Detached Sea View Villa on Gated Development.

Our detached, remodelled villa is light and airy and has stunning sea and mountain views from three terraces. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard. There is a good size kitchen with granite work surfaces, a large separate lounge with dining table, three attractive bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and two bathrooms.

There is a further room on the first floor which is not made available to guests.

The development is gated with remote controlled access to ensure complete privacy for guests. It is close to town and the beach.

During your stay you can enjoy our communal pool and children's pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pool. There is no lifeguard.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT CLEANING/ SANITIZING PRODUCTS THAT MAY BE PROVIDED IN THE VILLA ARE KEPT AWAY FROM CHILDREN



The nearest restaurant is about 5-10 minutes walk as is the nearest bar. There is everything here you need for a relaxing and fun filled holiday. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the town centre of Caleta De Fuste. The airport is 7 km away.

Having stayed in many villas and apartments in Caleta, this is our absolute favourite It’s clear that the owners have invested time, thought and money into providing high quality and comfortable bedding, furniture and kitchen equipment . Lovely villa with everything you need

Beautiful villa up the hill from caleta de fuste main town. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need for a lovely holiday. Towels, beach towels and a kitchen with everything you need and more. 2 sets of keys, which was handy as we travelled with friends. Lovely views, and great communication from the host. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely look to book again! Thank you!

Wonderful property

Stayed for a week in this wonderful property , fantastic communication from the owners . Property was as listed , it has everything you could possibly need and more it is very well equipped . 4 terraces to sit although we only used 2 of them . Great location and stunning views and very close to supermarket and bars/ restaurants. Cannot fault it

We found the property to be of high standard, nothing looks tired. Good kitchen and bathrooms. New loungers on the balcony. The owners obviously re-invest back into this property. It is more like a home than a holiday let. For us the location is good, close enough to take a walk into the resort but not right in the thick of things. Also locally there are some bars and restaurants just 400metres away along with a small supermarket. A big Lidl is just 2 miles away. Being just a few miles from the airport is a bonus. For us this property is hard to beat.

Short Stay

we was lucky enough to stay here for 3 nights and found the villa very clean and tidy on arrival. The location is great just a 15 to 20 minute walk to the town which has plenty of restaurants and bars to explore! We hired a car so made use of the parking space provided, and the views from the terrace are great (once the sandstorm had cleared) Although we did not eat in the kitchen looked well supplied with utensils etc. We are coming back in August and are so looking forward to it!

Fantastic villa in great location.

This is a lovely villa which is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious, and , with three terraces to choose from, there is always somewhere pleasant to sit outside, whether you prefer sun or shade. The complex is quiet but conveniently located within walking distance of a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as being just a short taxi ride from the main town and marina. I would confidently recommend this property to friends and family, knowing they would be well looked after and thoroughly enjoy their stay. We will be going back very soon!!

Fantastic place to stay

This property is in a fabulous location. Easily walkable to and from the centre /beach in 15 mins. We were warmly welcomed by the next door neighbours and given lots of hints and tips about places to go etc. They were super friendly. The property itself has everything you will need for a stay in Caleta de Fuste. Very clean with a fab sun terrace for all day sunshine. No complaints at all, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

PERFECT STAY IN A BEAUTIFUL VILLA

My wife and I stayed for the third time, for exactly 60 days, in Linda's beautiful villa, and this time too our stay was perfect. The villa is located a short distance from the beautiful beach of Caleta de Fuste: you can get there on foot in just ten minutes. The residential complex in which it is located is elegant and very quiet. The neighbors Patricia and Jim, who are the caretakers of the villa, are two fantastic people for sympathy, kindness and availability. The villa is furnished with new furniture, large wardrobes in each of the three bedrooms; also the appliances (washing machine, oven, fridge with freezer) are brand new. Ultimately, here we always find everything needed to make a holiday perfect: no doubt we will return here In coming years.

Luxurious 3-Bedroom Villa at Marina Golf – A Relaxing Oasis in Caleta de Fuste

We recently had the pleasure of staying in a fabulous 3-bedroom villa within the gated Marina Golf complex in Caleta de Fuste, and it was a great experience. The communication and instructions from Linda and Steve was first class The villa itself was incredibly spacious. Each of the three bedrooms was large, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, offering plenty of storage space and comfort. The living areas were equally generous, with a beautifully furnished lounge and a modern kitchen fully equipped for any cooking needs. What really stood out was the breathtaking view from the villa. Whether lounging on the terrace or enjoying a meal outdoors, we were treated to panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape and golf course. It was an ideal backdrop for relaxing mornings and peaceful evenings. The villa is part of a well-maintained gated community, providing an added sense of security and privacy. The shared pool area was excellent, clean, and never crowded during our stay. In terms of location, this villa is ideally situated. A 10-minute walk brought us to the heart of Caleta de Fuste, where we found plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beach. The villa's distance from the center allowed us to enjoy peace and tranquility while still being close to all the amenities and entertainment. Whether you're looking for a family getaway, a retreat with friends, or simply a relaxing vacation, this villa has it all. Highly recommended, and we would definitely return!

We love our holiday villa and visit it regularly to make sure it is in tip-top condition. So you can guarantee that everything is working properly, is well maintained and very clean.

Arriving on holiday in Fuerteventura in 2003 - we immediately fell in love with the island's dramatic scenery and superb beaches which we believe are the best in Europe. Caleta De Fuste is only 7km from the airport, meaning that your holiday starts 45 minutes after touching down. Its location in the centre of the island means that you can easily travel North to the dunes of Corraleco or the dramatic beaches of El Cortillo. Travelling south, you are within easy reach of the fantastic beaches of Jandia.
