst the towns historic Roman walls.
There are also many walking options around the coastline, inland with a variety of long distance walks through the Tramuntana mountains and of course to nearby Cap de Formentor with its secluded sandy beaches and stunning views.
