Oceanfront 1st Floor Condo Oasis nur wenige Schritte vom Sandstrand entfernt. Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Place at the Beach III Einheit 1E am begehrten Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach. Wählen Sie diese praktische, kürzlich aktualisierte Wohnung im ersten Stock mit neueren Laminatböden. Voll ausgestattete Küche mit neueren Geräten und Küchenutensilien, Frühstücksbar und Essbereich mit Tisch. Die Küche öffnet sich zu einem komfortablen, strandnahen Great Room mit 55-Zoll-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Klimaanlage und Deckenventilator. Außergewöhnliche Aussicht auf den Strand vom Balkon im ersten Stock mit vier Stühlen und einem Tisch. Frisch und sauber Hauptschlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett zusammen mit Doppelschränken, A / C und Vollbad mit Duschkabine. Zweites Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, Deckenventilator, Doppelschränken und einem Fernseher. 2. Vollbad befindet sich im Flur mit Wanne / Dusche. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer. Saubere, neue Bettdecken und Kissen sind vorhanden. Wäscheservice ist auf Anfrage und gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt, um zu benutzen und zurückzukehren. Wäscherei befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von der Einheit entfernt. Bei diesem Gerät stehen zwei Pools zur Auswahl, neu installierte Holzkohlegrills und Picknicktische. Das Gerät befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der berühmten Bar im Freien Ocean Annie mit Live-Musik. Der Apache Pier mit Essen, Spielzimmer und Angeln ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt und auf der anderen Straßenseite befindet sich die Flip Flops Bar and Grill.

Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten zählen das Wachsfigurenkabinett, Pirates Voyage, Carolina Opry, mehrere Minigolfplätze, The Comedy Club und viele andere Attraktionen, um Ihre Urlaubserinnerungen zu wecken. Wenn Sie gerne einkaufen ... möchten, befinden sich die Tangier Outlet Mall, Barefoot Landing und der Broadway at the Beach in unmittelbarer Nähe.

HOA erlaubt keine Haustiere, Anhänger oder Motorräder auf dem Gelände. Maximal 6 Gäste in der Wohneinheit. Die Vermietung erfolgt nur von Samstag bis Samstag in der Hauptsaison. Der Check-In ist um 15:00 Uhr und der Check-Out um 11:00 Uhr.

Great condo!!!!

Great condo and first floor access which is game changer for loading and unloading the car. Condo was up to date and clean and everything you need to stay was in there and beds were comfortable and the keyless entry was also great not having to carry a key around. Definitely would recommend this condo and the owners communicated great!!!

Great location and responsive host!

We had a lovely time at this property. It was beautifully appointed and just steps from the beach. I was pleased to see how well the kitchen was equipped! Everything we needed to prepare meals was there, along with beautiful dishes and substantial silverware. That may sound like a weird thing to comment on, but many places I've stayed in the past have cheap everything. That was not the case here. It felt like a home away from home. We also appreciated how responsive Jimmy was to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

We'll be back!

This was our 5th time to Myrtle Beach, 3rd time staying at A Place at the Beach III, and the first time in this particular condo. It's clean, very nicely decorated, and is very well-stocked. Super close access to the beach and pool, and Jimmy was wonderful to work with! We will DEFINITELY rent this condo again!!

Loved it! Would certainly return!

We had a wonderful time! The location is perfect especially since our plan was to spend most of the time at the beach. What we loved: >Location! It's literary on the beach! We mainly went for the beach so we did not explore food or entertainment establishments. We did see though that there are several close by so there's a lot to do for everyone. >Beautifuly decorated! It's a great condo, updated and overall a wonderful place to stay. >Helpful hosts: They communicated whenever we had questions. >Everthing you need for the beach: Chairs, bags, toys, umbrellas etc are available for use. >Quiet place: This was important to us with having younger kids who could be kept awake with noise. We loved how quiet it was! Tips: >Though the property has a main gate entrance with three buildings inside, the numerical part of the address you are given corresponds to the building, not the property. The GPS was a little confused and had us turn too early so it took us to the furthest building which has identical unit numbers but has a different "address". >Family room has sliding glass doors with sheer curtains. Beautiful light during the day but at night the family room and kitchen can be clearly seen. We realized that on the last night of our stay while sitting on the balcony. Bring darker curtains if privacy is a concern for you, which we plan to do the next opportunity we have to stay there. If you have kids, darker curtains will also help with naps/night time as the property is well-lit, which is great for security. >Motorcycles are "not permitted", but owners can have motorcycles. Though we encountered a few in the parking lot, the location of the unit (away from parking lot) is perfect so no noise came through. >Bring quarters! That was our only reason for a trip to the store. It's the first time we rented a place with an external laundry room so we made an assumption that the laundry room had open machines for guests. >If you have kids, bring disposable everything for the kitchen. With a 10am checkout you may not have time to do breakfast and also rely on running the dishwasher with enough time to empty it. Overall, it was a great stay! If we do have an opportunity to go back to Myrtle Beach, we'll be sure to contact the Merlos. :)

Perfect place at the beach

We rented this beautifully decorated and comfortable property for a few days at the beach. The check-in process is very simple and the owners of the property were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The property location is ideal - steps from the beach, a pool and grills. Shops are also a short 5 minute drive away. We would stay here again.

Quick trip to escape

I cannot say enough great things about this condo! This was a last minute trip and couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Location was amazing... Super clean and updated.. Fully stocked.... Communication with Jimmy was instant... No need to look any further! You will not be disappointed! Definitely will be renting again, hopefully sooner than later!

The condo is perfectly located for both the pool and the beach. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The condo was supplied to meet all of our needs and the owner was available before, during, and after our stay. It was a very pleasant week!!

Beautiful View!

We were EXTREMELY pleased to find the condo even more beautiful than the photos allowed. The immediate beach access was incredible for children and adults. What we recommend is if you are driving, bring your own linens. We rented them (being first timers) and it wasn't necessary, although convenient. The condo was VERY clean and fully stocked with everything you may need including an air fryer! We brought our own pots and pans for cooking and were delighted we didn't need to unpack them. Just the little things which make a HUGE difference. There was even Tupperware for left overs from the grill and spices for cooking! We just replenished what we used. The beach was truly right outside our door. We loved having access to the parking lot so close but the location did not create any additional noise from other vacationers. We could hear the ocean waves at night! We were on the beach by day and hitting local haunts by night. Recommended: Comedy Cabana! It was so much fun to have a drink and laugh all night. I highly recommend this condo! E.
