Dies ist eine schöne 2-stöckige, 2,061 sq. Ft. 2 Schlafzimmer, 2-1 / 2 Bad private Villa mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Es gibt eine große Terrasse im zweiten Stock mit Möbeln im Wohnzimmerstil, Blick auf das Meer und die Berge sowie eine Terrasse im Erdgeschoss mit Tisch, Stühlen, Sonnenschirm und Gasgrill - auch mit Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Villa befindet sich in einer sicheren, geschlossenen Wohnanlage, die sich auf einem 3 Hektar großen Grundstück befindet. Die Villa ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über eine komplette Küche mit Kaffeemaschine (Kaffee, Zucker und Milch), Mixer, Toaster, Backgeschirr usw. sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner (Waschmittel und Weichspüler), Bügeleisen und Wecker und ein Außengrill.
Wi-Fi ist vorhanden. Der 42-Zoll-LCD-Fernseher verfügt über Netflix.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist mit einem Queensize-Bett, viel Stauraum und einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten (3 Einzelbetten und 1 große Matratze für 4 Personen). Es gibt auch ein tragbares Kinderbett und ein Pack-n-Play (Play Pen). Auf jeder Etage befinden sich Zonen mit zentraler Klimaanlage.

Es gibt so viel zu tun und zu sehen in der westlichen Stadt Rincon, von tollen Stränden, Surfen, Schnorcheln, der Sammlung von Seeglas; Restaurants (ein kurzer Spaziergang am Strand entlang), Besichtigungen, Walbeobachtung in den Wintermonaten, Kasinos in der Nähe, Golf, Katamaranfahrten und Bootfahren, Parasailing, Besichtigung kleiner Museen, historische und religiöse Sehenswürdigkeiten , ein Regenwald, ein Trockenwald, ein Tagesausflug in die Altstadt von San Juan oder ein Ausflug in die Berge. Puerto Rico wird aus vielen Gründen die verzauberte Insel genannt.

Safe and quiet community

Loved the gated community and how safe it felt. We had no qualms about letting our teenage girls go to the beach or on walks. Condo was very nice and we really appreciated having beach chairs available and the outdoor hose to rinse off with after exploring local beaches.

Beautiful spot/ every amenity perfect!

My husband and I stayed for a week here at this beautiful spot in Rincon - a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The villa unit itself has every amenity we could ask for and is situated in a lovely area of Rincon right on the water inside a gated community. We enjoyed stunning sunsets, amazing snorkeling, and beautifully clear beaches. A day trip to Aquadilla was also super fun and the host’s recommendations for dining were spot on. The town square came alive Thursday evening with music and kiosks set up by local artisans. We also loved the little church in the center of town and greatly enjoyed daily mass with the hometown people every morning. We highly recommend this gem of a spot and would love to vacation here again !community.

No frills, clean but a bit aged. Great location and development

This is a nice, no frills very clean and fairly modern unit in a very nice development. The master bed is nice, but the bunkbeds are spring-based. The towels are pretty old, and the beds were not fully made when we arrived (bottom sheet only) PR lost power for a day while we were there and there is no generator. The Wifi generally works but is spotty. The sinks and showers are all on the older side, but the appliances new. The development has a guard and a private beach and feels very secluded and safe. It is a short 12 minute drive into town and so very convenient. The shared pool is very small and the common areas in need of repair. The tennis courts are nice.

Beach stay in Rincon

We loved our stay here. It was my husband and 3 Of our kids. It was directly on a beautiful beach that stretched for miles. It was virtually empty. The condo was fully stocked. It was wonderful have beach towels and gear that we did not need to bring. Having a washing machine was also very helpful. The location was perfect close to everything but you do need a car. Owner was responsive and easy to reach Overall we were very happy

The area felt safe and secure. Residence was clean, spacious. Kids loved that boogie boards, games, beach chairs and more were available to them. Easy 2 min walk to an amazing beach and many other beaches and amenities within a 10 min drive. Owners provided a list of local things to do and were very responsive to texts. Excellent property in excellent neighborhood

This was my second stay at Punta Del Mar. The neighborhood is convenient to Rincon but on a quiet part of the beach. We enjoyed laying out by the tidal pool, there was plenty of shade along the beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was a nice place for an early cup of coffee. We cooked most of our meals at the house but also walked down to Tamboo and Casa Islena a few times for a nice meal. The community gym was stocked with weight lifting necessities and the community pool was nice. Other friends stayed in the neighborhood and went for lots of fun day trips: waterfall, lighthouse, biobay…but I could not tear myself away from the beach. It was a relaxing vacation, and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Tim & Margaret for your hospitality.

