Obwohl die Villa über einen eigenen Pool verfügt, der sich in einem gut umzäunten, ummauerten Garten befindet, gibt es nur wenige Minuten die Straße entlang einen spektakulären Sandstrand. Die Villa verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang, Telefon für lokale und Notrufe und TV mit IPTV-Box so viele britische Kanäle zu sehen. Perfect.........

Thanks to Jane we arrived at the airport to a waiting hire car with clear instructions to the Villa. On arrival to Villa Lentzos we were very impressed with the standard of cleanliness and facilities. It is a perfect holiday retreat for families, the village and beach are only a 20 minute downhill walk where the local people were extremely friendly and helpful. Although a car is not absolutely necessary as the walk up the hill could be a little challenging it is handy for supermarket runs. With regards to the present financial situation in Greece our holiday was not affected, the ATMs in the village were working, although we did take cash and were able to use the safe at the villa. Would thoroughly recommend Villa Lentzos. Thank you Jane

Amazing Holiday

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at Villa Lentzos, Corfu. Booking was simple, and Jane proved very helpful throughout, with advice, information and even booking us a 6 seater car at a great rate! The Villa is extremely well appointed, tastefully decorated, with a well fitted kitchen and laundry area. The dishwasher was a godsend! All 3 bedrooms are roomy and quietly air-conditioned, 2 bathrooms ensuring no queues for showers. The lounge area is spacious, as is the indoor dining area. Outside is the small but necessary swimming pool, a perfect temperature at all times. We enjoyed many BBQs, and the outdoor seating area is lovely and cool. On the downside, the Villa is quite a way uphill from Agios Gordios, so we used the car every day, as our two grandsons (6&9) found walking in the lovely heat quite hard! The previous tenants, whom we met on our arrival, did walk there and back every day, but used the road, as they said the "footpath" was rather overgrown! The pool maintenance and gardening was accomplished three times a week by a lovely local guy. I would highly recommend a visit to Villa Lentzos. Review by 'Muffy' United Kingdom

Wonderful holiday at Villa Lentzos

This was our first holiday to Corfu and we were so impressed by the warmth and hospitality of the Greek people and the fantastic scenery that we shall definitely be returning. We were looking for a high quality villa to accommodate our children and grandchild together with a small, safe and friendly resort with a sandy beach and Villa Lentzos and Agios Gordious certainly ticked all the boxes, We have stayed in numerous apartments and villas throughout Europe over the years and Villa Lentzos is up there with the best. Jane could not have been more helpful in responding to various questions and arranging a hire car and welcome pack. We all loved the pool and the outside area which is so spacious with lovely plants and trees. As it was very hot during our time in Corfu we were very grateful for the air conditioning in the bedrooms. There were also plenty of games in the villa to keep our grandson entertained! We were glad that we hired a car as we were always up and down to the village for shopping etc and in the evenings it would have been too hot to walk down to the restaurants in the village. Everyone in Agios Gordios was so friendly and in spite of the UK media frenzy regarding the Greek economy there were no problems whatsoever with the shops, restaurants and bars. I never ever saw the local ATM being used and we were pleased to have our little bit to help the Greek people and its economy. In conclusion from the moment we landed in Corfu to the moment we left everyone could not have been friendly and it was a delight to have stayed at Villa Lentzos.

Urlaub auf einer grünen Insel

Das Haus ist sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, der Garten ist schön angelegt. Bis zu 6 Personen können hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Der kleine Ort ist über die Straße in 15 min gut zu erreichen. Ums Haus herum führt eine Straße, die Tagsüber doch ziemlich laut ist. Abends und Nachts ist es aber sehr ruhig.

Private villa in a lovely town, agios gordios has all you need.the locals are Such friendly people too. The villa just needs a little TLC now, decking around pool was loose, washer broke down, toilet seat did not fit and was difficult to sit on. The drive way access is quite scary too, really needs some mirrors to show both ways as it is impossible to see what is coming and could be deadly. We will most definitely stay again but would hope some improvements are made to bring it up to date.

Het is een heerlijk huis, kleiner zwembad dan gedacht,, wel exact zoals de foto’s laten zien.

