Im September 2017 wurde die Insel Puerto Rico von Hurricane Maria getroffen. Zum Glück war mein Grundstück unberührt. Gemeinschaftspools, Strandgitter und Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden jedoch erheblich beschädigt. Ich habe keine ETA, wenn der Wiederaufbau abgeschlossen ist. Es gibt einen temporären Maschendrahtzaun, der an der Grundstücksgrenze installiert wurde und Ihnen den Zugang zum Strand vom Komplex aus ermöglicht.

Ricon surf trip

We had a great stay. The location was great with just a short drive to some great surf. The place was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was flawless. I would highly recommend this spot. You will not be disappointed.

A great stay for a bigger family

We stayed with our 6,8 and 11 year old and everyone had space to sprawl out and we were able to extended family for a cookout. We had a wonderful stay. You can see the beach and water from the corner of the upstairs master bedroom balcony

Always a great stay

This was our family’s second stay at Franky’s condo and it did not disappoint! The beach access is incredible, the roominess of the condo is a huge plus (5 outdoor areas!) and Franky and his team are always super responsive to any question. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great Space!

Amazing place for a family getaway! Having plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces was a big plus—everyone had their own little nook. The beach was fantastic, we enjoyed several evening swims. Everything was super clean when we got there, the beds were very comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were plenty of beach chairs and towels.Communication with the host was spot-on. Even when the whole country had a blackout -they kept us updated, which was really helpful. We’re love to come back to this awesome place!

Wonderful

Our family celebrated Christmas in this wonderful property and had a fantastic time. Plenty of space for a family of five with three teenagers with amazing views of the ocean and greenbelt from all five patios. Property manager was super responsive and the location was perfect for exploring all that Rincon has to offer. Will miss the beautiful beach, amazing water and friendly locals. Will be back for sure!

Great house and beautiful location!

We loved staying at this penthouse condo in Rincon! The views are great from the patios and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. The inside of the house was spotless and we had everything we needed minus the food. We ate at many great restaurants in Rincon and visited a lot of nearby beaches. The food was delicious and the sunsets were amazing! Franky was in communication with us the whole time and was a great host. We hope to return again soon.

Perfect Rincon getaway

We had a blast. Franky’s apartment is amazing. Facing the cristal water of the Caribbean Sea and a short drive away from the best surfing spots. The apartment itself is amazing, with 5 different terraces, ample closet space... The communication with Franky has been very easy and the local contact is very helpful. Would 100% recommend.

warm retreat from winter

This condo's beach was the best for swimming of all the beaches we visited! Our apartment had a small view of the sea, but we loved being adjacent to a forest where we could watch birds and iguanas. The location was quiet, the condo had a nice breeze with the doors open and fans operating. Our favorite gathering place was the covered outdoor room just off the dining room. The area's restaurants were fantastic. Our host was quick to respond to our inquiries.

Great stay and close to everything.

We stayed for one week and this place had ALL the amenities you need. The layout was great for a large family. The balconies were amazing, especially in the mornings to sit and listen to the waves as you enjoy your coffee. You can also see the beach. Large terrace where you can sit and enjoy the weather or meal. This location is close to bakeries, PLENTY of restaurants, gorcery store...everything! Communication with owner and host was great. Franky was in contact with me and IMMEDIATELY replied to any questions I had. Check-in was a breeze, Maria was great. She meet us at the gate and showed us around the place. I definitely recommend this location if you're looking for a safe and secure place in Rincón!

Relaxing in Rincon

If you want gorgeous beaches and a relaxing time, Rincon is the place to be and our stay was wonderful. The apartment was more than perfect for five guests, spacious and well-equipped. The five terraces on two floors were an amazing feature which let us enjoy the outdoors even when we were “home”. The location was great in that it was less than a 10 minutes drive to the town of Rincon as well as easy drives to the multiple beautiful beaches on the west side of the Island such as Crashboat Beach, Boqueron Beach, and Playa Jobos. The property is beachfront and in the mornings, we enjoyed the beauty and quietness of Corcega Beach with its crystal clear water and calm waves. Our host, Franky, was very responsive to our needs and his property manager, Maria, was a sweetheart. Would certainly recommend.

