Die Wohnung verfügt über ein offenes Design-Konzept in reichen Southwest Indies Möbeln und Dekor verankert.

Die große offene Küche verfügt über Granitoberflächen, alle neuen Edelstahlgeräte, neue Massivholzschränke mit leicht schließbaren Scharnieren sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die alles von Töpfen, Pfannen, Utensilien, Gewürzregalen usw. umfasst. Speisen Sie auf dem eleganten Mahagonitisch von Thomasville mit Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu acht Personen.

Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen 65 "geschwungenen 4k UHD Samsung SMART-Fernseher und ein großes Tommy Bahama-Schnittsofa für bis zu zwei Personen (oder drei kleine Kinder). Zusätzliche Bettwäsche wird im Hauptschrank bereitgestellt. Diese Wohnung ist eine Einheit mit zwei Schlafzimmern, die bequem Platz für bis zu sechs Personen bietet.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit Hartholzmöbeln, einem neuen Kingsize-Bett und einer neuen Serta-Matratze ausgestattet. Ein großer 49-Zoll-Vizio ruht an der Wand am Fußende des Bettes. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Das Ensuite-Badezimmer des Masters wurde umfassend renoviert und umfasst moderne Waschbecken, eine eingebaute Waschtischplatte und eine Sichtschutztür, die den Dusch- und Waschtischbereich voneinander trennt.

Das Gästezimmer ist mit 2 großen Betten (für bis zu 4 Personen) mit neuen Serta-Matratzen und einer Kommode mit eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Auf der Kommode ist ein 32-Zoll-Vizio-Fernseher an der Wand montiert. Das Gästezimmer hat ein halbprivates Badezimmer.

Der Inlet Reef Club verfügt über einen beheizten Gemeinschaftspool, eine Heiß- / Trockensauna, zwei Tennisplätze und einen kürzlich renovierten Fitnessraum. Er befindet sich direkt an den wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden von Destin, Florida.

Very nice condo. The view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen was stocked very nice and the condo had little extra's like hand soaps, trash bags, clothes wash and dish wash. I have already booked again for next year.

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

What an amazing first experience with VRBO. Our family stayed a week in this beautiful condo! It was very spacious and clean! Michael Pasek was great at checking us in and communicating with him was very easy. Great location to the beach and gorgeous beach views from our balcony! Heated pool and jacuzzi were a plus! The condo had very comfortable beds and was equipped with everything you will need I mean everything! Lobby and the Inlet Reef parking lot were also nice and clean. We will definitely rebook this location for our family vacations again!

Beautiful, comfortable condo

The condo was in a great location. The unit was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunsets were amazing. We thought each bathroom had a walk in shower, but it was only one. It was inconvenient, but we made it work. Would definitely come back.

Was very much pleased with the location of this unit. The unit was clean and the gulf view from the patio was wonderful. The second bedroom was tight with the 2 full beds in this room but we survived. The property manager was responsive with questions that I had during our stay. Would definitely stay again at this unit.

Pre-Christmas in Destiin

The location and view were extraordinary. We overlooked a beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We were treated to views of dolphins many days. We enjoyed using the pool (thankfully it was heated during our below normal temperature visit), pickleball courts and walking the beach. The gated entrance made us feel very safe throughout our stay. Everywhere we visited we were welcomed. We had a bit of trouble getting into the unit as the battery in the door lock was dead. Tony and the security guard were very helpful in getting us in and helping us get the lock working. Good thing there were spare batteries inside as we also had to change the smoke alarm that started beeping during the night and the door lock (again) mid-week. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Everything we needed was ready to go including a great supply of spices. Target, Wynn Dixie and Wal-mart were close by for everything else that we needed to pick up. We suggest someone look through the games that are provided. There were a few card games that we could play, but most had many of the pieces missing and the backgammon case was filled with travel brochures but only one game piece. It would also be really helpful to have some pickleball paddles and balls available. We picked some up at Target. Overall, the unit was clean, but the second bathroom has peeling ceiling paint and the ceiling in particular needs a good scrubbing and sanitizing. Thanks Tony and Michael for great communication!

I think the check-in and kitchen facilities are spot on. It was easy to get checked in. And the Kitchen had everything we needed to fix any meal we wanted (even though breakfast was the main item). The panoramic view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking. I will definitely plan on booking this exact property again. Totally loved it!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront condo. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the beach right from the balcony. Great location on the beach

You really can’t beat the location of this unit! It directly overlooks the beach with super easy access to pool and beach. The beds were comfortable the AC worked great and everything seemed to work properly in the unit. The one down side I would say is this is a forty year old building and it’s pretty dated inside and beat up a bit. For 1 million dollar unit’s that pay over 1100 a month in HOA fees I would expect the units to be more updated and fresh looking. Furniture on the patio was stained and had mildew stains. There were no beach towels available so had to go buy some. Minimal toilet paper and paper towels in the unit and no coffee filters for the coffee machine. For 4 grand a week I would expect more of these types of things in the unit. All in all I would rent this unit again as it’s probably the best location in the building and the pool and property were very nice, very close to good restaurants, Property manager was very accessible and accommodating, he gets an A

Perfect vacation spot

The condo was as advertised. The location was perfect since it was a bit more secluded from the traffic but had easy accessibility to everything we needed. Having the balcony right on the beach was extremely enjoyable for my in-laws who love to sit and watch the waves and tons of dolphins. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans and other helpful items such as cascade, tide, hand soap, spices, etc. The only concern we had the entire week was entering and exiting the balcony as there was a very large "step" that we had to remember about. After several "trips", we put notes on the sliding door to remind everyone to step over the metal guard. Not sure anything can be done about that other than just being aware.

Great place for a family getaway. Immediate pool and beach access. Rental car is key in order to get around to local restaurants. Bring your own beach towels and property manager has quick communication via email. Will be coming here again!

Great location

We enjoyed out stay at this condominium. Security was really nice. Condo had an Amazing view. Beach was great and Beach service was Great too. Lots of wildlife to see every morning. And amazing walks on the beach. The condo set up was good for our family of 5. It was well stocked for what we needed but with a lot of great restaurants we didn’t cook much.

We had a fabulous time. The rental company here was amazing. Michael was wonderful. We were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary and upon arrival we received a beautiful Bundt cake that had Happy Anniversary on it.