Mooi ruim huis, prima bedden, goede airco. Koffiezetapparaat ontbrak welke later is gebracht. Terras met ligbedden en zwembad zoals de foto’s laten zien. Zwembad dus wel aan de kleine kant maar prima om even af te koelen. WiFi is zeer matig waardoor we vanwege ons werk de eerste paar dagen een ander huis hebben gehuurd. Voor e-mails werkt het afdoende. Contact met eigenaresse en contactpersoon ter plekke uitstekend.

Belle maison très agréable

Passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison bien conçue. La piscine est un plus agréable quand on n'a pas envie d'aller à la plage. Il faut absolument une voiture car ça monte pas mal pour arriver à la maison ! En aout, Corfou bat son plein, donc le parking près des plages n'est pas toujours facile mais on trouve toujours des solutions.

Lovely clean tidy and spacious villa.Easily accommodating Nanny, Granddad, mum & dad and two grandchildren aged 2 & 7. Fridge/freezer sensible size. Oven and hob excellent as were all kitchen appliances/utensils and in sensible quantities. Washing machine a blessing. Pool spotlessly clean but very very cold; only used once and briefly! :) TV with internet made early mornings and post beach times easy for all to chill out further. Jane and Chris were always on hand to resolve the one or two minor issues we had in just a few minutes. We hired a car which made fairly easy work of the steep hill up from the little town and enabled trips all over the island. Value for money? Undoubtedly. Do we recommend? Absolutely and we went mid October. Weather very kind, beaches almost empty, sea crystal clear (and warmer than the pool!)

An amazing villa - highly recommended

Villa Lentzos is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location. The villa is fully furnished with everything we could've wanted or needed. Comfortable beds, decent showers and proper plumbing were the icing on the cake. Agios Gordios is a lovely village with incredibly friendly locals and full of great places to eat and drink. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxed easy holiday.

Corfu Villa

The villa is very comfortable and clean, the pool is smaller than the pictures but functional and kept really clean. We are regular visitors to Agios Gordios usually staying in the village but as we had the children for this holiday we decided to book this villa. We were a bit disappointed on our arrival day as despite providing our arrival details (we were on an early flight) we arrived at the villa at 11am to be told we couldn't access it until 1pm, however the owners had agreed we could stay until 7pm on the day of our departure which was very kind of them. The villa looks exactly like the pictures and is very clean, the beds are very comfy. The BBQ is great and the local village has everything you need especially GeeBees supermarket. It is located up a very steep hill and in the heat it is rather taxing so you will need a car. We were very happy when we arrived to find we had a kitten to adopt and we hope the next visitors love him as much as we did!! His name is Alfie and he doesn't like fish!!! We had a terrible problem with the wifi whilst we were there which was horrendous for our 7 and 16 year old and meant that the TV did not work. We know you do not go on holiday to watch TV but when you expect to be able to keep up with the news and watch the odd movie or TV programme if is quite infuriating. We reported the issue to Prestige Villas and after a couple of days they moved the router into the house which helped a bit but it was very hit and miss. They advised that the whole island was being replaced with fibre optics but this was news to everyone in the village? We were also surprised by the amount of wasps, giant hornets and general bugs that made sitting outside a nightmare at night and not pleasant during the day. The villa has got big screens on the windows so a very small number make it into the villa. Overall it was an OK stay but for the price we paid we would have expected a bit more attention to our issues throughout our stay and the option of a welcome pack to the villa or at least water, bread and a couple of beers. We don't think we would stay here again there is a lot of accommodation in the area that is better value for money.

Gosh, I'm really sad to receive our lowest star rating in 7 years. I hope that the low rating doesn't reflect the standard of the accommodation and is purely down to the fact that the local internet service wasn't it's usual speed (it was the engineer who informed us of the upgrades of the lines in rural areas which are presently taking place). I can't understand why you would be 'disappointed' to arrive at 11am and find the villa wasn't ready. Our previous guests had only vacated 30 minutes before and we state on all our information that check-in is 2.30pm onwards as it would take our housekeeper some time to clean the villa in between guests, although on the housekeepers report this week it may be worth noting that it took her 7 hours to restore the villa to it's pre-arrival standard after your family vacated. We always recommend car hire whilst staying at Villa Lentzos and you did in fact make a car hire reservation some months ago but duly cancelled it just before arrival stating you had decided to hire a quad-bike. I'm sorry you suffered problems with the internet, the speed at Villa Lentzos is usually very good and as soon as you reported it we visited the villa at 11.45am the following morning to move the router nearer to the television but couldn't wake you up. I'm sorry you felt that the villa is overpriced. You paid £210.00 per night for a three bedroom villa sleeping 6 with pool which equates to £35.00 per person per night.which I think is value for money. Thank you anyway for taking the time to post your review. Assuring you and our future guests our very best intentions at all times.

