Unsere schöne, geräumige Villa befindet sich in Hampton Lakes, einer angesehenen Wohngegend am Highway 27, auf halbem Weg zwischen der Interstate 4 und dem Highway 192. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer - 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Zweibettzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer, 2 separate Lounges, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und einen privaten Pool.
Der Poolbereich bietet von morgens bis abends Sonnenschein und Seeblick. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in den Themenparks oder Golfspielen ist es der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Essen im Freien und beobachten Sie die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge Floridas.

Unsere helle und geräumige Villa wurde geschmackvoll auf höchstem Standard renoviert und fast alles wurde ersetzt. Es gibt ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem großen Fernseher, der ein komplettes Paket inklusive Premiership Fußball und Golf, DVD, perfekt für einen Familienfilmabend bietet, während die formale Lounge Ruhe und Frieden für alle bietet, die sich mit einem Buch aus der guten Auswahl entspannen möchten.

Es gibt kostenloses WLAN, einen DVD-Player mit einer Auswahl an DVDs und ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer mit Billardtisch, Tischtennis, Darts, Tennisschlägern und Golfschlägern.

T V sind in den meisten Zimmern, aber eine entspannende ruhige Lounge ist dort für die friedliche Entspannung.

Es gibt ein gasbetriebenes Barbecue, das neben der abgeschiedenen Poolterrasse auch draußen serviert werden kann.

Die Villa Alarmanlage obwohl einfach zu bedienen ist von einem sehr hohen Standard und gibt 24 Stunden überwacht. Die Villa ist ideal für Disney Themenparks, Golfplätze, Geschäfte und Restaurants und ist nur wenige Minuten von der Interstate 4. Auf Hampton Lakes ist es CCTV Sicherheit in den öffentlichen Bereichen und Fahrzeugnummer Erkennungskameras in Betrieb verstärkt, um eine hohe Sicherheit für die Bewohner und Gäste zu halten. Das Anwesen verfügt über Kinderspielplätze, Tennisplätze mit Flutlicht, Basketball- und Beach-Volleyball-Plätze für die Bewohner und Besucher.

Wir waren 1 Woche dort.

Der Kontakt mir dem Vermieter lief ohne Probleme und er war sehr freundlich. Das Haus war groß genug, es war alles da was man braucht und es war sehr sauber. Bis zu den Disney Parks oder Outlets brauch man nur ca 20 Min fahren. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder kommen.

Very nice house

Very well equip house with a private pool and games in the garage. The location is great with 30-45 minutes drives to the parks and outlets. The owner follows up very closely. We will absolutely recommend this house.

Fantastic Villa

The villa was exactly as displayed in the photos and everything we needed was there. Pool area was great and plentiful supply of pool towels and a few toys. Games room was fantastic for evenings after park days. Location was great and easy to get to the 192 or i4. Richard contacted us a few days into our stay to check how we were getting on. This was a great touch. We will definitely look to rebook on our next visit to Florida.

Excelent Vacation!

The house was very nice, the house is fully equipped with everything from towels and silverware to basic essencials. It was very clean, my kids loved the house, lots of Space for relaxing and playing. The pool was very clean although my kids didnt enjoy it that much because of the cold weather it was still nice. I reserved the house for 8 People but then ended up Being only 5. I recommend this house 100% and consider coming back to this villa when coming back to Florida.

Great Rental

Overall, a great stay! Clean, lots of dishes/amenities in the kitchen. Pool was great! Had lots of room, loved that the master bedroom was downstairs and the other three upstairs. Pool/ping pong table was nice to have. Location is not bad for parks, take the roads thru disney (western way) and it will save you time and lots less traffic. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Overall, the house met all of our expectations it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. As advertised, it was located close to Disney, highways, stores etc. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was a perfect size for the kids. The owner checked in regularly, but no issues were reported.

We were so nervous booking a house in another country—we usually stay in hotels. We are so happy we booked this Florida villa and if we ever return to the area we will definitely be rebooking. The Burtons were very fantastic from the start. When had to change our booking (twice!), Richard was totally supportive and flexible. The house was so attractive, clean, and spacious and the pool was lovely. The neighborhood was beautiful as well. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was only about 30 minutes to Disney World which was great. Our teenagers were so sad to leave the villa at the end of the week. They absolutely loved it.

A Great vacation at the house!!

Stayed a week in the house. The neighborhood is very safe for small kids. There is everything you need for a great stay, including a pool table/ping pong table. The house is about 25 minutes from the parks. I would stay again!

Excellent accommodations- perfectly located!

We were a group of 4 golfers that went there to play- This property was perfectly located for our trip. close enough to many golf courses to choose from- The house was very clean and well kept- and the pool area was awesome- we had a small issue with a Coffee machine not working but it was resolved and replaced with a New one as soon as we brought it to Richards attention. Definitely recommend this property for your stay in the Davenport area. We will surely return in the future!

My family absolutely loved staying here. This is our...........5th time in Orlando and this house was PERFECT! The kids loved riding the scooter and playing in the pool. I loved how it wasn't too far away but far enough. The owners called all the way from England to make sure everything was going well. I love the notebook that gave us places to eat, shop, etc. Definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful time staying in the villa for the month of February, great weather and we escaped all of the snow Ohio got while we were there! Richard called us when we got there to see if everything was okay and had everything printed out for us telling about local attractions and directions how to get there. Very close and convenient to everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with sidewalks which made it easy to walk every day. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great place to stay if your going to any Disney locations!

Beautiful house and great communication between the owner and myself! There was an issue with the pool heater and he got it fixed within 2 days! Safe area and very close restaurants and stores. Would stay again!

Highly Recommend this Property!

We stayed at Pat and Richard’s villa for the month of February 2020. It was our first time booking through VRBO. The pictures are a true representation of the villa. Communication was prompt with a pre-arrival email package that was the BEST (all the details for directions, airports, restaurants, etc,). We loved the pool and having a washer and dryer was so much appreciated. The location is central to so many restaurants and family attractions. We walked the neighbourhood daily. We were happy with the accommodations and highly recommend others to stay.

We are Pat and Richard Burton, we live in the North East of England and have been holidaying on Hampton Lakes for many years. When we decided to buy our own villa we looked at lots of different ones in various locations but in our view none of communities were as nice as Hampton Lakes.
We enjoy our sunshine breaks in Florida, and there is so much to do. We love the golf courses, beautiful beaches on either the Gulf or Atlantic coast, as well as Disney, Universal, or visiting lovely little towns and walking by a lake and having a coffee.

As soon as we saw our villa we loved the light, airy and sunny atmosphere inside as well as outside. The pool area which is very private has a view of the lake and retains a secluded and tranquil ambience. It is in a safe and friendly neighbourhood that is ideal for morning walks or cycling. It is well maintained and there are tennis and volley ball courts as well as children's play areas.

We continually refresh / refurbish our villa and maintain it to a high standard. It is situated in a quiet location and has a very private pool area west facing to watch the beautiful Floridian sunsets.

The Villa is well located within easy reach of the theme parks, restaurants, numerous golf courses and shopping malls. It is big enough to accommodate two families and yet still cosy enough for smaller groups. It is light and spacious in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood.

We love the private pool which has optional heating and the deck has a lake view where we can enjoy the beautiful Floridian sunsets in privacy while watching the lake fountain play. We like to spend a lot of time outdoors and enjoy breakfast just listening to the birds. The local Sand cranes and Ibis are regular morning visitors

We have a well equipped kitchen so don't feel the need to eat out every evening.

We have cable TV, a pool table, table tennis, darts as well as a selection of books and films for all tastes.
