A fantastic property, just as promised.

A fantastic property in a brilliant location. Modern, well furnished. The owner provided us with everything we could possibly need. Amazing sea views. Such a relaxing place to wake up in. And a wonderful location to have morning coffee watching the sea. All that and a selection of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We especially enjoyed the Italian Trattoria and Pebbles on the Beach.

Beachfront apartment.

The property is a credit to the owner. It is finished to a high standard throughout. The whole width of the front of the property provides lovely sea views. An outside balcony brings the sight and sound of the sea even closer. A parking permit made parking the car easy, just a short walk away. Paul was charming and extremely helpful. It exceeded our expectations. A real find.

Traumkulisse in einer tollen Wohnung

Paul, ein sehr netter und sympathischer Mensch erwartete uns am Tag der Anreise vor Ort und zeigte uns alles Wissenswerte was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich riesig und der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und der Küche auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon oder aber inner direkt vor der Bodentiefen Scheibe , mit Blick auf das Meer ist wunder- wunderschön. Wenn ihr mit dem Auto kommt, dürft ihr auf die Promenade fahren und direkt am Haus aus- und später wieder einladen. Das mit den Parkmöglichkeiten ist gut gelöst und stellte uns vor kein Problem. Schöne Spaziergänge, zwischendurch mal ein Bad im Meer , ein Wein auf der Veranda oder ein leckeres Essen in den Fußläufig gut zu erreichenden Lokalen runden das Bild ab. Wir waren sehr gerne hier und ich freue mich das es dieses Jahr geklappt hat , denn es scheint auch immer gut ausgelastet zu sein . Danke nochmal an Paul , echt netter Typ .. und kleiner Tipp ... Wenn ihr euch Abends ein Glas Wein gönnt , lasst über die Musikanlage in der Küche , welche auch das Badezimmer beschallt "Smooth Operator von Sade" laufen .... Und mit der Musik im Ohr wagt in der Küche ein Tänzchen .... Einfach toll

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir wurden vom Vermieter sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen und er hat uns alles erklärt und gezeigt. Die Wohnung war super schön, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Alles war absolut sauber geputzt, Handtücher gab es zur genüge. Sogar einen Bademantel hatte es. Die Lage ist genial, mit einer grandiosen Aussicht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Super Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung war top. Wir haben viel Zeit auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf den Strand verbracht. Auch die Ausflüge nach Eastbourne, Brighton, Hastings und viele andere historische Orte waren interessant. Das Wetter war ganz und gar nicht typisch englisch. Zwei Wochen Sonnenschein, nur 10 Minuten Regen in dieser Zeit. Wir freuen uns, Bexhill irgendwann nochmal zu besuchen.

Perfection by the sea

Paul, is an incredible host who met us at the property and covered all the details and answered all our questions. The property is perfectly located facing the ocean and close enough to an incredible array of restaurants and attractions. We could not have asked for anything more.

Perfect Apartment that covers all your needs.

This apartment is just fantastic, modern, clean, everything you could need, and even has surround sound. I thought the F1 cars on the Gran Prix was behind me. This is the ideal place to just sit and chill. You can sit on the balcony which is a fantastic sun trap. Or in the big window, both allow you to soak up the atmosphere, watching the people walk, cycle, run, and skateboard past. Watching the tide just fascinated me and to fall asleep listening to the waves is just heaven. There are some binoculars to watch those boats and yachts in the bay. Paul is great and certainly has pride in this apartment as it is well maintained. I was concerned about parking before arriving as knew we could not park outside. This was never a problem and always got a space on the road at the side. Irrespective of the time of day. Cannot wait to return next year.