Beautifull Villa

We had the best time at Villa Lentzos, the different outside areas such as the pool with decking, the BBQ patio and the verander were all lovely. The Villa was very clean and well equiped, comfortable beds and good working aircon. The Gardener and pool boys came 3 times in a week all very polite and respectfull. Even the uphill walk from the town was'nt too bad as long as you did'nt do it in the middle of the day. Agios Gordios was beautifull with many very good places to eat and drink, and last but not least the people were fabulous, Can't wait to go back

Villa Lenztos

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lenztos. The Villa was immaculate and even better than in the pictures. The owners were very easy to deal with as well. The town is great with lots of nice restaurants and the people are particularly friendly. I would definitely return and highly recommend a stay at Villa Lenztos.

Best holiday ever!

We are a family of four, our children are aged 5 and 7. This is the best family holiday we have had. The villa is beautiful and perfect for our requirements; it was clean, very pretty, plenty of space and plenty of useful facilities (washing machine, coffee machine, stereo etc). The pool was especially well used by our two children, and the sun loungers well used by us! There is space to eat outside also. The garden is soo pretty and incredibly fragrant with what seemed like a whole wall of jasmine by the pool. We enjoyed the villas location with only a short walk or drive into town it was nice to feel slightly removed from everything, it's very peaceful but with the benefits of being super close to the shops, resturaunts and beach. The pool was serviced twice whilst we were at the villa which is reassuring that it is kept clean. There is a real sense that this is a loved property as it is so well looked after and the feeling that the owners really want you to enjoy it. Whilst we were there the kettle broke, after a quick email that evening a replacement arrived the next day! The beach is lovely with many other beautiful beaches close by. Very resturaunt we went to was superb food and service but we have to give a special mention to 'Sebastian's ' where we had two fabulous meals. Also the local supermarket (by the bus stop) run by George and Angela was in all honesty one of the highlights of our trip, George and Angela were so friendly and made us and the kids smile on each visit, spooling the kids with sweets and us with wine! Other great days included a boat trip from paleokastritsa, Corfu town and a trip to aqualand. I honestly couldn't have wished for anything more from this holiday (except for it to have lasted longer) we were all very sad to have to come home so soon, but we hope to return next year! I would absolutely recommend this to friends and family.

Home from home

I thought the property was on the money with the description nice layout, it was nice and clean and when I phoned the owner he replied very quickly. The location was fairly quiet but to get to the beach was a walk down a steep hill. No good to elderly couples unless you drive to beach and shops. The bars and restaurants are good the best been stevens on the hill and sabbins good food and good value

Really disappointed you felt we were only worthy of 4 out of 5 stars as we've had an unblemished record for this season :-( However, we take on board your rating and hope it's just a blip! We do say in our description that we are 800m up hill from the beach and resort and we always recommend our guests hire a car although over the past years a few have chosen not to. I do hope though that elderly guests won't be put off in visiting us, Villa Lentzos is owned by my Parents who are in their late 70s and we have many elderly guests who stay with us frequently. Excellent villa with great amentities

We have just returned from a 10 day stay at Villa Lentzos. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped and in a very good quiet location. The pool is a good size and there is plenty of outdoor space. We had a wonderful holiday in Corfu and would recommend the villa and Agios Gordis to couples and families.

Fantastic Villa

This is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa with swimming pool. Everything we wanted and more. The villa was very well equipped, comfortable beds, spotless and, very important, with English style plumbing. The owner could not have done more for us including getting groceries in for us as we arrived late at night. Even though we had never been there before and despite arriving at midnight we had no trouble finding the villa and the lights were on around the pool making it easier to see. Highly recommended. Ag. Gordis is lovely with good tavernas and within easy reach of Corful Town and other attractions on the Island. One of the best holidays we have had - our granddaughter (aged 17) completely fell in love with the villa, Ag. Gordis, the Greek people and the whole of Corfu!

