Unsere geräumigen 1050 sq ft. Wohnung wurde gerade komplett umgebaut. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer Eigentumswohnung direkt am Golf (keine Winkel oder Hindernisse außer den schönen Palmen). Die erweiterte Balkon direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer bietet einen malerischen Blick auf den Golf. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich südlich von Clearwater Beach. Indian Rocks Beach wird routinemäßig zur Perfektion gereinigt.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein brandneues Kingsize-Bett mit einem angrenzenden Badezimmer. Es gibt viel Stauraum in der in Kalifornien gebaut Schränke und Wandsystem Ihr Gepäck auszupacken. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein brandneues Queen-Bett mit einem großen Einbauschrank mit einem Fernseher. Die Küche hat einen makellosen Quarz Zähler nach oben und alle neuen Geräte aus Edelstahl. Die Schränke sind selbstschließend. Beide Bäder sind schön gefliest. Die Fußböden sind mit italienischen Porzellan Planke Fliesen, die wie notleidende Holz aussehen. Es gibt brandneue HE Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Wohnung für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. A muss diese Ausstattung umfasst einen Wasserenthärter und Filtersystem !!! Kostenlosem High-Speed Wireless Internet, Kabel-TV, und Ferngespräche, darunter Kanada. Wir haben DVD-Player, Flachbild-TV, Filme, Bücher und Spiele. Die ausgewiesenen Park befindet sich neben der Treppe und der Nähe des Aufzugs. Das Gerät ist auf der zweiten Etage.

Gemeinschafts-Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Aufzug, einen Pool und Einkaufswagen. Die Lulus Oyster Bar und Tap House Restaurant ist direkt über die Straße. Es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Island Surf Shop ist 0. 3 Meilen entfernt für Mietartikel - Fahrräder, Paddel-Boards, Kajaks, usw. Genießen Sie Sonnenuntergänge auf dem Balkon beim Entspannen wie die Delphine vorbei schwimmen.

Die nächsten Flughäfen sind: Tampa International (TPA) oder Clearwater / St. Pete (PIE). Disney und Legoland sind 90 Minuten entfernt.

Patricia’s condo is absolutely gorgeous with the most breathtaking views. Close proximity to restaurants, beaches, drug store, grocery stores, etc. There is every accommodation you could possibly need. She has truly thought of everything you may need to make your stay enjoyable. It is just steps to the beach which was wonderful because my 88 year old dad was able to be on the beach with us. 😊 Her condo is updated with very beautiful and comfortable furnishings. I am a clean freak and I could not believe how sparkling clean everything was. The moment you walk in you feel at home. She was wonderful to deal with and provided excellent instructions about things in the condo, expectations and condo rules. No question she thought of everything. Patricia was an excellent hostess, very easy to talk to and very easy to communicate with in a timely manner. Her place is absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully stocked with anything you need at the beach, to cook, and clean. No need to take beach towels, beach, chairs, umbrella, coolers. The cabinets were stocked with spices, oil,trash bags, and laundry detergent. We are definitely going back to stay there again. Everything is within walking distance. You don’t even have to get in your car to go anywhere.

This is a beautiful property, and it is very comfortable. My family and I enjoyed our stay until red tide kept us out of the water and off of the beach. Our stay was wonderful, except for that unfortunate occurrence. Sadly, it affected most of week two of our stay.

Such A Great Condo!

This condo is amazing!! Absolutely loved it. It is well stocked with everything you will need. Of course, you will have to buy food!! It is close to amazing restaurants! Second Stay Was As Good As First

My husband and I stayed at this property back in September of 2016 and it has always been unavailable every time we have come down since, so I was thrilled to be able to stay here first half of December when we needed a place . The unit was/is clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with items you would need to cook, clean or whatever and for whatever age you are! I look forward to being able to spend more time on beach next time ( we were busy most of time doing other things needing to be done ) because IRB and the beaches to the north are the best ! Walked them for miles and miles and years and years ....found many interesting items again along water to add to my 'found objects' bowl here again too. Patricia told us about some sand castles down the beach so we checked them out and she communicated with me about other subjects which was very helpful. I look forward to doing this again and spending more time relaxing:) Thanks Patricia!

This place is gorgeous!

Great condo in a good location. You can tell that the owner's have recently remodeled this condo. It's beautiful inside. They have thought of everything--beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach bags, etc. The only drawback is the traffic. It is loud, especially on a Friday and Saturday nights. Everything and more!

We arrived to find the condo clean, ready and welcoming for our vacation in IRB. This is the seventh condo we’ve rented in Florida and by far, the most completely supplied with every item imaginable. The furniture was very comfortable, the balcony spacious and the condo complex well maintained. The only issue for us was finding a good way to enter the parking lot from Gulf Blvd, since the entrance is on a busy intersection. Patricia was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. We plan to return in the future!!

Pelican Cove is a quaint 25 unit condo building that is very well maintained in a great location. I love this location because it's relaxing and not overly crowded. A short ride will take you to all the excitement of Clearwater or St. Johns' Pass.
