Phoenix West II 2407 ist ein Luxus, 3 Schlafzimmer Wohnung mit 4 voll ausgestattete Badezimmer.

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Flachbild-TV und Master-Bad mit Whirlpool, separater Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen, privater Toilette und zwei Waschbecken.

Der zweite Gast Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett und die dritte Gäste-Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten.

Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV und eigenem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne Combo.

Der vierte Bad ist in der Halle entfernt und verfügt über eine Ecke Dusche.

Die Gesamtgröße Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in einem separaten Hauswirtschafts Schrank im Flur. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie benötigen, einschließlich Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl und einem separaten Bartresen verfügt über einen eingebauten in Untertisch Eismaschine. Der große Wohn- und Essbereich verfügt über ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie.

After parking walked through the door to lots of carts to unload. Which was very nice. 6 elevators that move fast. No long waits for those. The condo was very nice. Pictures are accurate, except look smaller, than the rooms are, very nice size. The balcony has an amazing view. The beds are high quality. The owner stayed in contact. Our whole experience was amazing.

Home was beautiful but carpets, dining chairs and bar stools need cleaned. It’s very hard to keep white fabrics clean. Kitchen is a cooks dream. I was disappointed there were no dish cloths. The beds were very comfortable. Several of the TV remotes didn’t have batteries. Be sure and take dish pods, dish soap as there is not a starter kit. The view is amazing. We would certainly come back.

Perfect condo for our large family-lots of space!

We had a wonderful week and the condo was perfect for what we needed. Each couple in our family had their own bedroom and bathroom. It made it easy for all of us to have our space but enjoy our family time! The view was wonderful as well.

Great condo-bad pull out bed

Great place! Amenities and condo were great. The only complaint I have is for the pull out couch. It was so thin (4 inches max) that our friends could feel the metal on their backs and just had to sleep on the regular couch. Also there were no linens for the pull out bed.

This condo and the resort was better than I expected. Everyone on the property looked to be having a good time. Very kid friendly but also if adult getaway you can have a little quiet with the adult pool. I literally tried to think of one thing this resort forgot to add when they remodeled but I just didn’t find anything we were missing. They even had a play area with toys for the toddlers. Never saw that at a resort before. We were already planning on returning next year. Went with my husband, my 2 yr oldGranddaughter and her parents. Everyone enjoyed their time. Keep up the great atmosphere Oasis

The condo was beautiful, spacious with a fantastic view of the ocean!

Upon arrival, the front desk was courteous, competent and eager to assist. The condo was more than we expected. It was clean, beautifully decorated and felt like home. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The location of the condo is within close proximity of numerous restaurants, grocery and retail stores. It was a short drive to and from the condo. We felt safe and were comfortable during the entire stay and would definitely recommend this property.

The property was nice. The kids enjoyed the lazy river.

Our condo was nice. The master bath had hair from a previous tenant. If I am paying that much to stay each night and that much to have it cleaned, that should not be an issue. Other than that, it was nice.

Overall enjoyed our stay

Only complaint we had with our stay is the patio. The picture showed more chairs and there were only 2 with a small table. For 8+ guests it was very inconvenient. We called the company we rented from and said they would work on it and never heard back after 3 attempts. All other condos we could see had nice big patio table with many chairs.

Nice place. Commodes hard to flush. All appliances good except dishwasher. Left some of the pod in the holder on door. Found a live crab our last day that we did not bring in. Guess it was there our entire stay. Could not catch it. Tried.

Do not leave your stuff in storage near the pool

We really enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Condo was nice but don’t expect the mgmt company to respond to your text they send asking if everything is ok. Our only big issues was the storage area the property has downstairs to leave your belongs at over night. We left our very nice beach umbrellas over night only to find out the next day they were thrown away. According to mgmt they clean out and throw away items weekly but can’t tell you which day it is. Apparently, our items along with many more, were thrown away. We had to rent an extra umbrella so my daughter had shade to play with her beach toys. Wish we had known, I’d never left anything.

Thank you Liquid Life!

