Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung in Venedig das ganze Jahr über für kurze wöchentliche Aufenthalte (Mindestaufenthalt von drei Tagen). Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei und eignet sich für eine Familie mit Kind. "Nati's House" bietet den Komfort und den Charme, die den Wert Ihres Aufenthalts in dieser spektakulären Stadt der Welt unterstreichen könnten. Sehr gut beleuchtet, gegenüber einem Balkon mit Blick auf einen typisch venezianischen Kanal in einem Teil Venedigs, der noch immer den Venezianern gehört. Wir sind der Meinung, dass dies für den weisen Touristen von großem Wert ist. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, einige Möbelstücke sind antik und befinden sich im ersten Stock: sicher, wenn das Meer die Straßen überflutet, und weit weg von Feuchtigkeit der Erdgeschosse. "Nati´s House" erwartet Sie nur vier Minuten von der Wasserbushaltestelle Alilaguna (Shuttleservice vom / zum Flughafen).

This was a very homely and comfortable property on a super quiet canal, but only moments from public transport (vaporetto) and fabulous cafes and restaurants in Cannaregio. It is a pleasant walk or boat ride away from all of the tourist sights, but benefits from a location that feels a bit more authentic. The local canal side fishmarket, just a couple of minutes walk away is fabulous and it is a pleasant walk to Despar supermarket in a converted theatre for daily essentials. We would love to return to Venice again and would certainly like to stay at Nati’s house next time!

Paolo’s place is in Cannaregio, on a small canal in an authentic Italian residential area, but only a few minutes walk from the Guglie water bus stop, so very convenient. We bought a 48 hour water bus pass and went to the island of Murano, St. Mark’s Square, and Rialto Bridge area. The neighborhood is very quiet at night, which was a nice break from the crowds of the tourist areas. We walked from our place to the historic Jewish ghetto neighborhood, through the streets, to where the canal meets the sea. The apartment was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the canal. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Venice.

Amazing neighborhood!

The location is perfect, close to many local restaurants and removed from the busy tourist areas. Easily accessible to the train station and vaperetto. The flat is clean and comfortable, the terrace is perfect and a great way to end your day exploring Venice.

Perfect spot on the little canal

The apartment was just as portrayed. The neighborhood was quiet & safe. Very short walk to many excellent family owned restaurants. The water bus was close and easy to use. We enjoyed sitting on the little balcony watching the boats go by or just enjoying the canal. We would definitely come back here again.

Quiet spot away from the crowds

Loved the place, lovely spot and decorated so beautiful. I enjoyed staying in an area where it was nice and quiet away from the crowds but a quick walk to everything. A great place to stay!! Highly recommend it.

Perfect location

We loved the location and the surrounding area. Such a great home with a relaxing balcony. It was so nice to be away from the busy areas of Venice but still within walking distance. We liked the restaurants in this neighborhood better than in the popular main areas. Highly recommend!

In early 2002 the stock exchange crisis caused by the disaster of the twin towers, spread over the world. In that occasion I saw my savings eroded considerably. So I decided to buy a little flat in Venice (Nati's House). I am an architect and surely I can take care of buildings better than care of money. Since then, the rental activity, held through the web, became an important activity of mine. As freelance architect I soon acquired clients who expressly wanted to restore or to refurbish their houses for doing the same rental activity I was managing for my new Venetian place. The whole has been dressed by my enthusiastic approach to the possibilities offered by the Internet. I aggregated around my private website a small community of guests. In some cases, true friendships started for long lasting rapports.
Since then, the rental activity, held through the web, became an important activity of mine. As freelance architect I soon acquired clients who wanted to restore or to refurbish their houses for doing the same rental activity I was managing for my own properties. The whole has been dressed by my enthusiastic approach to the possibilities offered by the Internet. I aggregated around my private website a small community of guests. In some cases, true friendships started for long lasting rapports.
Some years ago, some companies bought the whole trust of the online advertisements, beginning to target the fast online-booking-style through the search engines rather than to foster the quality of growing sincere relationships as I was used to offer through my website and my personal brand. Anyway I go to great lengths to maintain the original spirit and fight against standardization of great commercial websites. Right now I can count to the cooperation of my valid colleague and architect Carlotta Lo Verde.
