Dies ist eine schöne 2-stöckige, 2,061 sq. Ft. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2-1 / 2 Bad private Villa mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Es gibt eine große Terrasse im zweiten Stock mit Möbeln im Wohnzimmerstil, Blick auf das Meer und die Berge sowie eine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Gasgrill - auch mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sicheren, geschlossenen Wohnanlage, die sich auf einem 3 Hektar großen Grundstück befindet. Die Villa ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine komplette Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee, Zucker und Milch), Mixer, Toaster, Backgeschirr usw. sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner (Waschmittel und Weichspüler), Bügeleisen und Wecker und ein Außengrill.
Wi-Fi ist vorhanden. Der 42-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher verfügt über Netflix.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett, viel Stauraum und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten (3 Einzelbetten und 1 große Matratze für 4 Personen). Es gibt auch ein tragbares Kinderbett und ein Pack-n-Play (Play Pen). Auf jeder Etage befinden sich Zonen mit zentraler Klimaanlage.

Sehenswürdigkeiten

Es gibt so viel zu tun und zu sehen in der westlichen Stadt Rincon, von tollen Stränden, Surfen, Schnorcheln, der Sammlung von Seeglas; Restaurants (ein kurzer Spaziergang am Strand entlang), Besichtigungen, Walbeobachtung in den Wintermonaten, Kasinos in der Nähe, Golf, Katamaranfahrten und Bootfahren, Parasailing, Besichtigung kleiner Museen, historische und religiöse Sehenswürdigkeiten , ein Regenwald, ein Trockenwald, ein Tagesausflug in die Altstadt von San Juan oder ein Ausflug in die Berge. Puerto Rico wird aus vielen Gründen die verzauberte Insel genannt.

Tägliche Flüge mit großen Fluggesellschaften wie JetBlue, Continental und Spirit Airways fliegen direkt nach Aguadilla, das nur etwa 20 bis 25 Autominuten entfernt ist. Safe and quiet community

Loved the gated community and how safe it felt. We had no qualms about letting our teenage girls go to the beach or on walks. Condo was very nice and we really appreciated having beach chairs available and the outdoor hose to rinse off with after exploring local beaches.

We are so glad you had an enjoyable stay. The gated community resting on 145 acres is so quiet, serene and safe. We know of no other place in western Puerto Rico where all vacation desires can be checked off. Beautiful Beach-Check, Quiet, Clean, Well-equipped and Safe-Check, Check, Check and Check. The community is, as one guest had put it, “So close to everything yet so far from everything ”. Downtown Rincon is about a 5 minute drive from the 24 hour-manned guard booth. We are very fortunate to have such a property to vacation at and share with so many nice people from the states. Cheers.

Great Beach and Location

This condo has a great location. You can drive into town and restaurants within 10 minutes. The condo is fully equiped and very comfortable.

You Douglas, the surfing side of the town is always rougher but the great thing about Rincon (means Point) is that the other side of town has calmer waters which is great for snorkeling (check out Steps Beach). The tide pol in front of the complex is great for children as the waves crash away from the seashore providing that 'pool'.

Best vacation

This was the best family vacation ever. Located steps from the beach along with amenities like a pool, tennis court and basketball court. Incredibly quiet and peaceful, the location was close to many great food spots and activities. The area felt safe and secure. Residence was clean, spacious. Kids loved that boogie boards, games, beach chairs and more were available to them. Easy 2 min walk to an amazing beach and many other beaches and amenities within a 10 min drive. Owners provided a list of local things to do and were very responsive to texts. Beautiful spot/ every amenity perfect!

My husband and I stayed for a week here at this beautiful spot in Rincon - a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The villa unit itself has every amenity we could ask for and is situated in a lovely area of Rincon right on the water inside a gated community. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, amazing snorkeling, and beautifully clear beaches. A day trip to Aquadilla was also super fun and the host’s recommendations for dining were spot on. The town square came alive Thursday evening with music and kiosks set up by local artisans. We also loved the little church in the center of town and greatly enjoyed daily mass with the hometown people every morning. We highly recommend this gem of a spot and would love to vacation here again !community.

Thank you Gina. We are very happy you enjoyed your stay at our vacation home. Margaret and I are always looking for ways to improve the stay of our guests but of course we can't do anything about the town of Rincon. - It's such a gem of a place and we are so fortunate to have discovered Rincon 20 years ago. The town is known as the town for sunsets and the surfing capital of the Caribbean. There is so much to do in and around Rincon and we periodically update our 'Welcome to Rincon Vacation' letter we send out to guests to help them plan their stay (places to see, dine, explore, etc.) even before they touch down at BQN (Aguadilla) airport a short 25 minute drive way. The gated community provides security in this ocean-front 145 acre development located a mile off of the main road of Rt. 415. Neighbors are super friendly and having only a handful of permanent residents the beach village is super quite and guests feel like they have the whole place, beach, pool and pickleball/tennis courts to themselves. Paradise is truly found here in Rincon.

