Willkommen in Ihrem Urlaubsort am Meer!

Sie werden Spaß und Erfrischung während Ihres Aufenthalts in unserem Ort erleben, und Sie werden wiederkommen wollen! Wir sind im 3. Stock, zweiter Balkon, mit Blick auf den Strand !!

Die 3. Etage am Strand Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem * neuen * bequemen Queen-Size-Bett. Öffnen Sie das Fenster für eine Meeresbrise zu jeder Tageszeit. Ein Balkon mit Meerblick ist vom Meister zugänglich, also atmen Sie tief und genießen Sie die Aussicht. Auch im Master enthalten sind ein eigenes Vollbad und viel Stauraum.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine neue Doppelkoje. Ideal für Reisen mit Kindern und / oder Paaren. Das Gästebad bietet eine große Badewanne und Dusche. Wir haben auch ein Pack-n-Play für kleine Kinder und zusätzliche Sicherheitsgeländer. (zusätzliche Roll-a-Way ist im Schrank, Twin-Size)

Das Familienzimmer bietet schöne und saubere Küstenmöbel. Dazu gehören ein Serta Queen-Schlafsofa, Stühle und HD-TV. Der Balkon mit Meerblick ist auch vom Familienbereich zugänglich. Ein perfekter Ort für einen Cocktail und ein tolles Buch! Ein hoher Tisch und Stühle stehen auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung. Kostenloses WLAN ist im Preis inbegriffen.

In der voll ausgestatteten Küche finden Sie den Essecke-Bereich und die Frühstücksbar. Die Küche bietet großartige Geräte und Zubehör. Eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Mixer stehen für Sie bereit. Der Gast Schrank aus der Küche speichert ein paar Strand essentials, die Sie verwenden können: Strandkörbe (4), ein paar Strand Eimer, Skim Boards (2), ein kleiner Kühler und ein kleiner Hochstuhl für die Kleinen - im Zimmer Schrank!

Die Eigentumswohnung Entwicklung verfügt über zwei in-Boden-Pools.

Holzkohlegrills sind direkt vor dem Pool Tor in Richtung der Straße für Ihre Bequemlichkeit. Picknicktische sind ebenso vorhanden wie Mülleimer. (Sorry, kein Grillen auf dem Balkon erlaubt!)

So sehr wir Tiere lieben ... Ihre Haustiere müssen zu Hause bleiben, während Sie unseren Ort besuchen. Schließlich brauchen sie auch einen Urlaub von dir!

In der Nähe können Sie Fahrräder und Motorroller mieten. Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Minuten von vielen schönen Golfplätzen entfernt. Steigen Sie in das Auto und kaufen Sie in Tanger Outlets und lokalen Souvenirläden nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Dunkin 'Donuts, Kroger und eine Vielzahl von tollen Restaurants sind in der Nähe!

Condo rental

We have stayed in a few condos at A Place at the Beach and this was set up much like the others. Great view of the ocean as listed. Everything was as stated in the description of the rental property. It was an enjoyable week for our family vacation.

Was disappointed to discover second bedroom did not have AC. Bedroom closets were packed with equipment/home improvement supplies. Kitchen cabinets had supplies beyond "starter supplies". Location was great.

Thank you for staying with us and your feedback. We do have several improvement projects going here at the beach so our closets need to be storage areas - but we do leave the hanging area open for guests’ stay. Additionally the dressers are great storage. We are updating as we can for the ease and comfort for guests and our family. Our air units typically keep the guest bedroom cool but we supply fans, but it can get hot. We do hope to see you again!

Myrtle Beach Getaway

This was a nice property to stay in. All of the Place at the Beach locations on Shore Drive are very similar. Quiet, enjoyable, relaxing, with no issues at all. The only complaint we had at all was there wasn't enough furniture to sit on or a coffee table to put your drinks or snacks on. We just pulled out our tote we brought and used that and it worked fine. Would recommend to people.

Wonderful host

The communication with Amy was great! It was like she was a friend or part of the family. The only minor drawback was having to receive the key & parking pass via mail (which she overnighted) and then mailing it back. The master bathroom was very small, there’s no elevator, and the 2nd bedroom got rather warm for my kids when trying to sleep. Just fyi. But considering all else, I highly recommend this property. There’s a great view of the beach and very easy access. The condo was nice and clean. The owner was the best I’ve ever worked with. She was responsive, kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. She offered help when we had vehicle issues, in trying to suggest a reliable mechanic. She also worked with us on check out time. Then, if not enough, I had forgotten my favorite swimsuit, new cover, and my work computer charger! She contacted her housekeeper and mailed those items back to me! I was beyond thankful for all of Amy’s kindness and help before, during, and after our stay. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect Getaway

The condo listing is very accurate. My family and I were so happy with the property and location. The kitchen (which we use very frequently) was very well stocked with basic items and plenty of pots/pans/silverware/utensils. No complaints there whatsoever, it was great! LOTS of beach gear (boogie boards, pool noodles, umbrella, chairs, beach toys, etc.) That was so nice to have since we can't really travel with those items on an airplane. I guess it would have been nice if there was an elevator; my mom is 71 and my brother-in-law has bad knees and they struggled with being on the third floor, even though the view was incredible. Small inconvenience. The beds were generally cozy. A little squeaky and the couch pull-out was not super comfy, but we made do. Overall, we loved the experience of being in a condo in MB, this was wonderful and Amy answered all of my questions very timely, she was really great to work with and we hope to be back again!

