We’re sorry to hear that the steps to the apartment made it difficult to get out and about more often. We understand how important accessibility is and will take this into consideration for future improvements or when advising guests with mobility concerns. Thank you also for highlighting the missing fridge tray and the occasional electricity trips. We’ll look into both issues to ensure they’re resolved. Your note about the fuse box location is very helpful—thank you for including that. Your suggestions for the bathroom are greatly appreciated. Adding a bin, hooks, and a shelf in the shower cubicle are all practical ideas that we’ll aim to implement. We’ll also investigate the shower drainage issue to prevent future overflows. We’re grateful for your constructive comments and are delighted that, despite the niggles, you thoroughly enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon!
