Casa Bianca is a south facing three bedroom luxury villa set in the excellent Parque da Floresta -Santos Antonio Golf & Leisure Resort. This villa is spacious with lots of private outside space and has the benefit of wonderful views to the golf fairway, overlooking the 14th Tee.

The resort itself boasts a fantastic 18 hole golf course, golf academy & driving range and tennis courts. The villa is 5 minutes drive from the very picturesque fishing village of Salema which has a wonderful beach and many excellent restaurants. There are many more unspoilt beaches within a short drive offering all year round fun and relaxation.

Lagos a wonderful marina town steeped in history is only 15 minutes away and the lovely seaside town of Praia Da Luz is also less than 15 mins drive.

Casa Bianca is situated in a private cul-de-sac on the resort with only a few properties on the road. It's in a sheltered private position only a few steps from national park.

A very comfy, tastefully decorated villa with all the essential facilities including good sized pool tucked away in private position, large pool terrace, bedroom terraces and two further terraces adjoining dining room and lounge area. An outside kitchen with BBQ, spacious master bedroom en-suite, good wifi and cable tv (including Sky sports) and private off road parking. Only 5 mins drive to the nearest beach and as you are a tenant in our villa you will benefit from discounted Green fees- It’s a very special place!

We provide bath towels but please bring your own beach towels or you can hire XL beach towels at resort office for €10 per towel.

The pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee and as a guide - £250 in Spring - (1 April to 31 May), £175 in Summer - (1Jun- 31 Aug) - £200 in Autumn - (1st Sept - 31 Oct) as an optional extra. These charges reflect the current energy prices and are subject to change. Please request pool heating when you book and we will confirm the current fees for you. We will invoice you separately for the pool heating fees. We do NOT recommend pool heating between November and April as this would require a lot of energy and with current prices would mean a weekly charge of around £285 as we also have to factor in that it would take up to 6 days to bring the pool up to temperature. Please note in peak season we can only accept weekly bookings with a weekend changeover.

Our property is fully compliant and has a registered Portuguese Letting License.
