Excellent place in Rome

We enjoyed our stay. The owners were extremely accommodating and the communication was great. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We rarely encountered other tourists but it was easy to get to the sites on the bus. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very nice with a good layout for up to two couples. We were under the impression that it would have three bedrooms and since we are not two couples but four people we found the pull out sofa a bit awkward.

Amazing holiday

We were lucky enough to stay at this home for 8 nights it was perfect, so much coach, stayed cool in the crazy heat wave, and so easy to get around from! We will definitely be back for any trips to Rome!

Perfect resting spot to visit Roma

Perfect spot for a stay in Rome for a family, 2 rooms sofabed of 4 with all ammenities. Quiet apartment about 10-15 mins from metro station and access to bus, taxis, etc. Fabrizio and Flavia took care of us and it was exactly what we required. Great hosts as well. We had a great walk to Trevi Fontana (about 2.5 to 3 kms) from the apartment and was worth it!Many thanks, Fabrizio.

Great communication from hosts (Monica & Fabrizio) throughout the booking process. Great location close to bars & restaurants with nearby tram & bus stops for quick access to the City Centre. Apartment was perfect for our requirements. Thoroughly recommend.

Great stay in Rome

My friends and I had a great stay here at Fabrizio and Monica’s apartment! It was easy to check in and find. Fabrizio was accommodating and showed us how to get into the apartment complex. He was always very responsive to our questions and helped us have an amazing stay! The location was a bit far from the city centre but the neighborhood was nice an quiet and safe.

The space was good for a family of 5 and we appreciated the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The heating system was challenging. The location was not central and no metro nearby. So we had to walk a long way or figure out a bus/metro combo, as taxis are very expensive. Finally the key directions on day of departure were very difficult and unclear. We ended up getting locked on the inside of the metal car gate and couldn’t make it through the door to our taxi! It made for a very stressful final morning. I suggest a better key drop system

Family Stay

My family and I had a long stay here and it was great. We loved the neighborhood, it felt like it was out of the city center busyness. Yet still within a few miles to everything. The host prepared so well for us, they were one of the only rentals that had baby items. Finally, the host’s communication was the best we have ever experienced! Would definitely recommend to others.

A lovely place

A lovely place not very far from Rome center, with lots of surrounding bus stops for all those lazy people (including me) who likes to get a bus rather than walk. Fabrizzio is a wonderful host that tries his best to satisfy all.. The apartment is not very large but well planned, and having all the facilities for comfort. The kitchen is a little bit small but the rest is ok

Great Apartment in Rome!

Very nice apartment in a great area of Rome. Located near great restaurants and a big grocery store. The apartment is clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the way it was decorated and the vibe of the apartment was cool. The kitchen is very small, but gets the job done. Both bedrooms are large, and two bathrooms are a bonus. The dining area was very accommodating to hang out and eat and play games. It is a bit dark as it is a basement apartment, however it has a front patio with chairs to sit at. I would recommend.

God location

Great place in a good location in Rom. Walking distance to all things but you still live in a area where there are most italian people. Good restaurants nearby. The thing that we didnt like was that the flat has high humidity. No towels or clothes would dry. Smells a bit when you arrive but later you dont care.

Our nine-day stay was excellent. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything you need to make a Roma visit a pleasure. There are numerous very good to excellent restaurants within a short walking distance (try Kilo a couple hundred yards from the apartment for excellent steaks). A grocery store with everything you need in food and beverage is a half block away. Bus stops that will get you to everywhere you could want to go in Rome within about 30 minutes are one to two short blocks from the apartment. The hosts, Fabrizio and Monica, were helpful, replied to all requests within minutes, and communicated with easily understood directions in English. I will definitely stay here the next time I visit Rome.

Nice, terrible neighbors!

Property is just as described. Missing a key detail that the property is downstairs on a basement level. Two hours after getting keys from the owner and parking where the owner tells us to park. A neighbor bangs on the down screaming about the parking. 24 hours later the same neighbor keyed (scratched) the rental car up! The parking area is enclosed to only residents. Explained this to the owner and he replied “she’s a mental crazy person haha”!

Beautiful flat with no surprises.

The flat itself was perfect for us. Really cute with all the finishing touches. The property manger added info on restaurants to go to and how to navigate the city in their welcome book (nice touch). The check in was easy despite our lateness. My only negative and this has nothing to do with the property manager or the flat. We found transportation difficult. We were 6 so getting a cab was difficult and the buses very slow and unreliable. Walking to major attraction is not an option in the heat of summer. But if you are comfortable with the bus system I would recommend it to everyone.
