Excellent hideaway villa. Loved the quiet location and enjoyed the 10 minute stroll down to Calis.The Taxi button is an added bonus when needed. Lovely peaceful Villa

The Villa was really nice with all We needed. It was in a nice peacefull spot and between walking and the Taxi which was so easy to use, we had everything we wanted close by. The pool man, cleaners and managment made sure the Villa and pool were just as we wanted, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definately recommend a stay here.

Fantastic Villa!

We had a lovely stay in the villa with our friends and three children and babies between us. The villa is perfect for families and children of all ages. It's very well finished and spacious inside and out. Shops, bars and restaurants along the seafront are all within easy walking distance even with the young kids and the locals are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We'd love to book again in the future!

Comfortable and good sized villa

We enjoyed our family stay at this villa. There is a good sized pool and the covered outside seating area was a bonus with the heat. The villa is situated in a quiet area. However it is not where the pin drop is on the map. We easily got taxis into Fethiye using the call button outside on the road.

Lovely stay - owners sorted out transport from the airport to the villa and Return, all smooth transaction. Villa was stunning! big spacious home. 2x balconies 3x toilets. Neighbours are so lovely and in a quiet location. Small walk down the road to a taxi rank or button just at the gate upon entrance to call a cab. A/C in every room. Owners helped out so much and hats to Omer whom was very accommodating and helpful during our stay! Organised our quad biking experience and take aways to the villa. 5 stars and highly recommend. Thank you so much Emma for a wonderful stay

Excellent

The Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival, with a seamless check in. Host was even able to help us with airport transfer. A lovely quiet area, but within walking distance of the beach, and a lovely beach bar with a very friendly owner, and a great Turkish Breakfast. The bus stop is close by, but the driver will stop anywhere if you wave them down, and the taxi button was a bonus, with them arriving within minutes. Communication with the host was exceptional, Emma answered all my questions quickly, and was very helpful along with Omer who looks after the villa in Turkey. Will certainly be recommending to friends and family? And would love to return.

Villa Hideaway was very nice, pool & garden areas were lovely and we had a great holiday.Sadly Omar, the property manager, did not keep any arranged appointments we made, the TV was not working and we had 4 days of torrential rain and it would of been nice to have been able to watch a movie. There were a few other problems we had which we asked Omar to help with but he never turned up. The Villa pin drop was not in the correct place on the website, after querying the address we found the location to be further away from Calis which in turn involved the use of taxis & buses daily which took alot of time to get to bars & restaurants as most places were closed near the villa.We were in touch with the owners who did thier utmost to improve the situation for us and you can't ask for anything more than that. We love Turkey and will go back.

Lovely holiday

Emma's villa is lovely. The area is nice and not too far from locals towns/cities. The lady at the end who lives there was very friendly and made time to speak to us whenever she saw us. The taxi is brilliant, you press a button and one arrives within minutes. There are 2 local shops within walking distance which sells plenty of things. Shopping was a little difficult but this was to be expected. The pool was an absolute godsend for us as it was very very hot. The villa was equipped with most things you would need for a self catering holiday although some things were missing that were advertised. Emma was really good with communications before and even after our stay. I did have a few things to chat with Emma about following our stay but she promised to address these with the company that managed her villa. Overall, the holiday was great!

Perfect private villa!

We stayed at the HideAway Villa 4 for 4 nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend booking this villa. We were greeted by Omer, the property manager, who kindly bought us welcome drinks and food and gave us a detailed low down of the local area. The villa itself is situated near Calis but is a 15 minute taxi to the main town of Fethiye. Throughout our stay, Omer was always available to answer our questions and give recommendations. He also printed our boarding passes for us as we didn’t have access to a printer, and weren’t aware at first that we needed one. The villa itself was stunning, and very clean. The main bathroom was very modern. The air con worked well and we were also provided with a water tank so we didn’t need to buy much bottled water. There was complimentary breakfast in the fridge including bread, cheese, yogurt and juice. There was a pool cleaner who came every morning and gardener who came afternoon but they did not interrupt our stay as we didn’t see them once. We almost had complete privacy with the private pool, except for a gate that lead to the drive away, which we covered with a large towel. There were villas either side but they didn’t have a view of the pool. At the bottom of the driveway, there is a taxi button, which calls a taxi for you within 5 minutes. There is also a local supermarket, Migros, which is a 5 min walk from the villa. Would highly recommend staying here and will be returning next year!

Wer mit schimmel klar kommt...wir nicht!

