Set in the beautiful, residential town of lower Tias and close to the lively nearby Puerto del Carmen and Beaches and Lanzarote Golf this large 4 bedroom, modern town house is designed over three levels. Superb for families with children with its own private garden and Solar heated swimming pool and parking drive.
It can accommodate from as little as 2 people at low cost ( See prices for details ) using. ( Look for Discounts on School Holidays )
1 or 2 Top floor Double Bedrooms with there own Sea View Balconies and King size beds for soul use whole villa not sharing with anybody else and up to 8 people using all 4 Bedrooms one with its own En-suite bathroom for soul use of the whole villa ( See prices for details ).
The villa has a large fully equipped ceramic top Kitchen with a Full size Oven and 4 ring Hob with extractor a full size Fridge Freezer to stock up on food and drink and Dishwasher and Microwave and Kettle Coffee Machine and Toaster a Double Bowl sink and cupboards with plenty of cutlery and crockery and utensils and glasses cooking pots and pans for a Large family.
A Utility room with washing machine Iron and Board and washing line rubbish bin cupboards and brooms and mop bucket etc
A large Lounge Dining room with six chairs two Leather Sofas a Flat screen TV showing all UK TV and Radio channels same as in UK also European channels Spanish German French Dutch Irish Belgium Italian channels and more.
The Villa has Free Wi Fi which can be accessed most of the villa and garden.
There is a fully tiled Family Bathroom on the top floor with a Bath with shower over
two Basins a Bidet and fully tiled Toilet a Shower room on the Ground floor with Shower Basin and Toilet and a EN- Suite bathroom with a Shower Basin and Toilet in the Double basement floor bedroom there is a Hair dryer supplied in the villa.
There are 4 Bedrooms with built in Wardrobes plenty of hanging space and dressing table and mirrors.
The Lounge and Kitchen dinning lead out to the rear South facing Patio area with its Solar Heated Swimming Pool and Built in Barbeque with Padded Sun Loungers and
Table and Chairs and outside Sofa al under a Shaded area when the weathers to hot.

Great villa

First time staying at the villa and was great for our 3 week stay. Very comfortable, great kitchen and had everything you needed. Check in was easy as well as checking out. Am about to book again for January 2026.

Idyllic!!

We had the most wonderful stay in Paul's beautiful villa. The villa itself had everything we could possibly need for our stay and was immaculate! The pool was superb and much needed in the heat! All in all we had a really lovely holiday and our thanks to Paul for being such a helpful and gracious host.

Amazing villa in Tias.

Had a great time in Tias. The villa was amazing. The pool was an added bonus as it was very hot every day. The pool was cleaned 3 times in our 10 days stay. Paul responded quickly to any questions we had and was very accommodating when our flights changed. Would defiantly stay at the villa again. EXCELLENT.

Great place, ideal for families.

We have just returned from a few days stay. The whole process right from the start was easy and straight forward. The house was great, well maintained and organised. Great having your own private outdoor space with pool etc. The town of Tias is a quiet little spot,but has a great supermarket and a few Spanish tapas bars. Tias is a lot more Spanish and less commercialised which was ideal for us I have already enquired about a possible return visit. No hesitation recommending this property

Tias is qreat village/town

Tias is great village/town with a good cholce restaurant/bars,our favourites were La Emita, Milla Y Millla and Luna Nuevo. There is no need to hire a car the bus and taxi service is very good and cheap. The reason we chose this semi detached house was the claim it had a heated pool,as far as we were concerned the water temperature of pool did not get any warmer at any time We were told it is solar heated,although we had three warm days in a row, the temperature did not rise above cold.

Nice base on Lanzarote

The house is on a quiet residential street in a town which feels authentically Canarian, rather than a tourist destination. It is well located 10 minutes drive from Peurto del Carmen and an excellent base for exploring Lanzarote - no where in the Island is further than 45 minutes drive. The town centre with a few bars, restaturants and an excellent supermarket is just over 5 minutes walk away. The villa itself is well equipped and comfortable - very much as expected from the Vrbo listing. The pool is small, but great for a cooling dip in the late afternoon. All communication with the owner was fast and efficient. Recommended for a holiday in Lanzarote.

