Luxurious Villa

A very spacious luxury villa. We have stayed twice before in this villa. It is very well equipped. Beds, mattresses and pillows are extremely comfortable. Great air conditioning in all rooms. Quiet surroundings. I can’t think of anything.

I would highly Recommend this villa for all kinds of gatherings plenty of private spaces but also very cosy the hosting was excellent great communication, located close to a small village Santa Eulalia with few restaurants and different types of bars for everyone and the strip is 5 mins in an uber but not walkable for us but the Ubers were there in a minute. Lovely heated pool and jacuzzi we have just got back and loved it

Loved the heated pool, great accommodation, great for all the family Bit more communication on departure day, as we could have stayed in the pool until 1pm when we departed?

Villa Duma stay

Ticked all the boxes for our group (children, parents & grandparents). Facilities in the Villa all good - everything we needed inside the villa with good kitchen facilities, bathrroms and bedrooms. Outside villa area excellent - pool, sun loungers, BBQ and outside dining. Good location in terms of nearby restaurants, local supermarkets (taxi ride), nearby par 3 golf course and short walks to beaches (1.5 km ish)

Wonderful Villa

We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked. The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants.

Our amazing family holiday at Villa Duma

Our family had an family holiday at Villa Duma. The villa was absolutely beautiful, modern and spotless and even more impressive than the photos. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and every detail in the house made it feel like home away from home. A very special thank you to Miguel, our villa manager, who was exceptional throughout our stay - welcoming, helpful and always available if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily return to Villa Duma again. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed in this villa since 2018. Wouldn't stay with anyone else when in the area. Villa is great, the staff are great and the location is great. Couldn't have asked or wanted for more. Nothing.

Perfect Festive get-away villa

Immaculate spacious holiday home in a peaceful private location, 10 minute walk from beach, restaurants and shops. Perfect winter escape for a family group 18 adults. Heated pool and Jacuzzi got plenty of use. Check-in process with Miguel was seamless & informative and the presentation of the property was first-class. No issues during stay. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Villa

A group of 8 friends stayed at Villa Duma, and everyone really enjoyed the accommodation, which was just as described. We paid to heat the hot tub, which was beneficial, but didn't bother with the swimming pool, although a couple of our party did decide to take the plunge, which was brave of them given it was early March !All in all, a very happy stay, and we wouldn't hesitate in returning in the future.

The accommodation was super and just what we expected from the details. There was a problem with the freezer section of the Fridge/Freezer which was not freezing as it should and did not provide ice or cold water from the dispenser. They had put an additional freezer into the utility room so we could store frozen food and make ice.Whilst the additional freezer was acceptable to us, I would hope that the Fridge/Freezer is either repaired or replaced in the near future. On a personal note from our party, we would have like to have seen more drinking glasses as the selection was wine glasses and large tumblers. Some smaller tumblers would have been nice. The BBQ was a real hit.

Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased to hear that the accommodation met your expectations and that you enjoyed your stay, especially making use of the BBQ. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the fridge/freezer. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the freezer not performing as it should and we are glad the additional freezer provided a suitable temporary solution during your stay Thank you as well for your helpful suggestion about providing more smaller drinking glasses. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back again in the future.

Villa Duma

From the moment we arrived in Portugal everything went really well. The transfer was on time took us straight to the Villa. As for the accommodation it was superb really clean and tidy, where our villa was situated was really good as it was central to most areas. The family has already spoke about returning to this villa in the near future.

Fabulous stay at Villa Duma

The villa was fantastic. Everything we needed for a great family holiday. Our grandchildren loved the pool, which was always lovely and warm. Very clean, comfortable with all mod cons. Simply could not fault this villa. We also used ´Tripsduma´, their own ´taxi´ service. Adriana was wonderful. Returning in October and probably next year too.

Duma a fabulous place.

We had a fabulous time, staying at Duma, the pool was amazing. The team were very helpful, very accommodating. Very clean. It would be very helpful to have a rail on the jacuzzi. It is quite difficult to get out of the jacuzzi, especially with a disability and an elderly person.

excellent stay!

The property was perfect for an off season winter stay with family. We heated the jacuzzi/small pool outside and it was used almost daily. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and gave the family a very relaxing stay. The kitchen and living room were easy to use and clean. Managers (Miguel and team) were kind, thorough, gracious and available. Fees were very clear - not hidden - something we appreciated. We would gladly return if the opportunity arises. Greatly recommended. Thank you.

Superb Stay Again.

Great Location, superb luxury accommodation, the heated pool & outdoor Jacuzzi are a must have and are well worth paying for, This was our second time (in different villas) with Villa Duma and both times we have had excellent stays that has exceeded our expectations, many thanks to Helen for the excellent care she took of us, it was like meeting a friend when we arrived, (Helen is a Gem) and also to Pedro the mini bus driver who when above and beyond to help and look after us. we will definitely be back. Keep doing what your doing, it's a winning formula....

Thank you - we are so very grateful to receive this glowing review! Great to know that your stay exceeded your expectations and you really enjoyed your stay in Villa Duma. It's true that the heating of the pool and jacuzzi really make a difference, especially in the lower season when the temperature of the water can be a little chilly without this. Pleased to know you also enjoyed our services. We look forward to welcoming you all back again soon! Thanks again & warm regards to you all.

Fantastic villa!

The facilities at Villa Duma were excellent with everything we needed. The villa was clean and well presented and the location is perfect peaceful but with amenities close by. We would definitely stay here again. There were a significant number of ants outside the villa and unfortunately, a great deal made their way into one of the downstairs bathrooms (which subsequently put her off using the bathroom altogether) and one of the upstairs bedrooms. I understand this is often beyond human control though so this is more feedback, as opposed to criticism.