Schimmel sprngt einen regelrecht an, das innere der schränke in der küche voller schimmel und stinkt auch richtig. Bad voller schimmel. Waschmachine funktioniert anfangs nicht nachdem wir gereinigt haben ging es wieder, der strom ist nicht ausreichend daher auch nur bedingt funktionsfähig. Heißt eine ladung kann man dann mitten in der nacht waschen. Der pool hat die badeanzüge gelb verfärbt auch die spiel sachen sind gelb. Möchte gar nicht wissen wie der ph wert war. Der Hahn in der Nachbarschaft war dann noch "die Kirsche auf dem Sahnehäubchen"kräht durchgehed selbst nachts ab und an. Kein ruhiger schlaf möglich sogar mit geschlossenen fenster. Klimaanlagen schaltet nachts selbst ab warum auch immer. Alles nur Kiesstrände wer mag jackpot wer sand mag hat mega pech. Wir mögen sand von daher total falsch gebucht. Trost war der pool. Stühle im haus waren kaputt. Sraubsauger nicht funktionsfähig. Klimaanlagen wurden seit jahren wohl nicht mehr gewartet(wurden von uns gewartet da wir in der Klimaabranche in DE tätig sind haben wir ahnung).Kochen hat ohne probleme geklappt. Ärgerlich am ersten tag, dass der strom ausfiel (seltsamerweise wurde von Hauptverteiler draußen die sicherung raus genommen/geworfen -wer weiß) und unsere TK sachen nicht mehr tiefgekühlt waren. Allgemein Fethiye Mensche sind vom Turismus total genervt und entsprechend unfreundlich. Nur wo es geld zu holen gibt wird freundlichkeit gezeigt. Mein erster und letzter trip nach fethiye.

Nice house with great garden en Pool

We hadden een fijne week in het huis van Emma en de reactie snelheid was erg vlot. Het huisje is prima met fijne airco’s en lekkere bedden. Het ligt wel afgelegen dus een eigen auto of taxi vervoer naar Fethiye is wel noodzakelijk. Verder moet je rekening houden met voor mediterane landen gebruikelijke ongemakken zoals: - gebrekkig onderhoud (bovendeur kastdeur keuken viel eruit en kwam op mijn arm terecht.) - elektriciteit wat uitvalt -lage waterdruk waardoor douchen op 1e en 2e verdieping niet altijd mogelijk is -appratuur wat gebrekkig werkt (wasmachine en magnetron). En tot slot iets waar de eigenaar niks aan kan doen maar iedere ochtend kraait de haan van de buren van 5.00 tot 8.00 om de paar minuten. Zelf vonden wij dit niet erg en waanden we ons op het platteland 😁. Als je van bovengenoemde zaken niet al teveel een probleem maakt dan is het een plek waar je een geweldige week Fethiye kunt hebben. Maar omdat ikzelf mijn boeking altijd baseer op reviews vind ik het belangrijk om een eerlijke review te plaatsen. Uiteindelijk viel hierdoor het huisje toch iets meer tegen dan we vooraf hadden verwacht.

A great stay!

We stayed from the 15th to 25th August 2019. The villa was clean, very stylish, well catered for and the air con was a god send! Plenty of bath towels and beach towels for 6 people. The pool was a nice size and every morning it was cleaned. There was also enough sunbeds for everyone with two umbrellas for the shade. It was nice for the kids to use the inflatables that previous occupants had left behind. Every evening we took a taxi into town, which was about a 10 minute drive. At the entrance of the villas there was a radio on the gate, all you had to do was press the buzzer and a taxi arrived within minutes. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The local beach was only a 10 minute walk away and along the way there was two small shops for your basic needs. We spent a lovely day at the beach, sunbathed, swam in the sea and a spot of lunch! All in all we had a great time, the Turkish people are very nice and will go out of their way to help you. You must go to the market in Fethiye, which is every Tuesday, we bought some great bargains! We also used the four bicycles at the villa. Finally, thank you to our neighbour (Melkham) for checking in on us every other day and Omer who met us when we arrived and organised pizza for us and alcolhol. Not forgetting the welcome pack on arrival; tea, coffee, water, milk, bread & butter. Thanks and see you again soon!!

The perfect paradise

Have just returned from an amazing stay at the hideaway! The Villa is beautiful and well situated near the local amenities. Emma and Warren were so helpful throughout our whole experience, from organising transport to and from the airport and always being on hand to answer any questions we had. Omer is also an added bonus being the go to guy once you arrive nothing was too much trouble even organising some online shopping. Meltem was the most amazing neighbour who made us incredibly welcome and again couldn’t do enough to make our holiday enjoyable. Overall I would recommend Koca Calis to everyone whether you need a break away from it all and some peace and quiet and seclusion or the hustle and bustle of the towns which are just a bus or taxi trip away!! This is the perfect paradise for all! We will definitely be returning sooner rather than later!