Beautiful

We are just back from a fantastic holiday, The villa is amazing in a lovely, quiet residential area. We were there with 3 teenagers and there was plenty of space (and bathrooms!) For them. The views were beautiful and the walks were amazing. The supermarket was only 10mins walk. (All up hill though) And the bus stop just round the corner to take us to Carmen. I will recommend this villa to anyone young or older. We will definitely be back maybe without the teenagers tho! Thank you to Dave and Julie Ann they were very helpful with info for the buses and which directions to go for supermarkets etc. And Thanx to Paul for letting the villa!...Stunning!

Fantastic villa

We have just returned from 10 nights at Casa Katrina and as it was our first time using a villa did not know what to expect as we normally do all inclusive hotel holidays having 5 children (aged 18,15,10,10,8) We are now never using a hotel again as the villa experience was everything and more than we expected. The villa was very clean and very spacious for our large family Julie Ann and Dave who oversee the villa were brilliant and there when we needed anything whether it was information about Tias or surrounding area or beach towels! Paul the owner was a joy to deal with when booking the villa, very clear communication and accommodating to suit our large party ensuring everything we requested was done. Tias is a lovely quiet resort with the essentials on hand only 10 mins from Arrecife airport and 10-15 mins bus ride/ taxi to Puerto del carmen which has more to offer in terms of shopping. I would recommend if visiting Puerto del carmen a visit to Rancho Texas a zoo/waterpark we also went on a boat trip to the south of the island which was amazing all in all we have had a fantastic holiday in Lanzorote and that is mainly due to our love for the villa and help we had from Paul, Julie Ann and Dave I would highly recommend this villa to anyone and if we return to Lanzorote would not hesitate to book again. Lovely villa

Lovely villa if you like peace and quiet this is right for you it’s about 5- 10 minute drive to Puerto del carmen. There is a lovely town with a big hyper dino and some bars and a lovely British bar called the lions tavern opposite the police station which does gorgeous food and a amazing Sunday roast. You can eat in or take away if your fussing about different cuisines this place is lovely. So didn’t really need to go far. We did drive down to Puerto del carmen a couple of times for some other food but like I said it’s about 5-10 minutes drive but apparently only 7 euros in a taxi and a bus runs every hour. The villa itself is lovely and has sky channels which was a bonus and the weather was beautiful too. Paul kept in touch and was very helpful the pool was cleaned twice whilst we were there too. The only Down point I would have to say is other than one bedroom all other bedrooms were locked not that I needed to go in them but hated the feeling of being closed off and not trusted the downstairs basement light was on the whole stay if it wasn’t locked I could of turned it off. But all this it didn’t spoil my holiday at all. It’s just I rent villas 2-3 times a year and never know it but like I said it’s only something to say a down bug is not necessarily a down just my opinion. Thank you Paul

Sehr schöne Villa

Wir hatten ĂŒber die W-Zeit und Sylvester eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt.Es war das erste mal das wir in TĂ­as Urlaub gemacht haben, ansonsten sind wir eigentlich immer in Puerto del Carmen. Das Wetter war Top hatten viel GlĂŒck gehabt fĂŒr die Jahreszeit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und man bleibt immer im Kontakt. Am Haus an sich hatte man alles was man benötigt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Amazing value

Absolutely perfect from beginning to end and the best self catering holiday we've had by far. All information we needed was clearly presented in a welcome email before we arrived and the property was in immaculate condition (both inside and outside) upon arrival. We were blessed with beautiful weather throughout our stay so the pool was plenty warm enough to take a dip during the day. The kitchen is really well equipped, and generally all our needs were catered for. The TV had other international channels in addition to the free channels broadcast in the UK - the three main German channels are available (not that we had much time to watch TV). As mentioned in ealier reviews, the friendly dog over the wall (didn't find out what he is called) is absolutely adorable. The property is perfectly situated in a quiet residential area and only a few minutes walk from the centre of Tías. In Tías, in addition to the well-stocked supermarket, Hiperdino, there is also a selection of smaller shops including a very reasonably priced British mini-market. Bus connections are good and inexpensive, I'd recommend downloading the Moovit app for realtime bus information. For example it cost €1.40 one way to Yaiza and from there we walked to El Golfo which took around an hour and a half. Too many highlights to list in a review. To sum up, I would highly recommend this property and we will be definitely returning (assuming it's available of course!).

