Die Villa hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und das Dorf von den Balkonen und Wohnzimmern. Das Anwesen wurde im Jahr 2018 zu einem sehr hohen Standard komplett renoviert und ist gut ausgestattet. Die Renovierung umfasste eine neue, gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit brandneuen Bosch-GerĂ€ten. Beide DuschrĂ€ume haben begehbare Duschen, mit ausgezeichnetem Wasserdruck, beheizte Handtuchhalter, stilvolle moderne WC und Waschbecken und moderne Fliesen. Die Schlafzimmer profitieren von neuen Betten und Matratzen. Der private Pool und die charmanten GĂ€rten sind sehr gut gepflegt und wir haben vor kurzem sehr bequeme Gartenmöbel hinzugefĂŒgt und es gibt viele ParkplĂ€tze vor der Villa. Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, bietet der Strand von Luz, mit seiner großen SandflĂ€che und sicheren Bademöglichkeiten, einen wunderbaren Ort zum Entspannen. TennisplĂ€tze sind zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt ausgezeichnete GolfplĂ€tze in Boa Vista und Espiche nur 10 Minuten entfernt, mit zahlreichen anderen sehr guten GolfplĂ€tzen innerhalb von 15-30 Minuten. Wir haben auch schnellen kostenlosen WiFi-Internetzugang, TV mit allen wichtigen KanĂ€len einschließlich Sky, BT und Zugang zu allen FilmkanĂ€len. GeschĂ€fte zu Fuß erreichbar. Der spektakulĂ€re Meerblick ist ein absolutes Merkmal der Villa. Vom Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer aus zugĂ€nglich, ist der Balkon mit neuen "Rattan" -Möbeln und Sitzkissen ausgestattet.

Even better than described!

We were delighted with our stay. The villa is even better than described and with beautiful views of the sea. The immediate surroundings are lovely and quiet - perfect for relaxing. The resort centre and beach is 5-10 minutes walk away where there are some great places to eat/drink. The specification of the villa is very high and modern, it was exactly what we were looking for. The hosts Cathy and Peter were responsive and helpful with any queries before/during the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Stunning Villa

Have just returned after a 10 night stay in this beautiful villa. The location and view from the balcony is stunning, a joy to see every morning. The Villa is immaculate with every detail imaginable covered-the booking process, check-in details and all information needed was provided making everything so stress free and easy. The owners Cathy & Peter are a pleasure to deal with and the Villa is a real credit to them! We will return at some time in the future. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Wonderful modern villa in a prime position

As a family we have stayed in Luz a number of times renting villas of varying sizes so are very familiar with the area. This villa is in a superb location, raised up in the hills sufficient to have stunning views yet local enough to be able to easily walk to the restaurants and beach. It has been beautifully updated and re-modelled which makes it flow wonderfully. A meal or a drink on the balcony with its panoramic view of the ocean is one that you will never tire of. Everyone involved in the whole process has been superb so we can't recommend this highly enough !

Immaculate property, stunning view of the coast and only a 10 minute walk into the town.

What a wonderful surprise to open the front door to this lovely villa and be stunned by the wonderful view of the Algarve coast line. The villa was immaculate, well equipped and comfortable. It was east to spend just the day sitting out on the balcony enjoying the views of Luz. The bed was very comfortable (not always the case in Portugal) and because the bedrooms are on the ground floor with shutters, and there is often a cool breeze at night, we didn't need to use the fans. We have stayed in other villas here over the years with our children, but this was by far the easiest walk into town, so you don't need a car. Luz has a variety of wonderful restaurants catering to everyone's taste. You can catch a taxi to Burgeau or Lagos if you feel like you need a change of scenery, or just spend the day by your own private pool. It was so good that we plan to return next year.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus mit wunderschönem Meerblick

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Töchtern (13&16) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. In der Wohnung hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Toller Pool und atemberaubender Meerblick von der Terrasse. Restaurants in Luz sowie der Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Sehr netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus am Hang gelegen mit tollem Meerblick. Ort problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, schöner Strand mit unterschiedlichen WasseraktivitĂ€ten sowie mehreren guten Lokalen. Unseren Kindern gefiel besonders der Pool, in den sie morgens schon hĂŒpfen konnten.

We had a great holiday at the house. The house is very nice and near located to the city and restaurants. Everything we needed was there. An umbrella would be good on the first floor for breakfast. But we could handle it without also.

