Casa Serendipity ist eine private Villa auf einer Wohnanlage, die wir komplett renoviert, entwickelt und im Jahr 2012 zu einem hohen Standard renoviert. Wir werden weiterhin Upgrades und Wartung der Eigenschaft, um unsere Standards zu halten. Wir haben einige Vorschläge unserer Gäste an Bord genommen und Verbesserungen entsprechend vorgenommen. Die überwältigende Reaktion der Mehrheit unserer Gäste ist, wie ruhig, entspannend und begrüßen unsere Villa.

Wir installierten einen versenkbaren Windschutz, die dazu beigetragen hat, gegen die berüchtigten Lanzarote Winden zu schützen, sondern schafft auch einen sicheren Schutz vor dem Wind, damit Sie aus der direkten Sonne zu bekommen, während immer noch Ihre Kinder zu beaufsichtigen zu können, den Pool zu genießen.

Lovely villa

Overall we were happy with the villa and it was generally clean and tidy, we would definitely look to book it again, location was very good (with a car) and kitchen well equipped, the pool cover was a little tired but functional and there was some blown plaster/loose paint in parts of the inside but other than these minor things it was perfect.

This villa is massive and the pictures dont do it justice, we had issues with the booking through VRBO which were sorted by Sarah and she communicated to us throughout this time ensuring our booking was held. Lovely pool and plenty of space for sunbathing. Would book again.

Great Find!

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful villa. The villa is very spacious for and has everything you will need in a nice peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. Communication with Sarah was great from beginning to end. I would love to stay again and highly recommend this Villa.

Excellent 12 day holiday staying in this great 3 bedroom Villa. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, good air conditioning and an amazing Pool / Patio area ! The photos don’t do it justice, the pool is a really good size and we had hours of fun in there every day ! We loved the location of the gated community, minutes from the beaches and shops / restaurants. There is also a very good pay as you go Gym (garage gym) close by and a great running route up and around the crater of Montana Roja. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to rent again in the near future.

Love the place

Great Holiday

The villa is great, had everything we needed inside and out. If you do not like walking you will need a taxi to the beach or hire a car, Rubicon Marina is over an hour on foot, Playa Flamingo 35-40 minutes. Taxis are very easy to get and the prices are good.

lovely villa, excellent communication with host

villa was in overall very good condition and exactly as listed/ pictures shown. Kitchen was extremely well kitted out with everything you could need (could do with a new mop but thats about all) Communication with host was absolutely brilliant and they replied to any queries immediately. A bit of a walk to shops and restaurants but downhill and easy taxi or bus bus ride back.

Wonderful Villa Stay

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. Loved the welcome pack in arrival and especially the comfy beds. Villa well located although was a 40 min walk into town but there is a bus stop near by and taxis are cheap to and from the villa (5-6euros). Pool was lovely although still on the chilly side and there are there were quite a few loose tiles in and around the pool area. Would definitely considering staying again at this villa.

Lovely large house with private pool

Good size house and well equipped with everything you need for your stay, including beach and pool towels which were a bonus. Good size pool and ample sun loungers. Sarah is a great host who was very quick to respond to messages. We hired a car so location was perfect getting around. Nice quite complex and there is a communal pool as well a short walk away. It was our first time in Lanzarote and we will definitely come back.

Absolutely outstanding

Cannot praise and rate the villa highly enough. We had a perfect stay, the villa is extremely spacious, well equipped and in a beautiful location. Every little thing has been thought about to ensure a relaxing and stress free holiday. The heated pool is gorgeous with plenty of sun loungers. The sunrise is a fabulous sight viewed from the upstairs balcony. I highly recommend booking if you are looking for a spacious, well equipped home from home with a heated pool in the lovely Lanzarote sunshine!

Lazing in Lanzarote sunshine

This property is great - plenty of room both inside and outside. Location is great, with the bus-stop being very close. The master suite upstairs is large, light and airy. Very clean on arrival, and the property was cleaned during our stay. Just one minor thing - can you provide oven gloves? Maybe they have disappeared over the years!