Beach access and spacious

My family and I did a 4-week rental. The property location is on a beautiful beach with calm waters. It is a short drive from town and was quiet most of the time, with most of the other condos being vacant. There is controversy about the property and the turtle nesting grounds on the beach and there were protesters camped out for part of our stay with full swat teams protecting the property, etc. which was not ideal. The condo itself is spacious and comfortable, with lots of patio space and good internet (my computer clocked 10Mb upload/90Mb download). It was clean but not spotless (i.e. crumbs in the cupboards, dust on the fans, patio floors were dirty). The property manager and owner were communicative and helpful.

We aim to deliver a great experience to our guests. It is posted in our listing that there is a group of environmentalist that disagrees with the reconstruction of our pool and fence. Our check in is at 3pm but you texted our cleaning crew wanting to check in early when we still had a guest in the property. You kept insisting that you wanted to check in before the listed time, you rushed the cleaning crew and we allowed you to check in at 1 pm. As for the internet, we pay for 100Mbps. We were disappointed by the condition that the property was left and house rules were not followed.

An absolute dream

We stayed here with our kids, 6 and 12, for a week and it was perfect. The beach is right outside, and the water was so calm and wonderful for swimming - my kids spent hours every day just playing in the water. I am always on high alert about water safety when my kids are in the ocean, and this beach is the best on the island in terms of calm water and safe waves. The condo itself is so spacious and comfortable. The layout, with so many outdoor areas, is lovely. Everything was squeaky clean. The condo is equipped with everything you need for the beach, including towels, toys, pool noodles, beach chairs and an umbrella. And finally, the communication with management is perhaps the best I’ve ever experienced with a rental home. Every request or question was answered within minutes. The week we stayed there, the washing machine had broken down and a new one was installed within a day. Perfect location; Perfect Accomodations

We have spent February's in Rincon for a number of years. Over the winter our reservation was canceled due to sale of the property. As we scrambled for a place to stay this year, we totally lucked out by finding Frankies' condo. The spacious two floor penthouse condo, with 5 patios, was perfect for two couples. With doors and windows open, the ocean breezes blow through. We never had to use the air conditioners. We also cook many of our meals, so we really appreciated how well Frankie has the kitchen stocked with appliances, pots/pans, etc. Frankie also has everything that you might want at the beach (chairs, umbrella, pool noodles, cooler). Beds are comfortable. Everything is very clean. The Beach was the biggest surprise for us. We've previously stayed on the North end of Rincon. We were very familiar with the area around the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, Steps Beach, Maria's Beach , Domes Beach and the Public Beach. Of all the beaches, the beach right out the door from the condo proved to be the most swim friendly beach that we've experienced in all the years we've been coming to Rincon. If you have children, love to just float around with pool noodles, snorkle or want to launch a paddle board.........you won't be disappointed. A Google search will produce a number of old negative articles about the Condo Complex. I'm mentioning this to assure others that those issues appear to have been resolved. We can highly recommend Frankie's place, and this beach.

Hosting Jerry and his family in my Rincon home was a great experience! They were excellent communicators and treated the property with utmost respect, leaving it spotless upon departure. Five stars all around for Teresa. They were respectful, quiet, and incredibly tidy. They left the place in perfect condition—it was like they were never even there. If you have the chance to host them, don't hesitate. They are the gold standard for VRBO guests.