Upon entering, the property was stunning. Perfect beach view, plenty of space...exactly what we were looking for. We noticed a leak and wet carpet in the master closet. I don't know how long the leak was there, but we smelled mildew/mold fairly quickly. We contacted the maintenance team and they arrived in just a few minutes. They tried to correct the problem with vacuums and fans. After a few hours, the smell intensified. We DID NOT contact the manager (we should have) because I didn't want to pack everything and move. (lazy vacay mode :) After one more night, we couldn't take it any longer and I texted liquid life. They called me immediately and corrected the problem as soon as they could. While we were a little inconvenienced, Liquid Life did their very best to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I know that things happen, and I am so grateful for a company who cares about their guests. I received immediate responses and 5 star customer service. My only regret is that I didn't reach out sooner. Thank you Liquid Life for a wonderful family getaway! Phoenix West II was a fabulous resort. We loved the pool and lazy river (my favorite), the beach was easy access and so many amenities! Every other guest I came in contact with was very pleasant and friendly. Who wouldn't be happy here? In future trips, I will seek Liquid Life properties. If we are near Orange Beach again, I would absolutely stay at Phoenix West II again. I can't imagine staying anywhere else!

EXCEEDED ALL Expectations

The stay surprisingly exceeded all of our expectations. The property was better than described: spacious, clean, beautiful, and an amazing view of the beach. We did not expect the amount of space in the property so it was nice to be able to spread out. Appliances were up to date, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was easy access to the beachfront, amenities, and even local attractions. I would gladly stay at this property again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

The facilities were wonderful. Love the lazy river.

The problem we had was with the condo. No table on the balcony. We had to go buy one to play games on deck. The glass tables were not dusted on the bottom shelves. The floors were dirty because when I put on white socks they were dirty in a few minutes. It looked clean but wasn’t. These are minor things that the owner needs to be aware of. Doesn’t say a lot for cleaning staff or person that inspects after them according to chart on fridge. Also the cushions on balcony were filthy. Need to be replaced. The covers on dining chairs are also dirty. Needs to be washed. I don’t mean to complain but when you pay that kind of money you expect to get what you pay for. Would I come back again? Yes. Just not that condo. This is the second condo there that I have stayed in. The other was threee years ago. Also need more handicap parking places close to doors to elevators. You asked for my opinion hope it wasn’t to bad.

Spacious condo with nice decor, needs a few essentials. Crowded beach area.

The condo was very spacious and pretty. We loved having an extra bathroom with a shower that was not in a bedroom. So when kids were napping we could shower or use the restroom without waking them up! The kitchen had very basic needs. We would have like to have had a few tupperware containers or something. A few extra towels would have been nice too. We had to wash towels everyday. Ice machine worked great! Elevator wait time wasn't too bad, but we went in the off season. Might be longer during peak times. The beach was also crowded for off season times. I'd imagine they would be super crowded during peak times! Having the lazy river with the slide was great for the kids. Lazy river was crowded at times though. Loved that we could store our beach tents and stuff in the open area by the pool overnight! Overall nice place but crowded.

Wonderful place to stay

Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, spacious baths but plumping was poor, low water pressure and toilets didn't flush well but we will be back

Beautiful condo

Took my family for a short vacation before Mother's Day. This condo was beautiful. Perfect ocean view! Highly impressed with the new facility. We will return!

This is an above average property !!!

An exceptional property ! 3 bed rooms and 4 baths are the only way to go. The ice machine was a wonderful addition and should be standard in all rental properties. Overall cleanliness was above average and appreciated. Kitchen was well stocked and above average . It's a huge complex and there are tons of people. Kids, kids, kids!!!!! Slow elevators at times. Especially around check out time. Noisy place overall . Balconies are NOT as private as one would wish for. If you are one of the millions of smokers, go elsewhere. You are treated like a criminal here. Security is tight and mildly overbearing. You absolutely must be a rule follower here. Needs an in house restaurant desperately. A ground level bar and grill would go gangbusters. This would be a great off season complex . Local restaurants are substandard for the emerald coast . Grease and more grease. We looked but never found a truly upscale restaurant in the area. Recomendations proved dissapointing to say the least,so foodies beware! Even with all that we had a great time and the condo was all we hoped for. Would recommend it !
