Unser Haus bietet alles, was Sie fĂŒr Ihren perfekten Maui Urlaub. Wir bieten eine luxuriöse moderne Loft-Lifestyle-Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern.
Die Betten bieten die gleichen Matratzen auf Hawaii FĂŒnf-Sterne-Hotels gefunden. Sie sind mit bequemen PlĂŒsch Topper, und die luxuriöse BettwĂ€sche bieten Komfort fĂŒr Ihren Aufenthalt. Der Master-Loft verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Kingsize-Bett sowie ein eigenes Badezimmer mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Dies ist ein offener Dachboden. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett mit einem Twin und ein voller GrĂ¶ĂŸe Matratze. Split-System-Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer. I will make every effort to rent from Rentals Maui in the future!! The condo is clean, well maintained, comfortable and well maintained. The property is beautiful! The pool and hot tub are always clean and my kids love hanging out there. The beach is nearby as well as wonderful restaurants. This trip to Maui I became very ill and spent 9 of our 11 days on the island in the hospital. Matt and Char were so kind and so helpful in working with us to extend our stay. I cannot thank them enough for their help as I was stuck in the hospital and my family was scrambling for a place to stay when we had to extend our trip. Thanks you Matt and Char and Rentals Maui!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is in need of TLC, the carpet is stained and old, not sure when it was fully renovated. The property is well maintained and the pool area was really clean. We liked that there was rules at the pool. Location was good but lots of homeless in the area and felt somewhat unsafe to walk around at night. We had problem with the key pad , the batteries were dead , thank god it happened in the morning and the rental company was very quick to take actions. The AC did not do much for the upper loft part of the condo and there was only thin blinds so very bright early in the morning .The place was quiet and we met very night people including some of the permanent residents who were very friendly. Overall a very good experience.

The pool clean along with the 2 gas grills i used a few times which I used well maintained. The gardens were lovely to look at. I would definitely recommend and come back. The apartment where we stayed was upstairs and had a balcony with a view to the pool, I liked that alot. Plenty of parking it felt safe. The apartment came with everything you need, just walk in and your set. Never had a single problem with management or anyone else.

Great family condo

We very much enjoyed our trip to Kihei at this place. The condo was spacious, updated, and the AC kept the place cool. The dishwasher was a bit dirty & there were lots of ants on the complex (at times in the condo), but other than that, no complaints!

Great apartment and central location

Overall we had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The apartment has every day kitchen utensils, toaster, and other obvious utilities. I wish they mentioned that the apartment also has beach mats, cooler, 4 chairs and a beach umbrella. Some books and boardgames as well! The apartment has single AC in the main hall and that cools down the lower bedroom too. Surprisingly it doesn't cool down the loft bedroom on the top floor quickly. The community has a clean pool and jacuzzi, and right next to the grocery store and one block away from the beach, very convenient!

Great Stay

The location of this place was perfect; close to the beach, close to shopping, and easily accessible. The apartment was clean and was exactly as depicted on the website. It was a comfortable stay for our party of two adults, two teenagers, and 2 children. Will stay again!

Best Location

We love staying at the Kihei Garden Estates as it's walkable to a beach, grocery store and several stores and restaurants. The pool and hot tub are also a bonus. We liked this particular condo as we easily fit our two kids (bunk beds), ourselves (sofa bed) and my in-laws (master bedroom). Being a family-friendly condo, it would have been nice if there were stools in the bathrooms as our kids couldn't reach toilet or sink, or kid friendly kitchenware. A drying rack would also be handy as we were constantly drying stuff on the patio furniture. And just a note, the sun hits the patio around noon until 7 pm and it gets HOT. That can be good or bad depending on how much you like the Hawaiian sun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Family fun in Maui

We had a great experience with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that would have made it even better was having coffee and tea available for guests. It would be a nice touch. Other than that, we were happy with our experience. The grounds are immaculate, and the pool is clean and well kept.
