Die Villa ist freistehend und verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer (Master-en-Suite) sowie einen eigenen, im griechischen Stil geschirmten und beheizten Pool - je nach Saison gegen Aufpreis. Es liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend mit Blick auf einen kleinen See mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen! Hervorragende Straßenverbindungen bedeuten, dass die Villa nur etwa 10 Minuten vom internationalen Flughafen Orlando entfernt ist. 25 Minuten von Disneyworld. Lokale Golf- und Country-Clubs ca. 10 Minuten. Das Kennedy Space Center ist eine Autostunde von der Ostküste und anderthalb Stunden von den goldenen Stränden der Golfküste entlang der Schnellstraße entfernt. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet für Ihren Komfort und Bequemlichkeit, einschließlich WIFI-Zugang und zentraler Klimaanlage. Geräumige und luftige Zimmer ermöglichen die komfortable Nutzung der Villa durch 6 Personen oder bis zu 8 Personen, die das 2 m lange Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer nutzen.

Spacious and clean!

We had a lovely stay at robs villa at the end of march. Villa was a good size and the view from pool area had me staring at wildlife for hours. Rob was very good at responding to our queries. The area is great close to restaurants, shops and turnpike for wherever you fancy heading thankyou

What lovely owners

We randomly had some power issues and they were totally on hand to sort it out, what lovely people.Plus points, location location location. After a long flight, this villa is only 20mins from the airport and we were so glad. Easy to visit the parks and a great central location for exploring Florida and it's nature and wildlife, with the beach and NASA only 1 hour away.If we're were heading back this way, we would use this place again. Just so handy and very helpful owners.

Wonderful 2 week stay

We were very pleased with the size of the villa and pool. It had everything we needed and we all slept well. In a great area ideal for getting to the parks and shops. The views of the lake were an absolute treat. Rob was on hand quickly when i had a pool query.

Fantastic villa, great host

Beautiful place with wonderful lake views in a great location, excellent size pool for all five of us adults. Rob the host was excellent at communicating and his in villa guide was great for all aspects of our stay. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great Villa

This villa is in a great place to just chill by the pool if that's what you want to do, and not too far from Disney or shopping outlets if you want to do that. The villa has everything you could possibly need for your stay. It was only myself and my husband and we would definitely stay here again.

Disney spring break

We had an excellent stay, the house was ver c clean and conveniently located. It was easy to get to the parks, but far enough away that you were away from then crowds. Rob, the host, quickly addressed our one concern during our stay and made sure we were satisfied and everything was taken care of.

Perfect vacation in Orlando

To put it in a nutshell, everything from communication to check-in and accommodation was to our complete satisfaction. The surroundings are quiet. The location of the house by the lake, including the pool, is a dream. If we are in Orlando again, we would be happy to stay in this house again.

Absolutely amazing place

Stayed here for 17 nights in May and the whole time was perfect, first time in Orlando for years and the property did not disappoint! Fantastic location took us around 25 minutes to Disney and never really had any traffic issues as there are multiple ways to get there however I particularly liked the one road to Disney which just turning left at the main road and keep going until you hit the Disney arches. The property itself had everything we needed and more and felt like a home from home, Rob and Sue were fantastic hosts and answered any questions we had very quickly through WhatsApp. The neighbourhood was lovely and we met the neighbours who were very welcoming and offered to help with anything we needed. overall thoroughly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Loved staying in this property from start to finish! The location was incredible, all the parks were between 20-25 minutes away. The swimming pool was excellent to cool down in after a long day out and about. The inside of the villa was exactly what we needed, with all necessary amenities! Also communication with the owner was quick and concise and he was very happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be booking again!

Wonderful !!

Our family had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The house and pool were a real blessing. Everything was clean and spacious. The owners were very kind and helpful with any questions that we had. The location is great, there are restaurants and a Walmart right down the road, major amusement parks were only about 25-30 minutes away and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great location in a fairly quiet community. House needs a lot of deep cleaning and upgrades. Pillows and beds need to be replace as well as the couches. Prepare to go shopping for dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and other essentials.

Review of Stillwater property

This is our 4th stay at this property and it did not disappoint. The owner is very kind and accommodating, easy to get ahold of, as well as the property manager. Like I've said in previous reviews, the pool gets sun from the moment you get up until you go to sleep, I would highly recommend this property if you're looking for either a stay-cation or a place to lay your head after you've hit the beaches or Orlando. Stillwater property

We enjoyed this property so much!! It far exceeded our expectations ~ this was our second stay, this time for two weeks, in a 6 week period. The house met all of our needs, and the pool was amazing! Sun from the moment you wake up until well into the evening ~ the sunset view from the backyard is transcendent, one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen. Thank you to the owners, they were always available for questions, concerns and each time checked into our stay to make sure we were good. We will be using this property for visits in the future, thanks again Rob and Sue!!!

Our Anniversary week

The house was absolutely perfect. It was our anniversary and we hadn't vacationed in a year, which is strange for us. We are used to traveling a lot and we have stayed in many types of vacation rentals. The check in process was seamless and we were able to get into the property a bit early, which helped immensely. The house was spotless, it met all of our needs without question. The pool, well that was the best part!! Sun from the moment we woke up until well into the evening!! The sunset views from the back were my favorite, medicine for my soul ~ we loved it so much we extended our vacation another day. Thank you Rob and Sue for a most memorable anniversary, we will most definitely be back!!!

Hi all I very rarely review or pay too much attention to feedback, however after staying at robs property, i felt it was only right to reveiw the most amazing time ever 😊 We stayed at rob and sues property and hand on heart can honestly say i have never felt more looked after or informed of everything. The property was absolutly amazing, it was like being home from home. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the neighbours were very freindly and welcoming to guests. The villa has everything you would need from the big things down to the little things. The amenities close by were perfect, we had Aldi,walmart, kfc, dollar tree, McDs all within a 10 minute drive We enjoed the view of the lake every day, the kids lived in the swimming pool, we also enjoyed fishing on the lake in the evenings. There is just too much to list about the propery and its convinience, but please rest assure, you will have the most amazing time Thanks rob and sue, we look forward to returning 😀 😊

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We really enjoyed the lake my teen boys enjoyed fishing they caught a few Bass up to 5lb (threw them back of course) and enjoyed the pool. Sunset over the lake was beautiful every evening. Neighbours were nice and the neighbourhood was very quiet, near to shops, and 20 minutes from theme parks. The house has all the items you need, the pictures do not do it justice. Living room was bigger than expected with a large flat screen TV. The two main bedrooms have much newer bedding than pictured. The master bedroom was much bigger than expected with a large flat screen. (lots of pillows and a nice firm mattress) The twin single room could also do with the update this bedding was very used. Bathrooms (only mention as there’s no pictures) en-suite master bedroom has a twin sink walk in shower. Family bathroom has a bath/shower Lots of local wildlife to experience with ducks and chicks we even had a few hatch while we were staying and saw terrapins, catfish and bass in the lake. Pool could do with relining and a better filter it required a lot of skimming, we had heating issues trying to get the pool warm the owner did try his best to help rectify. We didn’t see a pool cleaner visit while we were there or any evidence they had been while we were out over our 14 days stay. Most importantly we felt safe!
