Unsere neu renovierte Penthouse-Wohnung in fabelhafter Lage in einem schicken Komplex, umgeben von einer großen Auswahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. In der Nähe der besten Golfclubs von Nueva Andalucia und der Strände von Puerto Banus und Marbella. Das Hotel bietet eine hervorragende Qualität und ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie für einen kurzen Aufenthalt bei längeren Aufenthalten benötigen. Genießen Sie den ganzen Tag Sonne, Sonnenuntergänge und einen weiten Blick von den beiden Terrassen. Eine Essterrasse neben der Lounge sowie eine große Dachterrasse mit Sonnenliegen, bequemen Patiosofas und einem Essbereich mit Minimöbeln für die Kleinsten. Markisen sind für Schatten vorgesehen.
Es gibt cremefarbene Marmorböden mit neuer leiser Klimaanlage und Heizung. Der Meister hat ein neues Super-Kingsize-Bett mit neuer tiefer Matratze von ausgezeichneter Qualität und ein eigenes Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist extra lang und es gibt ein weiteres Badezimmer in voller Größe. Es gibt Glasfaser-IPTV mit über 120 Kanälen, darunter 12 beliebte UK-Kanäle, DVD (Filmbibliothek) mit WIFI.
Bei Bedarf steht eine sichere Tiefgarage mit einem eigenen Platz neben dem Aufzug zur Wohnung zur Verfügung.

Der Aloha Gardens-Komplex hat viel zu bieten: einen großen Pool mit Sommerrettungsschwimmer, weitläufige maurisch geprägte Gärten mit Pools und Springbrunnen. Ein weiterer Bereich ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern mit einem geschlossenen Pool und einem Spielbereich reserviert. Während der Wintermonate können Sie den beheizten Innenpool nutzen.
Gegenüber befindet sich ein Kinderclub, in dem verschiedene Sportarten angeboten werden, darunter Tennis und der freundliche Tennisclub Brothers, in dem alle willkommen sind. Es gibt 4 Schläger in der Wohnung

Fabulous apartment, exactly as described and pictured and given such a warm welcome on arrival.

Loved our stay. We had everything we needed included coffee machine. Bright, modern and tastefully decorated with beautiful big balconies with lovely views.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing sun terrace. Owners communicated well throughout & are very helpful with any queries you my have, before & during your stay. A lovely complex, that's not too big & has top class bars & restaurants around the outside. Ideally located, with a short taxi ring to the centre of Puerto Banus. A big thumbs up! 👍👍

Wonderful holiday

Just got back from our holiday at this property and was thrilled with this place , it was even better than expected , the photos don’t do it enough Justice !!! Stayed with my husband, son and his girlfriend and it suited all of us . Great location , wonderful views, easy to travel into Puerto Banus and Marbella. We rented a car which the proprietors recommended and was so glad we did The apartment was very clean and spacious with fabulous views . The pools and the gardens were kept so lovely , some good restaurants bars and shops close by Overall it was a great relaxing holiday and would definitely book again

Loved our stay here - the apartment was perfect and the pool was lovely. Plenty of great restaurants (and we’re real foodies!) within walking distance if you don’t want to venture too far. Equally nearby Puerto Banus in an uber, and we visited Marbella old town a couple of evenings. The only issue we had, was some confusion with the management company around checking in. The keys weren’t available to pick up from the restaurant where we were told and we had to walk round to the other side of the complex to get them with heavy suitcases in tow! Luckily we weren’t waiting too long for the management company to arrive with the keys, but it wasn’t the most relaxing start to our holiday. This didn’t spoil our experience though and we’d 100% return and would recommend.