Thanks, just getting out to hit a tennis ball back and forth or throw a few hoops is something we don't get a chance to do when back at home in the states. I know I'd be in better shape if I could spend all my time down there in PR (a would likely lose a few pounds as well-LOL). 2023 FAMILY VACATION

We had another beautiful, relaxing family vacation at Tim & Margaret's home. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach, collecting sea glass and shells, and playing some tennis as well as surfing at Rivermouth (literally just steps down the beach). We also enjoyed early morning walks along the long drive where we saw many beautiful birds as well as super quick iguanas!

The serenity of the entire area of Punta del Mar Beach Village is exceptional. Nowhere on the entire western half of the island of Puerto Rico can one find anything like this 145 acre private beach community. We are truly Blessed to be able to call this place home.

The villa is one of the select few units which sports three levels including the large patio over looking the beach during the day an spending a relaxing time underneath the canopy of stars at night. There are 2 designs of villas with them being 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 levels. This is the larger of the villas along the first row near the beach. Enjoy the view of the beach outside the king and queen bedrooms right when you arise.

Short walk to the beach

We had a great vacation! We felt very comfortable and safe despite the pandemic. Everything was clean and the villa is well stocked with everything you might need, though some of the fixtures are in need of updating. The accommodations were appropriately priced. It is one of the smaller units in this gated development and is a short walk to a beautiful private, uncrowded beach.

Hi Carla and thank you for staying with us. The villas in Punta del Mar are either 2 story- 2 bedroom units or 3 story- 3 bedroom units. Our other villa (listing # 445634) is one of the larger villas located right along the water's edge. We have been constantly updating our villas with a brand new central air conditioning system upstairs (within the past year) stainless steel laundry machines (less than 2 months), a stainless steel stove/oven (less than 2 months) and a new stainless steel dishwasher expected to be installed this week in this villa. New master bedroom linens were installed just after your stay, pictures are accurate. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and referenced the cleanliness of the villa-that is job one. The gated community is great and guests often have areas of the beach to themselves without government watching over as our beach is private. The community is truly an oasis from the everyday. Did I mention that the driveway from the guard booth to the villas is approx. 1 mile long. Truly an escape from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to enjoy downtown Rincon, shops and restaurants. This property is amazing!! The owner Tim was so helpful. The location is perfection for us right between Rincon and Aguada. The beach is so beautiful. You can swim , surf, fish or snorkel on that beach. No need to go elsewhere. The house has everything one needs. Tim and Margaret have thought of everything!! Will only stay here from now on!!

Thanks, the property and its surrounding are terrific. The community of Punta del Mar is unlike any other in all of western Puerto Rico. Still in the town of Rincon close to everything but secluded away in this gated community for peace and quiet and everything the beach and ocean provides. My Rincon stay

The property was nice. It was a spacious house, well equipped. The community is gated and it has it’s own beach. However, in Rincon the power goes out often (or so I was told), we lost power for 12 hrs. While I was driving around town I realized thst most houses have power geherstor or solar powers.

Our beach house is great and deserves a 5 star review but we can't control the power authority of Puerto Rico. Some people in the community live there full time. These are the people which have solar-powered generators.. We are looking into a back-up energy source but power outages are normally short-lived and we spend the time at the beach and de-plugging from the norm and increasing our time alone and with loved ones..

Beach stay in Rincon

We loved our stay here. It was my husband and 3 Of our kids. It was directly on a beautiful beach that stretched for miles. It was virtually empty. The condo was fully stocked. It was wonderful have beach towels and gear that we did not need to bring. Having a washing machine was also very helpful. The location was perfect close to everything but you do need a car. Owner was responsive and easy to reach Overall we were very happy

Great Neighborhood and location

Everything about this property either met or exceeded our expectations! The actual overall size was bigger and more spacious than we had thought. Our first time in Puerto Rico and so happy we found this property. Tim was fabulous with communication and all the insider tips on what to see, do and eat were perfect! Only had to contact the manager Ken and he was just as responsive! If you are looking for the perfect location on the less touristy side the island and right on the beach - this is perfect! We were able to walk and jog around the property for our morning exercise and the neighbors were great!

Fun Stay!

Townhouse in gated beach community in the north side of Sandy Beach. Townhouse has two good sized rooms - perfect for a family. Bathrooms were good and clean - not new but totally fine. Beach is a short walk away and the sunsets are amazing. The beach has a reef, but you can work around it. Also, everything is close by - we explored all of Rincon and Aguada and everything was 10-15 mins away. And if you don't want to drive. just go to Conazo right outside the entrance of the neighborhood. Place is a 40 min drive to the Aguadilla airport - very easy trip and tons of fun!

