Pool & Spa Heating (Seasonal Note): Pool and spa heat are included at no charge year-round. Please note that during extended periods of cooler weather, especially when overnight temperatures drop into the 30s–40s, the pool may not reach typical swimming temperatures even with the heater running. The spa remains available but may start cold and require several hours to fully warm. Pool and spa heating performance improves as daytime temperatures rise.