Perfect Break

Just back from a week’s break to relax & chill - & that’s exactly what we did. We have visited NA half doz times already but not stayed in this area before. Aloha Gardens is a fantastic complex with a great pool area that was never busy, fantastic bars & restaurants on your doorstep & a supermarket 5-10 mins walk away. We chose to stay here as loved the look of the apartment & also to be close to Los Naranjos Golf Course (4 mins drive). The apartment is in a fantastic position within the complex, very clean & comfortable & has everything you will need. We never ventured far but there is a taxi rank right outside if you need it. Aloha Gardens is in an elevated position with many of the entrances having steps (even steps to the lifts) & the accommodations having their owns stairs within - may not suit everyone for this reason. For us it was perfect & we wish we’d stayed longer & would most definitely look to return in the future. Thank you for having us.

I was led to believe it was a penthouse there for all on one level in fact it is over 3 levels 4 sets of marble stairs very dangerous especially for children I only booked this townhouse because I thought it was a penthouse as I suffer from breathing disabilities made my break hard work at every turn Pool beds are extremely uncomfortable we made the best of a disappointing so called penthouse the owners need to change there advert in many ways as it is most misleading

It is very unfortunate that Christine did not read the headline of the advert with the description TRIPLEX clearly displayed. Yes it is a penthouse triplex. Nor did she see the stairs in a lounge photo or the clear wording on our own website which she had access to the day she booked describing the apartment as a penthouse arranged over 3 floors. I only learned of her health issues when l read her review. Had we been informed about this by Christine, as soon as she realised her mistake, Simon our longstanding agent would have found her accommodation suitable for her health needs on a nearby complex. Christine has seen fit to punish us for her mistakes with a 3 star review. This booking was a headache and struggle from beginning to end caused mainly because Christine chose not to read any of the information sent to her. I found it impossible to understand the motivation behind her unusual behaviour . In over 20 years of owning holiday homes we have had the pleasure of having polite nice guests stay who have appreciated the work we put in to ensure they have a great holiday. Half our bookings this year are repeat guests. This is what the previous 2 guests said:- Thank you so much for letting us stay in your apartment this past week. It was wonderful, so well appointed and maintained. No issues at all. ROUZAN. Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment again. We had a brilliant time and will hopefully be back some time in the future. CRAIG. Excellent! Best apartment on complex!

Perfect property, probably the best apartment on the complex! It is more like a house as it is laid out across three floors including a large roof terrace. Amazing views from the terrace and the balcony. As this is the corner plot, the apartment benefits from panoramic views and more privacy than other apartments, you can see the pool and gardens from the balcony. The property was very well maintained with everything you needed and more to have a great stay. The owners and managers were excellent at communicating and answering any questions quickly before the visit. The property manager even brought the key to us in a restaurant as we were initially early on arrival and he offered to do this, amazing customer service! You can't go wrong in Marbella - so much to see and do. Even on the doorstep of this apartment are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets and a taxi rank outside so you can easily go anywhere! 5Euro to Mistral Beach or Puerto Banus. If you bring a hire car there is also secure underground parking at the complex. The complex is also very secure with strict security gates and a presence of security 24 hours. We loved this apartment so much that I am already planning another visit later in the year - I highly recommend it!

Staircase to a bit of heaven

Picture perfect. We stayed here for nearly two months enjoying the beautiful weather and spectacular vistas from the terrace. The nearby amenities include several excellent restaurants right next to the gated complex, as well as a small supermarket and an organic food store within easy walking distance. We even found a walk-in veterinary clinic for our little dog when he needed additional shots required by the kennel where we left him while travelling to other parts of Andalusia. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn’t miss anything. The complex is very secure and beautifully maintained. The owners and the property manager were accessible and attentive. During our last two weeks of our stay the country was under lockdown for COVID-19 and we were fortunate to have been isolated in this splendid and safe location. The owners were super accommodating and the manager was extremely helpful in responding to our needs. If there is one thing you should be aware of is that you will need to be quite fit to navigate the many stairs that lead into the complex. You will get a daily workout, which we did enjoy, but it might not be for everyone! Overall, a perfect experience in the midst of a chaotic world event.

An apartment from "Homes & Gardens"!

