Provenzalische Villa mit großem Garten und privatem Pool

We live in the Scottish Borders in a quiet rural area and have been letting villas for 20 years. We stay abroad in the off season when the Scottish weather is gloomy so that we fit out the villa with all the necessary equipment that anyone including ourselves would require as a second home, including broadband internet connection etc. We also use very good local villa management services so that handing over keys, inventories and welcome packs are on hand. Also in case of emergencies they can help locally at hand with the knowledge and bilingual language efficiency skills that can deal with the sort of problems that car accidents, thefts, loss of passports, hospitals and police may occasion, which can become a nightmare if this sort of help is not available.

Villa Karmelanna lies between Grasse and Cannes in the community of Auribeau sur Siagne which is a Bastide village with stunning views. Nice airport is an easy 35 minute drive so that one can easily access the bright lights of the Cote d' Azur and or it's beaches without the noise and hustle of living in a crowded environment. The villa looks on to a national park which has a wonderful track through the trees for an hours jog around the mountain, Mt Pegros.The location is what it is all about with the huge variety of the glamorous Monaco Nice Cannes St. Tropez Antibes or the fantastic restaurants in Mougins, or the Colombe d'Or Saint Paul de vence the exotic beaches or marinas but best of all the crystal clear air and our fantastic pool mean that staying at home is the greatest pleasure.

The villa has it's own gated secure driveway and the large garden is securely fenced so that no one can look in or over the pool area when sunbathing swimming or just mucking about, this privacy peace and tranquility is a rare luxury in the Cote d'Azur. The pool is not for toddlers but it can be fenced off by closing the gate. It is about 10 feet deep at the deep end!
