This Vila boasts stunning country views and a convenient location 5 minute drive to the marina, several beaches, and across the street from Dom Pedro Old golf course. It is within walking distance to a bakery and restaurants. Beautiful grounds with inviting outdoor living areas and four bedrooms make this vila the perfect place for unforgettable family fun, a romantic getaway or warm weather holiday with friends.
This non smoking vila offers an array of sleeping options that are suitable for up to 10 guests.
It consists of 4 bright, airy and tastefully decorated bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a king size bed and two terraces.There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen size bed and two bedrooms on the lower lever (one with a queen size bed and one with two single beds) There is an additional foldaway single bed and a futon/sofa bed.
The vila is child friendly with all the safety features, including cot, stair safety gates and high chair.
The dining area is large and very inviting. it has a walk out to a very spacious balcony overlooking the beautiful private pool.
You can dine alfresco on the balcony or by the pool while barbequing on the outdoor grill.
The lower level consists of a games room with pool table, table tennis and dart board.There is WIFI throughout the vila and it offers both Satellite TV with British Channels as well as local Cable TV.

This is the perfect vila for a perfect holiday!

The villa was perfect for our needs. There was a group of us staying, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. The villa is huge with loads of space for us all. It was easy to check in and out of, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The pool and garden area were great for lounging about at with plenty of spaces to sit. All the rooms and bathrooms were immaculate on check in. If we are in the area in future, I will definitely be staying here again.

Excellent all round and throughly enjoyed our stay. Games room was great for evenings before heading out. The outdoor areas are lovely for relaxing and eating al fresco. Owner and rental company had excellent communication. Looking forward to staying again next year.

We stayed at this property with family group of 4 adults and two children. The villa is excellent, lots of space to spread out and many places to sit and chill. All amenities are as described. The view over the hills from the patio is very pleasant. The pool was lovely and a good size for morning lengths. Taxis and Ubers were cheap and easy for evenings out, we had a car for the other trips.

Having stayed in several villas in vilamoura, this one ranks high up as one of my favourites. Good location, Ubers cost only 4 euro to the marina and the villa has everything you need to keep everyone entertained

Wonderful spacious property with great facilities. Great pool and garden which captures the sun from early morning to the late evening. Next to the golf course and a relatively short walk / drive into Vilamoura.

Large spacious villa in quiet area games rooms great too. Pool was really good size with plenty of sun loungers ( albeit they were a little tired looking but perfectly functional). We had a hire car but also used Uber to get around which was always available and very reasonably priced. House would be ideal for multiple family group.

We had a lovely stay in this Villa. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family week away. The games room, just off of the pool, was a brilliant addition to other Villas we have stayed in. The picture doesn't show it as well but this large room catered to all of us. Ping pong table for the kids, pool table and darts for the adults, as well as books and cards and a sofa set for the grandparents. Also multiple terraces (garden, balconies, roof terrace) which made chasing the sun until sunset possible as well as allowing a larger party their own space at times. We would stay again.

Our holiday villa was very well equipped for our group of 8 adults and 1 child. Beautiful villa, pool and garden, in a lovely quiet area. The villa owner is so helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. 5 stars in all areas.

Great days

We spent great days in this house. The heated pool in the beautiful garden was my personal favorite. The boys enjoyed the games room with darts, table tennis and pooltable ( billards). Collaboration with George ( the owner) was very pleasant. Very fast e-mail responses!! We recommend this house for a family vacation.

Beautiful, clean, roomy, cool (air-con) villa with amazing pool area - a home from home with everything you need. A shirt walk to the shop/bar/restaurants. Ideal quiet location, short taxi to the marina. Check in was quick and easy. We all loved this villa and will return. The owner stayed in touch and answered my questions/offered advice. There is also a useful book of information in the Villa. Photos don’t do the Villa justice, it is huge and gorgeous! Pool and garden are bigger than expected. Highly recommend for friends/families, there is loads of room for all!