Fantastic !!!!!!

What can I say about this Villa? PERFECT!!!!! We had such a marvellous time here. The outdoor space was brilliant and we spent so much time at the villa. We had breakfast and lunch most days at the villa and had two BBQ’s. The facilities at the villa were out of this world and we could not have asked for more. The gardens were beautiful and lemon and orange trees out the back. All in all it was truly tranquil. Although the pool is on the main road it was very quiet and secluded and private. We had music playing most nights with the knowledge that we were not disturbing anyone. The villa was really well equipped and spotlessly clean. I can’t say enough good things about the villa and the brilliant time we had there. One drawback is that it is up a few good hills and if you have walking difficulties it could be a problem. We hired a quad bike for the week which was really handy to go up and down the hill for our shopping. When we out at night we walked down and to be honest the people there are so friendly we were never stuck for a lift going back up the hill. We only used the one supermarket which was Gee Bees once you go in to that supermarket you will never want to shop anywhere else. George and Angela run the supermarket and they are truly ‘Gods’ people they are so lovely and very very helpful. They also give us a lift up the hill on a number of occasions. Please beware if George offers you a Ribena (it’s not really Ribena) I will really miss these beautiful people. We ate in Stephens on the Hill and Linda’s and they were both lovely. The staff at Stephens on the Hill were lovely and we had a great Greek Night there. Clare and her husband were ever so kind and also would not let us walk home at night. All in all we had the perfect holiday and I would certainly return to this area and to the Villa. Jane, I really felt at home in your home and I would like to thank you for allowing us to share your beautiful villa. I look forward to maybe having another visit in the future. Villa Lentzos a perfect place to relax

We had such a good time in Agios Gordios. The perfect place for spending days on this island. The house was great. One of the nicest properties we have visited. It's fully equipped and ideal for the families and couples. We enjoyed the serenity of the nature. Really recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for hosting us.

Wonderful Villa in a Wonderful Resort!

We have visited Agios Gordios on many occasions over the years and discovered this villa quite by chance last year whilst walking passed it. We spoke to a couple who were staying there and they highly recommended it and even allowed us to have a quick look round!! We were extremely impressed with the house and booked as soon as we got home last year. Jane was extremely helpful with the organising and answered our e-mails by return and we were very pleased with the brand new car she provided. The villa is everything it advertises. A lovely comfortable holiday home with a modern feel and every mod con. The house itself it very nicely furnished, the kitchen is very well equipped and there are two nice modern shower rooms with glass cubicles. The villa also has two loos with modern plumbing so not having to use the dreaded toilet roll bins was a huge bonus!!!!! The gardens and pool are well kept and the house was spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels provided and the maid came during our stay. We had a fabulous holiday in Agios Gordios, even better this time around as we have now found accommodation which is perfect for us and we will definitely be staying there again.

Excellent Holiday

We stayed at Villa Lentzos this summer and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is very private behind a long high wall and has a very nice well kept garden. The pool was great, very well maintained by a local chap and we used it every day. We didn't have a car although Jane who organised the holiday for us did strongly recommend one. Actually it wasn't an issue to us, we enjoy walking, it was a comfortable walk down, a little more tiring going back up but we didn't mind as every night we ate more than we should!! Also we found that the supermarket at the bottom of the hill very kindly delivered all our shopping back to the Villa. The Villa itself is very nice, plenty of space and Air conditioned although we didn't need to use it as the house was extremely cool. It's nice to keep the windows open at night and listen to the crickets. We liked the fact that it had two shower rooms so there wasn't any queuing for showers. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped and we used the large BBQ quite a few nights for family get together's as we had extended family staying down in the village. The village of Agios Gordios is one of the most beautiful resorts we have ever been to. The high street is lined with really good restaurants, plenty of shops to keep the ladies amused and along the stunning beach some great bars where you can watch the sunset. It was our first visit but will not be our last. We plan on booking again for next year and will definitely stay at Villa Lentzos. Thanks to Jane and her team and we will be in touch.