Dad's Getaway

Amy is an incredible owner. She's not only punctually responsive, she worked with me when we had a personal emergency. Amy's extremely gracious and kind. We were able to postpone Dad's much-needed vacation to a convenient time for both. When it came time to go to MB, Amy sent all necessary items well ahead of time (even early as my Dad was going to be elsewhere beforehand!). She even included a warm note, including one of her favorite restaurants (which Dad and my brothers concur with the quality of seafood!). My brother arrived first and was taken aback by the beautiful view, immediately being able to unwind after driving close to 10 hours! The condo was more than adequate for sleeping and dining in. They enjoyed the time spent in the condo, comfortably being able to relax after a day of fishing. We'd certainly inqure the next time we plan to visit MB! Amy is a superb owner, which makes planning a vacation quite pleasant! Thank you, Amy, for all you did! You've created a home-away-from-home comfort and experience !

Myrtle Beach Spring Break

We booked this property for our spring break and the vacation could not have been any better! Amy was very proactive and responsive from the very early going which made things really easy. The property is at an excellent location just steps off the beach. Everything was as described and especially given the current Covid climate, was extremely clean. Overall we had a great time and it was made even better because the weather was just perfect!

Wonderful Property, Fabulous Renter!

Our family of four traveled to SC from Wisconsin for spring break and had the best time! Amy got us our key in the mail a few days before we left so check in was a breeze. She was great at communicating with us, the property was exactly as described and the sunrises were amazing! The furnishings made it feel like home and the beds were super comfortable. Wished the pool would have been heated since we came so early in the season, but that didn't stop my kids from swimming. Would definitely recommend for families!

A wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation! This condo was very lovely, clean, and made us feel like we were at home on our trip. If needed, there was a functioning kitchen, a nice sized TV in the living room, a smaller TV in the master bedroom, and Wifi that was easily accessible. The bathrooms were nice as well, providing us with a space to get ready for our beach adventures. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this place to others!

Such a great location!

We always look forward to our family vacation in this condo. It’s right on the beach and the pool is great, too. So much to do in the evenings nearby! We have been fortunate enough to visit during the same week each year, and have started to make friends with the other families there. It’s really an enjoyable week!

Wonderful Stay at "A Place at the Beach III"

Our stay in Myrtle Beach was wonderful. Even though it was very hot you could sit on the balcony of the condo and have a wonderful breeze. We were only steps away from the beach which was wonderful. In addition to the beach there was a great pool when you got tired of the beach. There were six of us and there was plenty of room in the condo. In addition to the two bedrooms and two baths, there was a full kitchen and a living room with a queen size pull-out sleeper sofa and a reclining chair. Having two bathrooms was great. One of the bathrooms was off the master bedroom and the other was off the main hall. In addition, next to the pool was an area where you could grill out if you wanted to. With a full kitchen it was easy to prepare meals since everything was there that you needed. We ate breakfast and lunch at the condo and visited some of the local spots for dinner. Most of the daytime was spent on the beach. Speaking of the beach it was so nice because it wasn't overly crowded. You could go out any time of the day and find a spot for your chairs and umbrella. If you want to have a week of lounging at the beach or pool or visiting the local attractions, visit Myrtle Beach and "A Place at the Beach III". You'll be glad you did.

This condo is perfectly located and has everything you need for a great stay. It is next to Ocean Annie's which has an awesome beach bar. There is a convenience store within walking distance and several restaurants are very close as well. Regarding the condo, you will find many kitchen and beach extras that typically are left out of other rentals, and you will be very happy not to have to go out and buy a a bunch of things for your short stay. Amy is great to work with and you can tell from your first communication what type of person you are dealing with as emails are responded to very promptly and questions answered thoroughly. If you are lucky enough to find an open date, rent this one...

cousins getaway

Great location, clean, well-equipped, right on the beach. Nightly dinner on the balcony, slept with the door open every night for the ocean sounds. I'm 67- so the only drawback was third floor, no elevator. I recommend leaving half the wardrobe at home- whatever will fit in a carry-on! The positive was- my legs were really in shape by the end of the week =- D

Indeed you don't need to pack much for the beach! And stairs are great exercise from all that relaxing you will do at our place :)

Honeymoon Getaway!!

We just spent our honeymoon here and it was PERFECT! House space is great! The view is AMAZING, we had dinner on the porch with a full view of the ocean! The beach is so easy to get to, just walk out the door and you're there. We LOVED IT!

We live in lovely Akron, Ohio. Both of us graduated from Ohio University (go Bobcats!) and are avid Cavs fans! We enjoy hanging out with our adult children at our spot on the sand!

Our family has vacation roots at A Place at the Beach! For over 20 years we traveled to the area and specifically this neighborhood of condos! Why? Because of affordability, ease, and comfort - not to mention the ideal location! Plus, so many wonderful family memories are imprinted in the sand here. We want to keep visiting the area with our kids and their kids so we invested in a property of our own! Not only that, but so many vacationers also come visit the beach we figured - let's make it available to family and friends as well. We hope you consider staying with us.

A Place at the Beach III is a hidden gem on the north side of the Myrtle Beach area coast – the complex is recently renovated, personal, and convenient. We are located on a dead-end street so the beach isn't as crowded around our building. It's an oceanfront – so close you can hear the gentle waves from the windows! It is serene yet close to many sights, eateries, and shopping. Walk out our front door, down the steps and your feet are on the sand! So easy for families and couples. It is fully equipped so it feels like a home away from home!