Outstanding All Around

This place was outstanding. Clean, comfortable, and we’ll equipped. We had everything we needed for the beach and other adventures. The gas grill came well in handy when the power went out a couple of times. The hosts (Tim and Margaret) warned us about the ongoing power outages in the island (it’s only been 6 years since Hurricane Maria..just saying!) well ahead of time and had lanterns and candles ready to go in the event an outage took place. Our family and I still made the outage fun and cooked out on the readily available gas grill that evening! I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back!!!

2023 FAMILY VACATION

We had another beautiful, relaxing family vacation at Tim & Margaret's home. We enjoyed relaxing on the beach, collecting sea glass and shells, and playing some tennis as well as surfing at Rivermouth (literally just steps down the beach). We also enjoyed early morning walks along the long drive where we saw many beautiful birds as well as super quick iguanas!

Great Place!

We had a lovely stay at Tim and Margaret's rental property. The location of the unit is spectacular. A private community with beach and pool access. The ocean was too rough for our little one (even the tide pools on some days), but we enjoyed morning beach walks and watching the surfers! The pool was great and it's only an 8 minute drive to other calm and beautiful beaches. The unit itself was mostly clean... a few things we noticed that weren't up to our standards, but we alerted Tim (who responded quite quickly) and he said he would give feedback to the cleaners. Otherwise the stay was great. We were delighted that they provide coffee/ cream/sugar, especially since we arrived so late the night before. They provided everything from necessary kitchen items to beach toys for our kiddo. The new king size bed was comfortable and the updated furniture too. We truly enjoyed both the ground floor patio as well as the 2nd floor patio while there. Thanks again for your wonderful spot. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing!! The owner Tim was so helpful. The location is perfection for us right between Rincon and Aguada. The beach is so beautiful. You can swim , surf, fish or snorkel on that beach. No need to go elsewhere. The house has everything one needs. Tim and Margaret have thought of everything!! Will only stay here from now on!!

Great Neighborhood and location

Everything about this property either met or exceeded our expectations! The actual overall size was bigger and more spacious than we had thought. Our first time in Puerto Rico and so happy we found this property. Tim was fabulous with communication and all the insider tips on what to see, do and eat were perfect! Only had to contact the manager Ken and he was just as responsive! If you are looking for the perfect location on the less touristy side the island and right on the beach - this is perfect! We were able to walk and jog around the property for our morning exercise and the neighbors were great!

My Rincon stay

The property was nice. It was a spacious house, well equipped. The community is gated and it has it’s own beach. However, in Rincon the power goes out often (or so I was told), we lost power for 12 hrs. While I was driving around town I realized thst most houses have power geherstor or solar powers.

Great Spot!

We spent 5 nights at this property and it was a great home base for us to spread out but also be able to reach other parts of PR for day trips. Especially appreciated the communication from Tim (willing to answer all gazillion of my questions and super timely) and the ease of having onsite laundry and an easy key pad for access to the condo. Only downsides were the TV wouldn't turn on, it never worked even with my husbands sheer determination to figure it out. The beach was not swimmable for our children, too rough and patches of shallow coral. And on Sunday evening we had a small group swimming at the pool (90 degrees out) and at 6pm the pool maintenance showed up and kindly kicked us out. Was a bummer and we had no idea this was scheduled. Maybe there was a sign posted somewhere that we missed but this definitely was a party foul :) Overall a great place & trip for our family. Thank you !!

This property was great. It was close to the beach, maybe a 2 minute walk. The beach was beautiful. It was not too crowded and there was a ton of beautiful sea glass. The house itself was big and clean. Previous renters (or perhaps the owners) had some basic things there like cooking oil and coffee, which helped because we arrived late and all the restaurants and stores were closed. The house had beach chairs, coolers, a few sand toys, and plenty of towels, which was really convenient. We arrived the day after the fire at the electricity center that knocked out power to the entire island. Luckily, there was power when we arrived at the house. We lost internet a day or two later, but there was something going on with the cell tower, so it was not a problem with the house. We had no other issues with power outages or internet connections. Overall, the house was great and I would definitely go back.

2022 FAMILY VACA!

Tim and Margaret contacted us when we checked in to see if everything was ok. Everything was perfect! This is our 4th vacation to their home and each time we look forward to their beautiful residence as well as the beach, tide pool, snorkeling and surfing which are all steps away from their door. Their property manager, Kenny, is always very responsive - even for simple requests such as ours for the phone number to the security booth. We found a puppy along the drive near the security booth and the guard was able to contact a local rescue (we already have 2 dogs at home or else she would have become our newest family member!) and we wanted to contact the guards to make sure the puppy was safe. We were able to confirm that she was adopted the next day! Tim and Margaret are always available to contact with any questions/concerns. Very comforting feeling. We cannot wait to visit again!

