Am Rande des Dorfes Falesia gelegen, ist dies wirklich eine luxuriöse Villa, ideal für diejenigen, die einen ruhigen Urlaub suchen, aber in der Nähe von allen lokalen Annehmlichkeiten und dem Strand. Die Unterkunft erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen und bietet viel Platz. Es ist zu einem sehr hohen Standard eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie benötigen. Die Unterkunft ist klimatisiert. Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen schönen privaten Pool mit Rasenflächen umgeben. Es gibt einen großen gemauerten Grill auf der Terrasse mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen.

Beautiful

Absolutely perfect. Had everything you could need. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Quiet location but near enough to restaurants. Karen went out of her way to accommodate, making sure we had provisions for our late arrival. Would definitely come back...most relaxing holiday ever. Thanks

What a Gem

Having recently returned from Villa Rosa our family has nothing but praise for this wonderful villa. The location is superb with lovely restaurants in close walking distance. We particularly liked the honey farm just down the lane, booking is highly recommended if you want to go for an evening meal as we did following a lunchtime visit earlier in the week. The villas welcome pack is full of useful recommendations (such as the Honey Farm) and ideas for places to visit both locally and further afield. We had a fabulous holiday and would highly recommend both the villa and area to anyone; we cannot wait to go back.

What a fantastic villa - everything went smoothly from booking to returning home. The villa is truly luxurious and the village location is ideal for the beach, shops and many lovely restaurants all on your doorstep. Karen the owners booked a taxi and Miguel was great if we wanted to go out further afield - he had a mini bus so could take us all and collect us for a very reasonable rate! Bernice the property Manager was excellent - she called in on our arrival to make sure we were ok and was on hand if we had any problems. Great location for loads of golf courses which could be booked through the office in the village at discounted rates. Wonderful villa, great location we have booked again for August!

Loved It

We have just returned from a family holiday which included 3 under fives, we absolutely loved Villa Rosa. The villa was spotlessly clean, everything you need, the pool was great, had plenty of fun time. The village was quiet but had many lovely restaurants and very friendly. The Olympic bar round the corner does great breakfasts. Miguel the taxi driver was very good at picking us up from the airport and going to the golf courses which we booked in the village. I would recommend if you have young children, prams etc and no car you catch the bus round the corner and go to Olhos De Agua beach, only takes a few minutes. The beach is very child friendly and has plenty of facilities. I would like to thank Karen and Bernice for their help. I would certainly recommend Villa Rosa and hope to return in the future.

WOW!!

We have stayed in Villa Rosa many times. The villa is so chic, immaculate and spacious with a fantastic garden, pool and BBQ area. It is so well equipped (in fact you don't really need to leave it!) Whilst it is nice to have a car to see the surrounding area it is not essential, as there are many fabulous restaurants, shops and supermarkets on your doorstep, as well as the beautiful beaches, all within easy walking distance. Will definitely be staying there again (already booked for this summer to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary!) Karen and Steve ,the owners are lovely, and couldn't be more helpful.

My husband Steve and I live in Nottingham with our 2 children. We have holidayed in the area for the last 20 years and fell in love with it. We have owned 3 properties in the same area over the years but bought Villa Rosa 14 years ago.

We have made many friends in the area - some who own the restaurants or work in the village.

They all love children and it is a very safe place to go. Everyone is so friendly.

We love the fact that within a few hours we can be here even if it is sometimes only for a quick weekend. We always go home totally chilled out!!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We bought the property 14 years ago after falling in love with the area. We had owned previous properties in the village but the location of the villa is ideal for Acoteias, Olhos D'Agua and Falesia. You do not need a car to enjoy many of the surrounding areas.

The beach of Falesia is stunning with the beautiful cliffs as a back drop.

The area has many lovely restaurants within walking distance offering a great choice from cheap and cheerful to 5* at the Sheraton Pine Cliffs resort just a few minutes walk away.

We are only 25 minutes from the airport.

We are ideally situated not only for the fantastic beaches but the many championship golf courses in the area. We have a contact in the village that books the golf for us at discounted prices and they also run a taxi business so if you fancy going a little further a field they are on hand and are very reliable and reasonably priced.

Our property manager lives a couple of streets away and she always pops in the see if you have settled in and are happy with everything. She will do anything she can to make your stay as happy as possible!