Thank you for you stay, the complex is truly terrific. We've been living there since 2004 and what may used to have been a 40 minute drive from the airport I have down to 23 minutes (must be the anticipation to Paradise)

Great place and location

If you are looking for a relaxing location with beautiful beaches. This is where you should stay. Lots of room for our entire family, clean beds and bathrooms. Solid internet connection if you need it. Beach chairs etc. under the stairs. Well appointed kitchen. We never turned on TV. so cannot comment. This really home really has everything. We also felt very safe. True staffed security gate. Thanks again

It was a pleasure having you stay at our home. Our home is truly a wonderful place to relax, enjoy the constant roars of the ocean and to spend evenings on the upstairs' patio star-gazing. We love it and couldn't ask for anything better. The beach village is so quiet and you'll feel like you have the beach and swimming pool to yourselves. Exactly what we wanted!

We had a great stay in the Gill's home. It was perfect for our needs and everything was easy, from check-in to check-out. The lock-box arrangement is smart, as different family members were out doing different things and nobody had an issue getting in when necessary. The Rincon area is beautiful, with a charming little town and lots of available activities. The complex is a few minutes from town and is a fantastic place for kids. It felt very safe and had little car traffic, with large grassy spaces and a perfect, protected swimming area for little ones. The beach was lovely and the neighbors were friendly. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Puerto Rico. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent property in excellent neighborhood

This was my second stay at Punta Del Mar. The neighborhood is convenient to Rincon but on a quiet part of the beach. We enjoyed laying out by the tidal pool, there was plenty of shade along the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was a nice place for an early cup of coffee. We cooked most of our meals at the house but also walked down to Tamboo and Casa Islena a few times for a nice meal. The community gym was stocked with weight lifting necessities and the community pool was nice. Other friends stayed in the neighborhood and went for lots of fun day trips: waterfall, lighthouse, biobay…but I could not tear myself away from the beach. It was a relaxing vacation, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Tim & Margaret for your hospitality.

No frills, clean but a bit aged. Great location and development

This is a nice, no frills very clean and fairly modern unit in a very nice development. The master bed is nice, but the bunkbeds are spring-based. The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. The Wifi generally works but is spotty. The sinks and showers are all on the older side, but the appliances new. The development has a guard and a private beach and feels very secluded and safe. It is a short 12 minute drive into town and so very convenient. The shared pool is very small and the common areas in need of repair. The tennis courts are nice.

Thank you for choosing to stay at our beach house and we are glad you had a good time. Cleanliness is JOB-1 when it comes to our guests and I appreciate you stating that the place was very clean in your review. No frills you stay-?, but everything you need including beach chairs, coolers and beach toys for the little ones (as you can see in other reviews), a gas BBQ, a bar table and stools outside on the front patio, Adirondack chairs on the recently re-landscaped lawn and new lounge outdoor furniture on the second floor patio. Not sure what 'frills' you are referring to,-we even have an 'Amazon Echo Show' in the kitchen with a full subscription with Amazon so you can listen to ANY song you want. All stainless steel appliances are less than 5 years young along with the stackable front-loading laundry machines (w/soap). We have terrific mattresses both on the king bed & the bunks. Bunk mattresses are supported by tradition wire-no springs. Yes power did go out to the entire island of Puerto Rico but came back on within 12 hours. You contacted me about intermittent internet and all went fine after the simple re-boot. Since covid-19, my manager has placed the sterilized sheets on the beds with the top sheet folded and placed underneath the pillows to ensure our guests of their cleanliness. We will be stopping that procedure henceforth. In regards to the towels in the villa, they are not worn but a past guest chose to use bleach on them creating the 'stains'. We replaced them. TY

I inspect buildings for a living and Maggie drives a school bus. When we're not working, we love to get away to our future retirement home in Rincon where we've got the pleasure of making some real nice friends over the years in and around our Puerto Rican home. We enjoy getting away from it all whenever we can on one of those nightly JetBlue flights from JFK straight into Aguadilla-then it's only about a 25 minute drive to our warmer front door. Our home is a 2-story Mediterranean-styled villa of over 2,000 square feet inside and furnished exterior patios outside. You can watch the water at the same time you're barbequing. You will enjoy comfortable nights on quality mattresses, pillows and sheets. There are plenty of towels and linens along with a nicely furnished kitchen. Central air conditioning on each floor is provided along with a laundry room. There is a 42 inch LCD TV for movie watching along with a stereo. The villa is nicely decorated to complement the beach-front environment. Ocean views are present from the dining room and master bedroom. Warm, inviting and cozy you will find our home most relaxing for a fabulous vacation stay.While in Rincon, Maggie likes to walk/jog the mile-long driveway from the guard booth. We spend time collecting sea glass on our often secluded beach. We also snorkel one our beach and often relax at night playing dominoes or hanging with our neighbors. When we're out and about during the day, there is always a choice of what to see, where to go or what to buy. Privacy and security are two words we use to describe our vacation getaways at the gated community of Punta del Mar Beach Village. Pool is OPEN.
