Kleine Wohnung in der Altstadt von Siena, in der Nähe der Piazza del Campo befindet sich in der Fußgängerzone ist leicht erreichbar von der Nähe Parkplätze. Wohnung im zweiten Stock. Nähe befinden sich Restaurants und Tavernen Sieneser und toskanischer Küche. Für schnelle Snacks und charakteristisch ist die empfohlene Pubs zu Trombicche. Visuelle atemberaubende Piazza del Campo Osteria Bigelli für einen Aperitif.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll renoviert. Holzböden, Fliesen im Bad und Mosaiken aus Bisazza verfügen über eine Dusche mit Hydromassage. Free WiFi.
Besondere Aufmerksamkeit ist für die Gäste der Anlage gegeben.
Für das Bad sind sie Produkte von „Cosmetics Nature“ mit dem Extrakt von Olivenöl verwendet. Platten aus 100% Baumwolle. Es bietet auch eine kleine Öffnung Empfang und bieten ein kleines Frühstück.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön restauriert. Parkettböden, Bad aus Ziegelfliesen und Mosaike von Bisazza sind mit einer Hydromassage-Dusche ausgestattet. Kostenlose WLAN-Verbindung.
Besonderes Augenmerk wird auf die Annehmlichkeiten der Gäste bezahlt.
Für das Bad, Produkte der „Natura Cosmetics“ Linie mit Olivenöl-Extrakt verwendet. Cotton 100% Baumwoll-Bettwäsche. Eine kleine willkommene Erfrischung ist ebenfalls vorhanden und ein kleines Frühstück.

I stayed here for 6 days and loved it. The apt was very well appointed with everything you would need, very clean. The only downside was that the wifi only works in the bedroom which was very inconvenient.

Beautiful Apartment Central Siena

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very modern. Its close to everything including Piazza del Campo, one of our favorite spots. The only downside was the poor WiFi. Marco/Sabina were responsive and helpful and easy check in. Easy walk from train station once you go up the funicular in the shopping center across the street from the station.

What a Great City!

Siena is a beautiful city and this apartment was a perfect location for accessing all of it. Extremely safe, clean, well appointed kitchen, nice furnishings, elevator, and located within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and all the attractions. There is a large supermarket just up the street. Owners were responsive and helpful prior to and during the trip. Highly recommend.

Great Apartment

We stayed 25 days. The apartment fit all our needs. It was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils if you chose to have a meal at home once in awhile. Great location, close to the central bus station ( for day trips ),restaurants and all the attractions in historic Siena. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator but we chose to climb the stairs ( 36 steps ). We would recommend this apartment to everyone. Thank you Marco for making our stay in Siena a very pleasant one.

This is your place. Don't look further.

The property was decorated beautifully. Everything looked like new. The place was spotless. The location is perfect right in the Old town. There are many restaurants and groceries near by. The host was very nice. We arrived an hour late due to the train schedule. The host was patiently waiting for us to check in. When we come back to Siena, we definitely book this place. Thanks for hosting us. Highly recommend.

Amazing apartment; perfect location!

Everything about our stay at the Sapienza apartment was perfect. Marco is a gracious and perfect host - he met us on our arrival, explained everything about the apartment and local area and made the check-in process easy and delightful. The apartment itself is even nicer than the photos on the website. Extremely comfortable with a well-appointed modern kitchen and everything you'd need for a stay of a week or longer (we stayed for a week). The main dining/living area opens out on to a lovely and quiet street with views of archways, flower boxes, rooftops and citrus trees. The location is perfect for walking to any part of Siena, close to the bus station and close to a taxi stand for rides to the train station. We couldn't have asked for more from our stay at the Sapienza apartment. We hope to return to Siena next year and will definitely plan our stay around the availability of this property.

Perfect Location

Marco, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your property. It was so clean, light and homey, and quiet!! Everything was just great!! It's in a great location to all the shopping, restaurants and a lot of the tours meet at the San Dominico church so it's a great location. Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay in Siena because we had everything we needed in this nice apartment. It was clean, has updated appliances, was well supplied, and has plenty of room for the two of us. We were glad to be able to do laundry with the washer in the apartment. It is very well located in old town Siena. We were warmly welcomed by the owners. We highly recommend this place in Siena.

Great location, BEAUTIFUL apartment!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marco and Sabine’s apartment. We had a little problem figuring out how to get from the train to the bus, which is located across from the train station in a shopping mall and a couple of floors down. Once we finally made our way to downtown Siena (after getting on the wrong bus, headed in the wrong direction, and eventually found our way back to town! ), we found our way easily to their apartment from the bus stop. We had quite a bit of luggage, but made our way fairly easily (there’s a bit of a steep down grade to the apartment, but we made it find). The location was fantastic and easy to find from the bus stop. The apartment has an elevator, which was very handy because of our luggage. We were let into the apartment by Marco’s father (because we arrived much later than we told Marco we would). He doesn’t speak English, but we had no problem understanding the basics of the apartment and we had all we needed. Marco and Sabine had a very nice welcome tray of snacks and beverages upon our arrival, water and juice in the fridge, and an assortment of tea, coffee, and biscuit bread and jam for breakfast. They have thought of just about everything - slippers, wonderful toiletries, blow dryer, travel guides, brochures, and one of the most detailed and user friendly apartment guidebooks we’ve seen. They really have gone out of their way to make your stay in their home a comfortable and inviting one. The apartment is beautiful and large by European standards. The bathroom is particularly large and very nicely updated with gorgeous tile (the floor tile is stunning!). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a nice sized dining table, and a cozy couch. The bed is quite comfortable and the linens were ciean and quality. The location is very central to many highlights of Siena and is close to restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is quiet and all of Siena is quaint and lovely. You can’t go wrong with this rental for your stay in Siena!

Very nice apartment, well furnished, everything worked. Siena was very cold the three weeks I was there but the apartment was nice and warm. Very little street noise. Wi Fi was spotty.

Great apartment and fantastic welcome

A fantastic second floor apartment in central old Siena with a short walk to the Campo. Very clean with everything you need for a great stay. A great welcome from the owners that made you feel very relaxed. Super bathroom and comfortable bed. Good selection of restaurants and places for a glass of wine within easy walking distance.

The apartment was terrific! Location was great and the accommodations provided everything we needed

From the welcome by Marco and Sabina which included a split of Asti and plate of delicious cookies, the location within easy walking distance to the Duomo and Il Campo, to easy access to the grocery store and patisserie, to the clean, comfortable apartment in the building with an elevator, this property is terrific. The bathroom is beautiful with its glass sink and blue tile, and the shower was great. After teeny, tiny bathrooms with minuscule showers in other cities on this trip to Italy, this bathroom was really comfortable.
