This is a home away from home for us. Beautiful, comfortable, with a terrace that can be enjoyed from morning coffee to the lights coming on across the valley and the stars coming out at sunset. Everything is as described and nothing disappoints.

This apartment in Siena is perfect for an extended stay in the city. The terrace is unbelievable whether it be the view of the bustling streets below during the day or an amazing view of a Tuscany sunset in the evening. Location is outstanding as it is only steps from the Duomo and the Piazza. Hosts are wonderful and communicate quickly and efficiently. The washer/dryer is a lifesaver for those on extended stays. If we ever get back to Siena it will be the first place we look to stay.

Our host, Francesca was super helpful. She sent us information about restaurants and taxis in advance, and was waiting at the property to meet us and answer questions. The property is as good as it looks online. The outside terrace overlooks a green space, valley and the imposing San Domenica church. It is no more than 5-10 minutes from all the major sites so we regularly came back to eat lunch on the terrace.

Amazing location, a well appointed and laid out space. Very comfortable. If traveling in the summer note there is no AC, but there was great air circulation, windows and shutters all working together to keep the temperature manageable in the July heat wave.

A Beautiful Siena StayWe absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment has so much character and is beautifully decorated with local art, which made it feel less like a rental and more like staying in a wonderful Siena home. Every room had interesting pieces and thoughtful details that gave the apartment such a warm, authentic Tuscan feel.And then there is the terrace! What a special spot. The views over the rooftops of Siena were incredible, and sitting outside in the morning or watching the sky change in the evening was one of our favorite parts of the stay. It truly added something magical to our time in Siena.Most importantly, Emmanuela was wonderful—so kind, helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome and was always available when we needed anything.Beautiful apartment, gorgeous views, fantastic location and an exceptional host. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Siena.

Great terrace!

This was a great property close to the centre of Siena with exceptional hosts. It was clean, wonderfully decorated with an artist's touch and bright and airy. The biggest and most exceptional feature for us was the terrace! A wonderful place for morning coffee, an afternoon Aperol Spritz or laughing about the day's adventures. A must stay location!

Casa WOW

Casa WOW is in a perfect location for exploring Siena. Although it is close to the Duomo and the Campo, it is exceptionally quiet. The apartment is everything you would want, and of course the terrace is the WOW factor. Hosts both very helpful, especially as we were a bit late checking in owing to flight delays etc.

Fantastic!!!

The apartment and the terrace is like a dream! Very clean and nice and the view from the large terrace is stunning! Emanuela, the host is so nice and caring. She gave us outstanding help and information. I wish everyone was like her! We were 2 couples staying for 4 nights and all of us will definitely recommend this to anybody visiting Siena!

Amazing

My wife and I stayed here for a month and it was one of the best times of our lives. Siena is the Goldilocks town of Italy: not too big, not too small, lots of wonderful art but also lots of ordinary people live there. Easy day trips to Pienza, Monteriggioni, Montepulciano (forget San Gimignano - too crowded), but it was always wonderful to return to this house and its terrace. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner outside with a view of San Domenico and the moon rising beside the Torre Mangia. Do it, but leave some open dates for us to return.

A wonderful apartment in the city center

Our stay at Casa WOW was simply terrific. Our hostess Francesca was welcoming and attentive, always available by text or phone to help us with any details, such as reservations, restaurant suggestions, etc. The apartment has a great terrace with a breathtaking view. What’s more, it’s located just a 3-4 minute walk from the Campo and literally in the shadow of the Duomo. The apartment is spacious and well designed, plus it has a shower that won’t befuddle the average American!!! Two thumbs up for Casa WOW and our hostess. We’ll be back.

To say that we fell in love with House Wow would be an understatement. We loved every single minute in this beautiful, arty and quirky apartment. Francesca was a most wonderful host! She was there to greet us on arrival and made it so easy for us to settle in. She was also always readily available to message if we had any other questions. We loved the terrace, it really was Wow but also to walk through the length of the apartment late at night, with Siena laid out before you and all the lights twinkling was magical. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and a big plus point for us after a long day out was the wonderful, relaxing shower! We were amazed by the close proximity to the centre of the city, the Duomo literally a two minute walk away and il Campo three minutes, a bustling city but the apartment and the terrace were just so quiet and peaceful, a real haven after a busy day sightseeing! We spent 10 days in House Wow but could have stayed 10 weeks to read all the wonderful books and take in all the history and art in the apartment. We were very sad to leave but now have very happy memories.Thank you Francesca, we don’t think that we could have found a better place to stay in Siena.

Absolutely excellent!

I rarely give a 5 star rating but this property is incredible. When it comes right down to it, people make all the difference. Emanuela was so friendly and accommodating. She was just so happy. She checked on us and helped us with our questions. Beyond that, the apartment is perfect. We so enjoyed our time on the terrace. The building is relatively quiet and we enjoyed watching all the animals living in the apt below us, especially Theo and all the turtles! Highly recommend and we will return. Can’t wait!

A vista to die for

Very central location in Siena, especially for the Palio and a quiet block. The piece de la resistance is the large terrace with early morning and late afternoon sun, it’s glorious. Modern bathroom and kitchen, antiques and art a-plenty. Basic food items like oil, herbs etc were available in the kitchen which was well stocked with pans to cook for the three of us. We found the beds extremely comfortable. It was very hot when we were there so the three fans provided were welcome on an evening. The hosts were very responsive to messages and congenial. There is a corner shop close by whose owner is a delight - do use it. (The refuse system is amazing - wish all countries operated the same.)

An Artful Taste of Siena

This property exceeded expectations in every way. The panoramic view of the old city from the terrace is certainly a feature, and the terrace itself is so lovely and comfortable that we were tempted some days to just enjoy a morning afternoon or evening there with some locally purchased food and wine. The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped, with a full, functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, lots of storage, laundry facilities, and a couple of well-appointed sitting rooms. Host Emanuela and her sister Francesca were very welcoming and helpful in pointing out things to do and see in Siena. To top it off, the owners' art collection, spread throughout every room of the home, is exceptionally tasteful and intriguing, making the space very unique and special. The apartment is a short walk from excellent restaurants and the most beautiful sights and experiences one would expect from this city, but the space itself is so delightful you might be tempted to just stay in.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit toller Terrasse

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der verkehrsberuhigten Altstadt Sienas. Sie ist ruhig, gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit traumhafter Aussicht. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war problemlos und sehr freundlich.