Lovely Villa in a Quiet Area

The villa inside was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls etc and lots of cooking pots and pans. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were large. The only reason for our 4 star overall rating was due to the building site behind which meant that outside the villa was covered in sand, which in turn got in the pool meaning that it took a lot of cleaning for us to be able to use it. Sarah was always helpful and answered quickly. We do intend to return when the building work is completed and the site is cleared.

I am most grateful to Allen for the interactions we had during his stay. I was advised by the developer that the construction had completed and the building materials would be cleared within a month. This has clearly not happened and with Allen's assistance, we have the evidence to prove the unacceptable impact this is having for guests and physically on our villa. We have authorised extra cleaning to reduce the impact as much as possible. I will be taking this up with developer. Again, I am so grateful Allen engaged with me. If guests have issues, I urge them to contact the host. We are not able to address anything unless we are told of issues and we get as angry as guests do when our property, or the experience of our property is adversely affected.

Perfection

We had such an amazing holiday! The villa is beautiful - spacious, modern, clean, well equiped and very peaceful. Sarah was the perfect host and went out of her way to accommodate us when we had a slight passport issue which meant we had to change our dates!! She was always super quick to respond to messages and just made us feel relaxed and welcome in her beautiful home. The villa is a good 25 minutes walk to Flamingo beach but, as it was just my husband and I, we enjoyed the walk. If we had had the children with us, we would have hired a car as their little legs would have not enjoyed it quite so much! Overall, a fabulous villa that I would love to return to 😍

Great stay after let down by a different villa owner

We had originally booked another villa but were let down at the last minute as that owner had double booked the property. So we contacted sarah and she was right back within a few minutes and made all the arrangements to change what could have been a disasater into a great holiday. The property was well equipped - we only used a fraction of the bedroom and bathroom facilities byt we made good use of the kitchen and dining areas which were very well equipped. The pool area looks like it has been refrurbished recently and was very pleasant - the heated pool makes all teh difference at thsi time of the year. The property is in a gated area of playa blanca and very close to the montana roha the nearby extinct volcano but which has a pefectly shaped crater and was a very enjoyable walk - we did it almost every morning. Fantastic views from the top. Playa blanca is very nice lots of restuarants - our best meal was at Imagine India - very nice indian dishes. The walk along the harbour and seafront is very nice and a cup of coffee and cake is a nice break to take. We had a great time at this property and thanks again to Sarah the owner for such a speedy response and saving our holiday. We will definately return.

Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter

Schönes Ferienhaus und sehr nette Vermieter Wir waren für fast 2 Wochen im Winter dort mit unseren 3 Kindern. Das Haus ist gemütlich und schön aufgeteilt. Leider war es bereits sehr abgewohnt (dreckige Wände, ein wenig Schimmel in den Bädern und defektes Besteck etc). Die Matratzen sind wirklich mehr als durchgelegen. Der Pool war maximal 18-23 Grad warm. Bereits am 1. Tag reklamierten wir so einiges und es wurde sich ganz toll gekümmert. Nur 1h später stand ein Putzteam da. Die Temperatur vom Pool wurde erhöht (hat aber leider nicht viel gebracht) und wir sollten neue Matratzen bekommen (diese haben wir bis zum Abreisetag aber nicht bekommen). Immerhin wurde uns der Mietpreis für 1 Tag erstattet. Insgesamt muss man aber sagen, dass wir doch zufrieden waren. Internet und TV waren ok. Heizung in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden (Bäder wäre auch schön gewesen). Die Gegend war spitze. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Zur Begrüßung gab es auch einen Wein. Und man hat viel Katzenbesuch ;-)

Another excellent stay at this Villa in Playa Blanca, if available it’s our primary choice of accommodation when visiting Lanzarote. The whole family once again really enjoyed the Pool and relaxing in the private outdoor spaces.

We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere that Playa Blanca has to offer. There is something for everyone from a gentle stroll along the promenade to safe, clean, sandy beaches for the children. The vast array of restaurants offer food for all tastes from Spanish Tapas to English Fish and Chips.

Casa Serendipity offers completely private accommodation. We have installed a large heated swimming pool, with optional heating. All of the bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for those steamy summer nights. The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and incorporates a newly built bespoke kitchen. There is a very handy bus stop within walking distance of the villa. Alternatively, local taxis are approximately €3-€4 into the centre of Playa Blanca.