Sehr gutes Haus und sehr gute Einrichtung

Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet! Insbesondere die KĂŒche! Der Pool ist klein - man sich aber sehr gut darin abkĂŒhlen. Der Blick vom Balkon ist fantastisch. Alles ist sehr gut vorbereitet durch die Vermieter und die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt. Ich kann den Aufenthalt nur jedem empfehlen!!

Best rental in Algarve!

The renovations are gorgeous and make this the only villa we will ever rent on trips to the Algarve. This was our second visit and Cathy is always terrific to deal with. The entertainment media is better than any place we’ve ever seen including our home devices. The view from the balcony is fantastic for sunrise pictures (early riser) and so relaxing all day. We love walking down to the beach and cliff trails- great way to burn off the holiday calories! You won’t regret renting this lovely villa.

First class!

We stayed in this property with our 2 boys aged 11 & 8. The villa was everything we could have wished for: immaculately clean, well equipped and the views from the balcony at any given time of the day were a delight. Cathy could not have been more helpful. In short ... a wee gem!

Terrific relaxing stay!

We had a terrific 2 week visit at this lovely villa. The TV system was the most comprehensive we've ever had in a European stay with live US channels which allowed us to watch the opening World Series games which our Cubs ended up winning! (We proudly flew our W flag from the balcony during our stay.) We got in lots of walking and enjoyed the local markets and restaurants. The balconies get sun all day and had very comfortable furniture. Everything was better than listed and Cathy provided all the necessary directions. We definitely hope to come back and will look to get this villa again.

Beautiful villa

This is a beautiful villa, in a wonderful setting on a hill above Luz. The views from the terrace are every bit as good as they look in the photos and the villa is tastefully furnished in a homely way. The villa is about 10 mins walk from the beach/town centre where there are plenty of good dining options. The villa was very clean and Peter and Cathy provided great information about the villa and locale both before arrival and in a booklet in the villa. We would recommend this villa to couples or small families seeking a relaxing break away in the sun!

A Quality Villa in an Enchanting Part of Portugal

This villa was by far one of the best that we have stayed in over the years. Furnished to a high specification without it losing that homely feel. What a superb view from the living room area. Brilliant Villa

We are two couples who stayed for a weeks relaxing holiday and that is exactly what we did. The villa was so lovely, modern and immaculate that we didn't want to venture out much. The pool and surrounding area is so lovely to just laze around and the weather was perfect The kitchen has everything you can possibly need and we loved eating on the balcony and enjoying the sea views it was stunning. There are plenty of restaurants if you choose to eat out we loved the steaks at the Bull.The owners provided good customer service as this was the first time I had booked a Villa directly. I would definitely recommend this Villa and hope to go back soon

Perfect Villa

We stayed at this perfect Villa for a week in May. The villa is finished to a very high standard both in terms of decoration and furnishing, with everything that you would need for your stay. We have stayed in several Villa's in Luz and can honestly say that this was the very best. The owners are great with all arrangements, and communication was always prompt. I would say this Villa offers excellent value, and would not hesitate to recommend it. The views are indeed stunning and the location perfect for a 10 minute walk to the beach, and bars, and to explore the surrounding area. The wi-fi was fast for those that need to stay in touch. We would definitely re-book when returning to Luz.

We are Peter and Cathy and we live in Brighton. We have been visiting Luz for over 15 years now. Our family also love using the villa with their friends. We are keen golfers, tennis and padel players, cyclists and walkers and enjoy visiting restaurants. The area suits us perfectly

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Quite simply we bought the villa for the stunning views of the sea and village and the fantastic private garden and pool. The villa faces south and enjoys sunshine throughout the day. The spectacular sea views are an absolute feature of the villa. The villa is away from traffic and crowds but close enough to reach key places quickly. Luz is relaxed and friendly but has all the 'essentials' such as fantastic beach, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars etc and is near to Lagos which has numerous restaurants, shops and good night life. With Faro airport reached in under an hour by car, Luz is an ideal location for holidaymakers.

We spend a lot of time at the villa and the 2018 complete refurbishment has given the whole villa a high quality, fresh and contemporary finish with top of the range appliances, shower rooms, comfortable beds etc. The villa has a very ‘homely’ feel. We are always looking to see how we can improve it and welcome suggestions from our guests. The villa is so convenient for beaches, sporting and leisure activities, restaurants, bars, shops etc. The one thing we will never tire of is the view from the living rooms and balcony. Photos cannot do the view justice!