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, beds & pillows very comfortable (5*) amazing views, great sun deck, excellent parking, very convenient for beaches, shops & restaurants, airport 30-40 minutes drive. Conveniently situated for walks & tennis. Would definitely return, hopefully to use the pool this time as the weather was too cold when I visited. Lovely, very well maintained spacious property

This is a lovely property, located in a really good position in the complex with lovely views over the pool, fountains and local town area and the owners were a pleasure to deal with. The property is well maintained, spacious and has nice modern furniture throughout and really comfortable beds as well as superbly efficient air con. The pool area was not too busy and we could always find somewhere to sit. I never saw it full in the 2 1/2 weeks we were there. There is one large pool and then a smaller one located in a different position on the complex. The lifeguard around the pool could be fairly strict.. no jumping, ball games or inflatables, however, this led to the area being really relaxing rather than us feeling as though we were missing out!. There were a few hen weekenders there however, this complex is known for not being a target for the noisy hen parties and as a result there were just a lot of girls lounging around and relaxing after a hard night on the town - no issues at all. The local area is nice with bars and restaurants on the edge of the complex and a few more within a few minutes walk. We'd recommend Girasol and also Studio 68. Peurto Banus itself is probably a 25 minute walk however, it was so hot we got taxis for around 6 - 10 euro dependent on the time of the day. All in all a great position for exploring lots of different areas and also for staying in and relaxing. We'd definately recommend it to other families and couples.

Thank you for this comprehensive review. Often photos can look great but not tell the full story. We do invest in good quality mattresses , pillows and linen, so are pleased that along with the new air-conditioning system they have added to Louise and her family's positive holiday experience. We looked at many apartments in this area , one we know well, before choosing this excellently positioned apartment on this very well run complex. We are still adding things to the facilities at the apartment so our future guests can have the best possible holiday experience.

Very good apartment in a good location

Apartment is very nice and recently refreshed, beige marble floors, clean bathrooms exactly like on photos or even bit better. South facing terraces with the view to the pool and beautiful garden one on the main floor and solarium on third floor are perfect for relaxing. Indoor pool with jacuzzi are nice if you like warm water. Downstairs on the street are many good restaurants and lounges. I suggest TUKTUK and El Jardin because of the good service and food but other are also good. Puerto Banus port is very close and possible to reach walking if weather is not too hot, anyway taxi stop is right in front of the doors. Will go back asap. Thank you Caroline and William

lovely quiet apartment

My wife and I have previously stayed at William and Carolines other apartment with our family and had a great time there. When we learned that apartment was booked for some of our dates we were disappointed. Caroline suggested we stay for our 2nd week at their new apartment which they were in the process of renovating. The quality of their original apartment is excellent so we were happy to try the new one. It was really lovely with a great location on the complex overlooking views of the valley and some sea views. The roof terrace was an added bonus as was the underground parking. The range of cafes and restaurants by the apartment gave us somewhere different to try every evening during our stay. We will be returning in the future and highly recommend both apartments

Wonderful five star apartment

We hadn't been to Spain for years and as we have two primary school aged kids (girls are 6 and 10) we were looking for a family-friendly resort with good security in a relatively upmarket area. We found this apartment on the Internet and after I made the first contact with the owner I knew it was the location for us. Everything was as lovely as we had expected. A spacious, clean apartment with a balcony and a sun terrace overlooking the pool. I had asked for secure parking underground and Wifi in the apartment for the IPads and all was in place when we arrived. The kitchen was clean and we made fresh coffee every morning to eat with the croissants from the bakery just below the block. I also loved the fact that the showers were never short of hot water no matter what time you used them! The restaurants nearby are reasonably priced with a lovely crowd. No 18-30 pub crawls in this area! We loved El Jardin and Bollywood Indian restaurant. When the girls finally went to sleep my hubby and I loved sitting on the balcony with some wine watching the beautiful gardens which were lit up below us and chilling out. There was little noise at night and the apartment was very well secured by the staff and lifeguard at the pool. Totally recommend without hesitation. Denise Scott.