Séjour trÚs reposant. Location dans une impasse. Quartier trÚs calme. Super marché à proximité, 500 m à pied, pharmacie également. 1 emplacement pour se garer dans la location. A moins de 30 kms du parc des volcans, grottes, vignes. Piscine privée dans la location, nettoyer 2 fois par semaine. Machine a laver, lave vaisselle, beaucoup de vaisselles et ustensile ainsi qu'un barbecue. Chambre en sous sol, grand lit, chambre au RDC avec 2 petits lits, 2 chambres a l'étage avec 2 grands lits Linge de lit, draps de bain et de toilette fournis. WC a chaque étage. Rien a redire, sauf en cas de pluie, l'eau tombe sur des plaques de PVC et cela fait énormément de bruit. Mais la pluie ne tombe pas souvent sur l'ßle.... Donc gérable. Vraiment top comme location. Le loueur donne tous les détails et info avant d'arriver, merci a lui pour sa gentillesse.

Amazing villa - 100% recommend

Can not fault a single thing about our stay in this villa. The place was lovely and clean, had everything that you could possibly need. Local supermarket 10 minute walk, bus stop to peurto del carmen only 5 minutes away. Villa in a residential area so when we did have chilled villa days it was so peaceful and quiet. Paul was extremely helpful and responded to emails very quickly. I can not wait to return here next year.

Absolutely wonderful

The villa was perfect, just what we needed. Quiet neighbourhood, 10 mins to the beach in a taxi if that. Walking distance to a huge supermarket and restaurants / shops. Will definitely go back!

Estupenda villa para vacaciones

Hemos estado alojados 12 dias enagosto. La villa esta muy bien: ubicacion excelente para recorrer toda la isla, el propietariomuy amable y atento, habitaciones grandes y colchon comodo, la casa y los baños muy limpios, el menaje muy completo, la barbacoa estupenda y la climatizacion de la piscina super util. Como puntos a mejorar, la cocina y electrodomesticos son viejos y necesita una reforma, el exterior aunque amplio y comodo esta desgastado y dalta de privacidad (las tres casas quela rodean dan a la piscina). En general, el tratocon Paul y Tracy inmejorable y la villa comodo. Repetiriamos!

Visited Lanzarote in1983 and fell in love with this magical Island and have been back there with the family every year since.

Bought the villa in 2003 when it was new as I like the great Town of Tias its a great Location being central on the Island with great Restaurants and Supermarkets and shops all within easy walk from the Villa the nearest only 100 meters away and Tias is only 10 mins from the Airport and only 5mins from the lively resort of Puerto del Carmen and its great white sand Beaches and shops and shops and restaurants and Water sports and Night life Tias is only 3 mins from Lanzarote Golf Coarse.
Tias in centrally located with great Taxi and Bus services to take you all over the Island and only 5mins from Puerto del Carmen.
And easy reach to the great attractions Lanzarote has to offer like Puerto Calero only 10 mins away with its great restaurants and Boat rides on a Pirate ship and a Catamaran and even a real Yellow Submarine which takes you down under the sea to see ship wrecks and the amazing sea creatures on the bottom of the sea.
The two great Water Parks in Playa Blanca and Costa Teguise.
And Rancho Texas Zoo only 15 mins from the Villa with its rare animals and great shows like Birds of Prey, Dolphin Show, Sea Lion show who can swim with it even has its own Swimming Pool and Water Park.
Or the amazing area of Fire mountain 30 mins from the Villa with its live Volcano of which they Barbeque food on for the Restaurant over the heat coming up from the centre of the Earth its like being on the moon.
Or visit the other Resorts of Costa Teguise only 20 mins drive or Playa Blanca only 30 mins Drive away where you can catch the Ferry to Fuerteventura or the amazing Famara beach with its great Wind surfing and Kite surfing.
Or visit the great Sunday market of Teguise only 30 mins away which takes over the whole town with great stalls selling local produce and food.
And many more wonderful places to visit all easy reach from the villa.

The villa is in a quiet residential area at the lower end of Town with the pool area facing south with views down to Puerto del Carmen and the sea from the balconies on the two Top floor bedrooms.

Great location in the Town within easy walk of everywhere.
The villa is has plenty of room for a large family and is on three levels so always nice and airey even in hot weather.
All the rooms have plenty of room with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space.
With the great rear south facing patio garden space with the heated swimming pool and built in barbeque.
