Cozy perfection

We have stayed at this property twice now and it never disappoints. Perfect location, well maintained, Gorgeously redone bathrooms. Well stocked for a fantastic beach day. Highly recommend for a cozy Siesta stay!

The host was very communicative before and during the stay. The condo was fine, clean and well appointed. A Keurig would be nice to add. Our only complaints are low quality paper products, no facial tissues, broken window blinds, and a missing pole for the beach umbrella.

Fantastic week there, unit was generously sized with a well-equipped kitchen. The lanai was wonderful and our tween spent hours just hanging out there. Our son fished the pond and looked for turtles and at the birds, also spent hours on the IC dock. Great spot for coffee or wine while he fished! The unit was very clean and the neighborhood as well. The amenities were great- grills that we used multiple times, nice pools and pickle ball courts, I wish they had a set to use at the house though. The beach items in the garage were very helpful too- especially the carts. The walk over to the beach is pleasant and certainly easier than parking!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It’s in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The home is very family-friendly, with great amenities including access to beautiful pools and tons of beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more. Everything was so convenient and well thought out. The owners were incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions, which made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful Spot!

Cozy home away from home! Well equipped for an extended stay. Short walk to beach, or intercoastal to watch boats and fish. Loved the little pond right off the lanai to watch ducks, turtles, herons and various other birds. Host was very responsive! Highly recommend !

Overall very good location, condo well kept with up to date amenities. Little bit of a walk to the beach but close enough. We had everything and needed and book on thing to do places to see was helpful. Close to inter costal for good morning and evening walks.

Wonderful & Comfortable Stay with all the Amenities!

My family and I had the best time staying at the Bayside condo. Itrip made it feel like we were staying at a resort hotel but also felt like home because we had all the equipment/ amenities we needed for a beach house. The home came with games for our family, beach cruiser bikes, wagons, pool toys, etc. The home was fully up to date with stainless steel appliances and nice furniture. We are definitely coming back to stay here on our next SK trip!

Nice unit, well located

This two bedroom unit had everything we needed…good kitchen with all the utensils you need. Nice, peaceful view from the lanai onto a small pond. Good tennis court and two pickleball courts that were usually empty. Well located on the island and about a 10 minute easy walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay.

The condo was wonderful. The garage was stocked with chairs and wagons. We loved the small pool in front. The residents weren’t pleased about visitors at the larger pool. 🤷‍♀️ The only downfall was that the dryer broke and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. Overall, highly recommend!

We will be back!

This was our second stay at this location and on the Key. Just as wonderful as the previous year! Booking was easy, property management was accommodating and caring. The unit offered everything that the description promised! We especially enjoyed our walks on the beach. Simply wonderful with many more memories made. We will keep coming back!
