Hi, My name is Marcia and I own Villa Loumar with my children.

We bought the villa off plan after spending some wonderful holidays in this spectacularly beautiful area in and around Fethiye. The building was only completed in early 2012 so our first year of enjoying the villa was 2012. I came with my daughter and twin grandchildren who declared it was their best holiday ever! Other holiday makers seem to agree.

As a well known practising London artist I have decorated the rooms and outside terraces with lovely original artwork which gives the villa a unique character.

We have put our villa in the hands of helpful and efficient agents situated nearby in Calis Beach. They speak both English and Turkish. Together we will liaise with you before, during and after your booking to ensure you have a great time.

We fell in love with this area near Fethiye- azure blue seas, surrounded by mountains. The villa is ideally located for a relaxing holiday within a 6-8 minutes walk to the nearest beach, Surf Beach and a string of local beach clubs. The larger Calis beach has a promenade bordered by many shops and restaurants. This is a 10 minute drive from the villa or you can catch a Dolmus (local minibus) from outside Surf Beach. They go every few minutes. At night one can take a peaceful stroll along the Prom at Calis Beach and watch the glowing lights of Fethiye across the bay.

Fethiye, 15-20 minutes by dolmus, has harbour cruises and a fantastic weekly market on Tuesdays. Shop in the 'old city' and dine outdoors under canopies of light-strung trees.

Villa Loumar has a unique artistic character created by the owner artist, Marcia. It is situated in a quiet pretty village but with easy access to busier tourist areas.There is free wi-fi throughout and on balconies.

There's a handy ice-water and instant hot water (for tea/coffee) dispenser in the kitchen and a new smart Samsung TV in the lounge area.

Private pool and child's pool and outside flower-filled terraces are perfect for swimming, shaded relaxation or sunbathing. There's a hot/cold outdoor shower.

On the terrace, there's a BBQ, outdoor furniture for alfresco dining under the overhanging grape vines. A hand-painted flowered bamboo fence surrounds the terrace and pool areas for added privacy.

The villa is very conveniently situated - within an 8 minute stroll to the nearest Beach, Surf Beach and other adjacent beach clubs. A newly opened large 'Migros' (supermarket) is just around the corner - a minute's walk from the villa.

The gated garden, pool and child's splash pool are tended daily and the villa cleaned with bedlinen changed before arrival.

Additional villa clean & linen changes & 'welcome' pack - water, milk, bread, jam, butter, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar -are optional extras. Just ask.

Besides relaxing, swimming, shopping, sunbathing and dining under the stars, there's a wide range of water sports available in high season from the near-by Surf Cafe Beach Clubs and nearby Calis beach - and loads of tours that you can book at various outdoor booths at Calis beach.