Luxury apartment in a wonderful location

This beautiful roomy apartment puts you within sight AND SOUND of the sea. You can imagine how relaxing it is to fall asleep at night to the swoosh of the waves. Just wonderful. It is also a short walk to a great variety of cafes, restaurants and independent shops plus all the useful chain stores. Parking nearby was easy (and free) but you could happily arrive by train and not need a car. What you don't really appreciate from the photos is the high end finish, with lots of luxury touches - towelling robes, complimentary toiletries (including hand cream so good that I immediately ordered a tube online), pod coffee-maker, high-end bedding. Be sure to take your shorts, even if it's not that warm, as part of the balcony is set back a little and a real sun trap. The perfect spot to watch the waves with a glass of wine in hand.

One of the best holidays I've ever had.

Tranquil Sails is simply stunning. So spacious, quality fixtures and fittings and well equipped. So relaxing sitting on the balcony in the sun. Perfect location for beach, shops, pubs & restaurants. Will be booking again for next year. Owner Paul really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment is in a peaceful setting and perfectly located on Bexhill sea front, some ten yards away from the beach. On arrival, I was met by the owner, Paul, who very kindly took the time to show me around and explained where all necessary items were located and how things like the cooker, hob, coffee machine, heating and shower/bath worked. The apartment was in an absolute pristine and exemplary condition. It was spotlessly clean and decorated exquisitely to the highest standard. The vista from the very large and crystal-clear window (in the living area) of the sea was both stunning and breathtaking. The entrance hall was a generous size and the bedroom contained ample wardrobe/drawer space , with a beautiful sea view. There was solid, dark wood flooring throughout, which looked wonderful and elegant. The kitchen area was modern and contained everything that would be required for a short break. The owner had been extremely considerate and generous in providing numerous 'additions' to the apartment to assist, such as a large umbrella, binoculars, a good selection of books and CDs, a detailed information folder (to answer all questions) and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge! In general, my wife and I found the apartment to be highly impressive, outstanding and quite amazing, with no faults, drawbacks or negative issues. This was my second holiday in the apartment and I will stay again on my next visit to Bexhill. I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The apartment is ideal to stay in for the duration of the break, or use as a base to explore and visit nearby locations. The apartment certainly made our break quite memorable.

Supreme Comfort in Bexhill-on-Sea

From the prompt responses to our initial inquiry and welcoming check-in all the way through departure, the thoughtful attention to details provided by Paul ensured an extremely relaxing four night vacation for us at Bexhill-on-Sea. Though location sets the stage (unbeatable view of the Channel and people walking the promenade) it is the luxurious finishes throughout the unit that makes this place truly unique. Highly recommend this impeccably clean and well maintained seaside retreat.

Simply Stunning

Wonderful Apartment. This beautiful apartment has fantastic views is finished to an exceptionally high standard and is excellently equipped. It has a lovely bed and the bed linen is genuine quality. There's a marvellous balcony so you can enjoy the view outside or inside! Bexhill-on-Sea is a gem, not touristy, not kiss me quick and only has one very discreet amusement arcade. The restaurants and cafe are very close to the apartment and they're very good. Not many pubs but really not a drawback. The promenade is about three miles long and excellent for walking or cycling. You can even walk or cycle all the way to Hastings right by the sea on a well kept pathway. We've been renting cottages and villas since 1984 and this is as good as it gets. Thank you Paul, your apartment is stunning we'll be back, please.

A perfect position by the sea, luxury apartment to totally relax in, well equipped with everything needed. Paul was very welcoming on arrival showing us around his wonderful apartment. We were very sorry to leave at the end of our holiday, can’t wait to stay here again hopefully soon. The best break away we have had over the last year.

Wonderful apartment

Paul (the owner) met us and showed us around the apartment. Everything is of the highest spec and tastefully furnished. He is rightfully proud of his Home and this was evident in the furnishings and cleanliness throughout. Lots of space in every room and the bed, bed linen and pillows ensured a good nights sleep. We have never been closer to the sea which was the other side of the promenade. It was nice sitting on the veranda looking at the channel. We will look forward to returning to this home from home - thanks Paul for this slice of luxury.