The perfect place to work & do school remotely

Franky’s place exceeded our expectations to say the least! It looks even better in person, so that is always a nice surprise. The location is excellent and in a quiet setting just on the edge of town. The swimming beach was wonderful for all ages & very safe. We met a lot of nice condo owners & renters at the complex who made us feel welcome. Upon our arrival late in the evening, the property manager’s husband met us and was very kind and accommodating. The condo was very clean, the furniture seemed extremely new & was very comfortable. The ocean view from the master bedroom private deck is priceless. I wish I could teleport back right now. We came with the purpose to work remotely and the children had virtual school. The wifi was just perfect. We felt safe and at home in the condo and the whole property. It will most certainly become our home away from home. Thank you, Franky

Quiet, secluded, and safe

The property was fabulous. Lots of private space in the condo if you want some alone time. A nearly secluded beach is right of the back of the property, and it's close to town for eating out or grocery shopping. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

WE LOVE IT HERE!!! FRANKY'S PLACE IS WONDERFUL!!! YOU WILL NOT REGRET STAYING HERE!!!

My family of 4 stayed at Franky’s place for two months and absolutely loved and enjoyed Franky’s place. The first thing about Franky’s advert here is that it accurately portrays and describes the property. We stayed at two places on PR from HomeAway prior to Franky’s place that were not anything like how they are advertised. They were trashed from the hurricane, but they did not update the pictures and text. Not so with Franky’s place! It is very nice with new furniture, and no hurricane damage. The condo is very, very well furnished and everything worked perfectly. Tropical paradise. The pics of the views from Franky’s place do not do the scenery justice at all. The views are breathtaking and spectacular, especially the sunsets, OMG!!! To the west is the ocean and to the north all natural tropical forest, very beautiful. We’ve seen many different kinds of tropical birds, and wild life. What is NOT at Franky’s place are barking dogs and crowing roosters. We all slept very, very well with the peace and quiet and tranquil sounds of the ocean and coquis to serenade us to sleep. At night, we saw the stars from the top balconies like we’ve never seen anywhere else. Security. Franky’s place is extremely secure, completely gated in. We had no worries or concern about our car or the condo getting broke into. The condo has all NEW metal doors. The entrance has two doors, and the inner door has a dead bolt type lock that has FOUR BOLTS!!! Location, location, location. Franky’s place is just a couple miles from Rincon, away from all the hoopala, yet a short drive to all that the amazing and wonderful community of Rincon has to offer. We’ve been to many parts of PR and without question, Rincon and the surrounding area on the west is the best, mostly because of the people who are so very kind and friendly. I could go on for many pages here… We very much appreciated the beaches at Franky’s place because the ocean, most of time, was very calm and beginner/children swim friendly. Yet surfing is a very short spectacular drive to the north. I enjoyed snorkeling nearly every day of our stay. Seldom were there people on the beach Monday through Friday. On the weekends, more people, but still much space. The water is about 25 steps from the west side of the building. About ¾ mile up the road to the north is Rincon’s sports stadium that has a very, very nice running track with a soccer field in the middle. There is also work out type/weight lifting equipment.

We agree with you that magnificent sunsets are best appreciated from our place and that you can also relax in Caribbean style by falling sleep to the sound of the waves. We offer our renters a variety of outdoor living spaces to enjoy it all, from a morning coffee with mountain views to nightly sunsets without ever leaving the villa. Perfect little paradise

The property was clean, nicely decorated. The location is just perfect. The owner was very communicative and cordial. We had a blast. My children (1.5, 5 & 10) wanted to stay forever, ja! My appreciation to the owner for sharing with us this perfect little paradise. Looking forward to booking in the future. I'm a PR native, and I can asure you that Rincon offers the best vacation environment in the Island. Highly recommended. Thanks!!

Relaxing Stay in Beautiful Unit!

Owner (Franky) & "Caretaker/Property Manager" (Iris) were easy to work with. Property is immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Relaxing place to have for vacation and call "home" for the duration of your stay. We have been visiting Rincon for over a decade; and this has been one of the best rentals we have visited. Easy access to pool and beach, and beautiful grounds, made our stay with 2 young children a breeze. We would absolutely stay at this unit again. Thank you Franky for providing a beautiful unit that you obviousy took great care in providing. We look forward to staying with you again.
