Bella Vista is a charming and well equipped villa of character, boasting great views of the Esterel, set in a quiet residential area just 15 minutes walk from Montauroux village centre. Relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings while taking in the spectacular panoramic views and lounging by the pool.

The property has been recently renovated and refurbished and has 5 double (or twin) bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, lounge and a TV room. It is equally suitable for single or multiple family groups with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 shower rooms and a lounge opening out onto the first floor balcony. With a large dining table and seating arrangement on the balcony, guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility and beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine and absorbing the panoramic views on offer.

Outside, the 11m x 5m pool (heated and open from March through to October) with dolphin mosaic has a generous patio surrounding it for sunbathing with sun loungers, parasols and chairs. The pool house can be used to take a break from the sun while still enjoying the surroundings of the pool.

There is a gas barbecue provided on a pergola-covered patio area to the side of the house, which also has a 8-10 seat rattan furniture set for an ideal evening's relaxation.

To the rear of the house is a games area, comprising a 12m x 3m boules court with 2 sets of boules provided for guests' use. There is also an outside table tennis table with bats and balls provided.

A climbing frame and swings are provided for children.

As well as being close to the village centre of Montauroux, the Lac de Saint Cassien is 10 minutes drive away and the beaches of the Cote D'Azur are just 30 minutes drive away. A pleasant walk down to the picturesque Pont de Tuves is just 5 minutes drive away.

Inside, on the ground floor, the entrance hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, a TV/DVD room including an extra additional DVD player, with the spiral staircase up to the first floor.
On the first floor there is the kitchen, lounge, balcony, 2 further bedrooms, a shower room and an additional WC.
The spiral staircase continues up to the second floor where children will be thrilled by the bunk-bed equipped turret room with amazing views to the south and west.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and mosquito nets for your perfect night's sleep.

Bella Vista is your ideal base for exploring the Cote D'Azur with the beaches of Mandelieu (30 mins drive away), Frejus (40 mins), Theoule-sur-Mer (40 mins) and Cannes (35 mins). For water sports or just relaxing by the lake, there is the Lac de Saint-Cassien just 10 minutes away, offering pedalos, kayaking, and paddle-boarding.

For guests' safety and security, a camera is installed at the property monitoring the front gate.

Bella Vista is not recommended for hen or stag parties please due to its quiet residential setting.
