Many thanks for your lovely review. Your week here flew by. It was a pleasure to meet you - such interesting people! I am now looking for an excuse to pass by Lady Grey Tearoom when I am next in the UK.

C'est vraiment dommage que ce problème se soit posé. Notre gîte peut accueillir 7 personnes, mais 8 adultes sont arrivés. Nous ne pouvons accueillir que le nombre maximum de personnes pour lequel le gîte est conçu. La veille de l'arrivée, j'ai reçu un message disant qu'il y aurait un chien. Nous n'acceptons les animaux que dans l'un de nos gîtes, au cas où il y aurait un problème entre les animaux. J'ai répondu à Linford qu'il n'était pas possible que son chien reste. En fait, les deux chiens étaient adorables et s'entendaient bien, j'ai donc autorisé le chien à rester. J'ai parlé à Abritel/VRBO de l'invité supplémentaire. Ils m'ont dit que je pouvais soit demander à l'invité supplémentaire de partir, soit annuler le séjour pour tout le monde. J'ai demandé plusieurs fois à une personne de partir. Il restait encore 8 personnes. Le dimanche soir, j'ai envoyé un message écrit à Linford, l'informant qu'une personne devait partir. Abritel le lui a confirmé. Comme il était tard et que les invités avaient bu de l'alcool, j'ai admis qu'ils pouvaient rester jusqu'au lundi matin. Deux jours avant leur arrivée, j'ai envoyé un message de bienvenue accompagné d'un plan d'accès et de coordonnées. Je confirme que le contrat de location a été envoyé lors de la réservation et que toute correspondance a reçu une réponse complète. Aucune menace n'a jamais été proférée. Cette affirmation est ridicule et fausse. Je n'ai pas compris sa colère en français. Je suis sûr que c'était l'intention.

Thankyou for your lovely comments. We appreciate your feedback and are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us in the beautiful Ariege. The mountains which you flew over are now capped with snow and look fantastic. If the forecasts are to be believed, skiing will start early this season which is great as the train will take us to Ax les Thermes in just an hour. We have the best of both worlds.