Great place and location

If you are looking for a relaxing location with beautiful beaches. This is where you should stay. Lots of room for our entire family, clean beds and bathrooms. Solid internet connection if you need it. Beach chairs etc. under the stairs. Well appointed kitchen. We never turned on TV. so cannot comment. This really home really has everything. We also felt very safe. True staffed security gate. Thanks again

Puntas at Rincon

Property in very nice Rincon location. Pictures reflected accurate number of rooms. Was spacious enough however did not reflect leaking A/C Unit. Manager, Kinney, responded in reasonable time to repair. All plumbing fixtures outdated and MB bath shower needs complete replacement as well as Kitchen Sink fixture. Tub in Master in needed of relining. Television pictured in Master inoperable. Was told later that it "was not connected." Emptied all trash as requested however there were no replacement bags available. Borrowed some from family members in another Unit. We did not use any Kitchen Appliances other than Refrigerator as we ate a many local venues in local area. Highly recommend Cofresi Resort Restaurant. We also washed bed linen as they did not smell fresh. A scented fabric softener is recommended. Overall it was an "O.K." experience.

Punta Del Mar

Tim’s place is a great place for people who really want to get away from all crowds. The property is lovely and the apartment was more than spacious for our party of 4. The kitchen has the tools to make meals for a family or group. Tim was easy to reach and quick to respond.

Maggie and I met, where else? On a beach but on Long Island when we were just teenagers in 1986. We celebrated our Silver Anniversary in July of 2011. I inspect buildings for a living and Maggie drives a school bus. When we're not working, we love to get away to our future retirement home in Rincon where we've got the pleasure of making some real nice friends over the years in and around our Puerto Rican home. We enjoy getting away from it all whenever we can on one of those nightly JetBlue flights from JFK straight into Aguadilla-then it's only about a 25 minute drive to our warmer front door. Peace, quite, sunshine and smiles. Ah, Rincon, how we've missed you.
After sailing the Caribbean a few times it was time to find a place in the sun where we could easily get away from the cold northeast and faster lifestyle. After deciding that Puerto Rico is the ideal place for folks from the states, we spent several of our next vacations traveling different areas of the Enchanted Isle. After learning that our real estate agent who serves the entire island of Puerto Rico, has plans on retiring in Rincon, we knew we had to check it out.
While I was looking for a house on its own piece of property (we vacation in upstate New York often), Maggie was looking for a beach-front community with security and plenty of amenities-well, she won out. Don't they say that the woman is always right. Well she certainly was in this case. We've found a terrific second home right at the beach, with great neighbors and friends along with the piece of mind of the 24 hour gated community when we're not able to get away. Punta del Mar Beach Village sits on approx. 145 acres of ocean-front property. The largest of its kind in western Puerto Rico.

This secure and friendly residential complex on the northwestern corner of Puerto Rico is truly paradise. The weather is outstanding, nature is bountiful and time spent just so relaxing. Our Home away from Home. What a find it was to find Rincon.

We know you have many places to choose from in which to spend your vacation, so why choose our property? Our vacation home is located in Puntas along the north side of Rincon so you can surf right 'outside the front door'. The area is also great for boogie-boarding and snorkeling. The home is in a gated community, with a 24 hour security guard and rests on 145 beautifully natural and landscaped acres along the 2 miles of secluded beach. The quiet and private community provides security and piece of mind for adults and especially for your small children-truly a terrific family environment. Our home is a 2-story Mediterranean-styled villa of over 2,000 square feet inside and furnished exterior patios outside. You can watch the water at the same time you're barbequing. You will enjoy comfortable nights on quality mattresses, pillows and sheets. There are plenty of towels and linens along with a nicely furnished kitchen. Central air conditioning on each floor is provided along with a laundry room. There is a 42 inch LCD TV for movie watching along with a stereo. The villa is nicely decorated to complement the beach-front environment. Ocean views are present from the dining room and master bedroom. Warm, inviting and cozy you will find our home most relaxing for a fabulous vacation stay.While in Rincon, Maggie likes to walk/jog the mile-long driveway from the guard booth. We spend time collecting sea glass on our often secluded beach. We also snorkel one our beach and often relax at night playing dominoes or hanging with our neighbors. When we're out and about during the day, there is always a choice of what to see, where to go or what to buy. Privacy and security are two words we use to describe our vacation getaways at the gated community of Punta del Mar Beach Village. Pool is OPEN.
