Renoviert zu einem extrem hohen Standard! Das Paraiso Mar verfügt über hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter Innen- und Außenpools (Kinderbecken), gepflegte Gärten, eine Cocktailbar und ein Restaurant mit kostenlosem WLAN, einen 24-Stunden-Concierge und einen Rettungsschwimmer im Sommer. Das Hotel liegt am preisgekrönten Levante Beach. Das Calpe Ifach (Calpe Rock) befindet sich 300 m entfernt neben dem großen Fischerhafen von Calpe. Die Seepromenade befindet sich direkt vor dem Apartment. Dort finden Sie zahlreiche Bars / Restaurants zu gemischten Preisen. Supermärkte sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfect

First time we have used the property but won’t be the last. Caroline was helpful from booking to getting a lost present home. Apartment is fantastic. Every window has a fantastic view. Close to the beach close to the bars but the balcony was amazing. The sun comes right round all day. Absolutely gorgeous!!! Would highly recommended plus you have the spa as well !!!

Mon évaluation est médiocre car si l emplacement et la vue de l appartement sont parfaites , le prix demandé est très élevé pour le service rendu . La cuisine était très sale et sous équipée. Les couvertures étaient sales et l électricité est beaucoup trop faible . Les plombs n arrêtaient pas de sauté même avec seulement la Clim . Dommage pour un emplacement et un prix pareille

I am sorry that you felt the kitchen wasn’t equipped but there is enough utensils, pots & pans etc. for 8 people but it only sleeps 6. There is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Washing machine, dryer iron & ironing board so I’m not sure what else you wanted? The electricity is the best you can have for an apartment in Spain so there is nothing else I can do. I am sorry you felt it wasn’t clean but I have never had an issue before please see other reviews. I always contact my guests on their last day to see if they have had a nice holiday. This quest told me he wasn’t going to leave he wanted to stay another day but hadn’t asked me! This couldn’t happen as I had other quests arriving.

Playa y piscina en población muy turística

Espacioso y bien equipado, lo mejor la ubicación, a faltar aparcamiento propio, a mejorar las dos camas pequeñas. La propietaria muy amable, recomendable para disfrutar también de su estupenda terraza con vistas a piscina, mar y a las salinas, una laguna con aves muy peculiar. Para repetir.

Fabulous location, lovely apartment with great views

Lovely, spacious apartment with fantastic wrap around balcony which is well furnished and has fabulous views. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in Calpe and hopefully will return to this apartment as I don’t think you can beat its location. We had a wonderful stay In this apartment

Great well located apartment in Calpe. Very spacious and well equipped. There is a large balcony with a canopy to offer shade. The pool area is lovely and has a lifeguard. The beach across the road is beautiful and there are wonderful views of the rock. There’s a great range of restaurants with food for everyone and very friendly service. We would definitely return and would recommend the waterfalls near Benidorm for a day out. Booking and checking in and out very straightforward. Highly recommend.

Bonito apartamento frente al mar,limpio,bien equipado y muy cómodo Hemos disfrutado unos dias excelentes con nuestras hijas , una de tres años y otra de cuatro meses en este apartamento . Valoramos sobretodo su comodidad de acceso a la playa, y su excelente piscina. El unico punto que hemos disfrutado menos, a pesar de ser muy bonita, es la teraza, las vistas son muy bonitas, pero la altura del balcón nos parecía demasiado baja y algo peligrosa para las niñas.

Lovely apartment in prime location

We had the apartment for 4 days for just the two of us and found it to be more than we needed in every way! The apartment was super clean and very well provisioned with air conditioning, washing machine & dryer and large TV with sound system. The bathrooms & kitchen were really nice, especially the en-suite in the master bedroom with a walk in shower. The best feature was undoubtedly the very large balcony with optional electric canopy's for when it got too hot, which came in useful during our visit! And for drinking prosescco watching the sunset in the evening! The apartment complex facilities were really lovely and the pool & spa were really well kept with a lifeguard on hand for the pool. We were also really impressed with the key fob & security gate system so that people couldn't just wander in & out of the complex which made the complex feel really secure. The apartment is in a prime location right on the beach and main strip and very accessible to all the bars & restaurants on the sea front. Right next to the apartment is a restaurant called 78 Sabores y Copas who do wonderful meals at all times, the breakfasts are highly recommended as are the strawberry Bellini's! Pricing was very reasonable as well. There is also a large supermarket right next door to the front of the complex as well. Carol was really flexible about our arrival & departure times and we didn't have to wait at all to arrive or check out really early so we had the facilities right up until we left which is always convenient as well. Overall we were really impressed and have already inquired about booking again.

Fantastic apartment

Very nice, well located and fully equipped apartment. We (two adults and three children) had a wonderful vacation and we enjoyed staying in the apartment, in particular on the big balcony with both sun and shade from am to pm. Had all breakfasts and dinners there. Top service from the owner, who responded quickly to all requests and refunded the deposit of £ 200 promptly after we left the apartment. We can highly recommend this apartment. We would love to come back next year!

4 weeks of total relax

Our family spent absolutely fabulous time in Calp this summer. This was our second time in Calp - and we loved the town even more. The apartment is perfectly situated: right on the beach, close to the port and Ifach mountain. Supermarket (masymas) is just at the entrance gate, big Mercadona is less than 10 mins on foot. So there is no need in car. The apartment is very well furnitured, spacious and stylish. Our 3-year-old twin girls loved the "kid's room" (with 2 beds big enough for adults) But what we loved the most was the huuuge terrace with it's fascinating views: the sea in front and the salty lake with flamingos on the other side. Breakfast in the tender morning sun to the accompaniment of the whispering sea - we will definately miss this during long moscow winter. My husband & I live in Poole in Dorset and have a little girl Charlotte who just loves Calpe. We lived in Calpe from September 1994 until September 1998 as I worked for Banco Santander in Altea. We loved our time living and working in Spain and still enjoy going back there several times each year, but when my contract with the Bank came to an end we decided to return to the UK.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We have owned property in Spain for the last 25 years but bought this one I am now advertising in Jan 2004. When we lived in Spain we lived in Altea which was great but not as good a location for holidays. We already owned a two bed apartment in this block but when our daughter came along felt we'd like something a little bigger. The location of this is great. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach which is amazing and so safe for children and the indoor pool means it can be used all year round. The apartment is spacious unlike many I have been to and has a really big balcony. It is like home from home for us. I really hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

The location couldn't be better. If you want to hire a car you can but if you don't want to it really doesn't matter. There are plenty of bars/restaurants and shops right outside the apartment. Plus reliable public transport.
The sun shines on the balcony all day but because the apartment has the balcony on two sides there is always some shade if needed.
It is also a very well maintained block