First villa holiday for the family

There is very little I can add to the earlier reviews, the villa is very well presented, clean and well maintained. Our family of 6 stayed for 10 very enjoyable days and could not find a fault with anything. Our children (aged from 14 - 20) were kept occupied with a very nice size pool which was always refreshing in the sun, the free wifi, Sky TV or option to watch DVD's on one of the players in the lounge or bedrooms. There was also a PlayStation although we never played on it. The bedrooms were a good size and the air conditioning was a real bonus in the evening. The bathrooms were very modern on the first and second floor whilst the ground floor wc was smaller it served its purpose and was ideal if you were nipping in and out the pool. Although we ate out a lot of the time, the kitchen was ideal for either popping in and out for a light bite or for cooking a full meal. The fridge / freezer was more than big enough for our stay and the oven / grill was also very good. The washing machine was a real bonus during our stay, although for some reason no tumble dryer (must have something to do with the weather). Everything else you would expect in a kitchen was present and clean, from the cutlery to plates, glasses to tea towels. I'd recommend using the BBQ at least on during your stay, we shopped at Kipa (Tesco) for our food, which was only a short taxi ride away but you can purchase everything else you need in one easy shop. The bikes at the villa were also handy if you wanted to pop down the road to one of the local shops or even going for a little explore around. Emma was always more than happy to answer any questions prior and during our stay as was Jeff and his wife (who were just a few doors down) who were always keen to ensure everything was ok and would be be more than happy to assist with any questions regarding life in general around the resort. A wonderful stay, would recommend to all, so pleased that we booked it.

Lovely Comfortable Villa.

We are a family of 4 who stayed at the villa during Half Term. The villa is spacious with everything you need for a great holiday. We used the outside sound system every day whilst sitting in the spacious garden (connects via Bluetooth). The pool is a good size and the poolman called every day. The bicycles were great for going to the local shop or into Chalis during the day and we used the local taxi's for evening meals out in Chalis. (£5 each way). The villa is well maintained and clean & tidy, and the washing machine was useful too. Everything worked as it should, and the beds were very comfortable. All in all we had a really good holiday, and the communication from Warren & Emma was excellent (Emma also arranged our taxi transfers which was a big help - thanks Emma) Also thanks to Jeff and his charming wife who looked after us during our stay. We will book the villa again in the future. Can't wait to return!

Outstanding, modern, roomy, technically

The whole family stayed in the villa, so the age range was from 3 years to 70. Every one was extremely impressed with the whole property, there was enough bedroom space, and living space for all of us to be comfortable (7 people), I was particularly impressed with the top bedroom, which just seemed so lovely, which was ensuite, I could have just stayed up there for the week! The toilet on the ground floor was handy with a 3 year old. A very kindly thought out first aid cupboard, with such things as sun cream in. Taxi service where by you only had to walk a few yards and push a button, or just a little walk. I particularly liked how spotlessly clean the whole property and pool were. My husband liked the Sky TV and computer with internet, but he LOVED the outside shower, again a very modern shower. It was so nice to have basic groceries supplied, saving a lot of expense and time. There is a little local shop at the end of the road, we didn't have enough Turkish money to pay for our groceries, and they said just pay it when you are passing, I think that says it all. A little further walk on and you are next to the beach. We mainly used taxi's in to the town and ate out at the beautiful beach cafe's, OH I JUST WANT TO GO BACK NOW! We will book again for next year, and thank you to Warren for superb customer service and to the English Manager of the property, who lived a few doors down, NOTHING was to much trouble for him, and we felt comfortable enough to call upon his services at any time. Thank you

Home from home

Late booking before winter set in and thoroughly glad we did! Fantastic accommodation and everything had been catered for. Everything we needed had been provided which was great as our first couple of days (because of the time of year were a bit rainy) so we stayed put in the villa which was perfect and our kids loved it. Pool was great and regularly cleaned. The guy at the end of the road (Forgot his name but he was from England but had lived in Turkey many years) was really helpful and helped us out with queries when they arose. Great location. We loved the nearest resort of Chalis beach but also enjoyed a trip by boat over to Fethiye. We only spent a week there but wish it was longer. Will definitely return-Thanks

Honeymooners

We stayed for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and what an amazing time we had. First of all it was very easy to find from the airport (we hired a car). We arrived at night the villa was light up and looked fantastic. Inside was very clean and had everything you could think of (new kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, wifi etc. even tv if that takes your fancy). The outside had a lovely pool and we spent alot of evenings sat outside with a glass of wine and had a bbq. The surrounding area had everything and more close to beaches, restaurants, bars and only 30 minutes drive from Oludenize. We made friends with locals and neighbours who are friendly and suggested some good places to eat so don't worry about talking to people they are nice. We are planning another trip soon we family as there is enough space. We have stayed in many villas over the years and I must say this is top on the list.

Stunning Villa in beautiful location!

Absolutely stunning villa in a beautiful beach area of Calis, Fethiye. On arrival at the airport we were greeted by our driver who could not do enough for us, all arranged by the owner. The villa was amazing. Had everything we needed and more. The pictures do not do it justice, we were in awe!! Absolutely beautiful, all mod cons, wifi so we could show off to everyone back home, outside TV & speaker system, built in BBQ so we could eat out every night. We didn't even need to go anywhere we had perfection right there! 10 min walk to the beach, couple of local shops & bars on the way, it was heaven. We had a lovely sunset meal on the beach in a bar where the James Bond film Skyfall was filmed!!! The views from the villa were beautiful. Absolutely the best holiday I have been on! The communication with the owner was second to none, answering all my queries very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Have already booked for next year & will definitely be making it an annual holiday. Total bargain, thank you for such a lovely time !