Stayed here for 3 nights as a group of 8 guys on a golf trip. The villa is really well located - 5 min uber to the marina and close to all local golf courses, we never had to wait longer than a few mins to book an uber. Beds were comfortable and check in / check out was easy (note it was done through a third party company). The villa itself is large and really spacious, looks great on the surface but is definitely a little rough around the edges. There was nothing really bad but the basement room had a smell of mould, some of the equipment (table tennis bats, pool table cues, darts etc) need replacing, bbq area is in need of some love, some pool chairs need replacing, garden needs attention, mouldy shower curtains etc. The kitchen is also pretty basic. It didn’t affect our stay at all and we enjoyed the villa but if I was spending a week there with family and/or spending a lot of time there I think I’d have been disappointed. Having said that for the price we paid we felt as though we got a great deal!

Great House but……

Great space, and communication with the owner was also great. When we arrived the agent let us in and did a quick walk round....the place smelt very musty. We opened every window and door (and screen) to air the house, but was surprised that if it had been cleaned recently, we would have smelt the detergent used? Anyway...to the bedrooms to unpack...again everywhere smelt musty, and the beds felt damp (I appreciate it was April, but I didn't rent the house thinking it would be my responsibility to 'air' it and dry it out?) Anyway, the house has everything you could need, space, full kitchen, fantastic games room, pool etc. Later that afternoon, I realised you had to pay extra to get the pool heated, so i contacted George who arranged for the guy to come round that evening and switch the pool heating on (great service) for 195 euro's for the week, small price to pay in April for a heated pool. However, even when we left the following Saturday, it was still freezing cold, and would have taken your breath away, and given we didn't need the AC on at all, would have thought the heated pool should be a free alternative?? Anyway, aside from the musty smell, that was still there when we left, and the feeling of dampness everywhere, we had a great time, the location is ideal, only 7 euro's in an Uber to the marina, the local bakery is amazing (if you find it!) and you will need to hire a car, although a decent Pingo Doce supermarket is a walk away. Enjoyed it, yes, would I go back, NO

Dear Gary. I am very sorry for your less than exceptional stay at our Vila. We strive to provide all our guests with the best possible experience but, unfortunately on occasion, we miss our goal despite our best efforts. You are right regarding the mustiness. This winter in Portugal it has been one of the wettest on record. The Vila had been aired out for the last 2 weeks but the mustiness remains. It will take a few more days for it to improve and disappear i'm sure. Additionally, I can assure you that the house was thoroughly cleaned the day before you arrived. In consideration of guests that are negatively affected by the scent of detergents, the detergents used to clean the Vila are odourless and scent free, hence why you did not smell any detergent. It is unfortunate you have decided that you will not return. At a different time I am sure you would have a better experience just like the many others before you, as evidenced by the reviews. As we always do, we will take all your comments into consideration and do our best to improve wherever we can. Wishing you all the best. Regards George

Die gut ausgestatte Vila hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Mit vier Paaren hatte jeder seine eigene Rückzugsmöglichkeit mit eigenem Bad. Auf dem Balkon haben wir gemeinsam am großen Tisch unsere Mahlzeiten im Freien genossen. Der große Pool bot bei der Wärme immer eine willkommene Abkühlung und die hohen Bäume spendeten temporär Schatten. Die Umgebung ist top und durch die vielen Golfplätze grün und gepflegt.

very nice and big poolvilla close to an awesome beach

we spent one week in this great villa, the pool was heated up to 28 degrees so we even could go swimming during some rainy days. the villa is located in a quiet area and about 7 min drive to one of the most famous beaches of portugal. the very nice landlord was very helpful when we needed to change the bedding for one of the kids due to fever and he was as well very flexible regards check in and check out times. we would love to come back next year.

Just got back from 11 nights in this amazing villa. The Villa is huge with four ensuite bedrooms and very spacious living areas. We especially liked the Terrace where we ate and relaxed and on the ground floor leading onto the pool was the games room with a pool table and ping-pong. The garden is beautiful, large pool and lots of space to relax with plenty of sun lounges and the outdoor barbecue was used almost every day. The Villa is on a very nice road and is a very short Uber ride to Vilamoura Marina. There is a nice sports center nearby called Browns where you can go for a drink or to play pickle ball or paddle. The golf courses nearby are incredible, the beach is lovely with lots of parking available at minimal cost and as a family, we loved the crazy golf in Vilamoura. All in all a fantastic stay and we hope to come back.
