We did not receive initial communication regarding check in details. We had to contact the property manager directly. Upon arrival the door code did not work. Eventually we were able to enter, but it required several telephone calls. Also, one of the two toilets was not functioning properly. It required guests to reach in the toilet tank to flush. When management was notified on the first day of our stay they indicated they were aware of the problem but were going to wait until after we checked out to complete the repair. That response was more than disappointing.After we checked out, we returned to the property three days later to stay for an additional four days. The toilet had been repaired when we arrived and the check-in communication was better. The second half of our stay was excellent.

Good location in a quite nice Neighborhood

The property is located at the golf court, which 15-20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Near by supermarket, and some restaurants. The house is very clean, with sufficient supplies. We enjoyed our stay.

Outstanding Vacation Home!!

We had a wonderful vacation in this large, well appointed Legacy Golf Course home! The layout was perfect for grandparents traveling with a family of grandkids, with two bedrooms at one end and a master suite at the other. A large great room, huge kitchen, and beautiful pool patio all made for a nearly perfect trip! You’ll definitely want to include the pool heating when booking in cooler months, and the kids will love it!!

Great property

All was excellent except for incorrect information with the check-in process. Evolve must have multiple rental properties and I received the wrong door code instructions. Initially was unable to reach the property manager and was locked out. Texted and via a few exchanges, sorted things out and finally unlocked the door.

Everything was great! Clean! Our property manager was spot on! Only issue was the outdoor kitchen-bbq. In searching for the proper house we all loved the pictures of the outdoor kitchen. Once we paid in full we were told on the website that the bbq was off limits. Should be notified up front

This was our second year in a row staying at this property and it was great. The only glitch was that the door code provided didn't work (last year as well) but the property manager responded promptly when we called and was able to provide us with an alternate code that worked. The pool was heated nicely, the kitchen is very well stocked. We heard the dogs next door a couple of times but it was not bothersome. We will definitely be back.

We were told the pool had a waterfall but when we got there we were told the owners removed the device to operate it, also the pool had a vacuum that could not be turned off & was on at all times so when you tried to swim you would get caught up in the vacuum hose, it was very aggravating

Amazing vacation.

The property is amazing. there could be a few more amenities such as bikes or scooters for kids or pool toys. Id also like to have acess to a garage when on vacation i had a few minor issues w things but matt was on the ball with resolving things. the neighbor was nosey as of day 1 i told him id follow the rules and was firm i didnt want to b bothered again he never came back. The view is amazing. if your comming to golf its PERFECT location. i would stay again.

Beautiful property

Beautiful, clean property, safe area, very close to many fast food restaurants, Walmart and Target. Beds are comfortable and decor is beautiful. Two minor issues we hope owner will address…Master bedroom does not cool down like the rest of the house and the kitchen desperately needs two new skillets. They were unusable after our first breakfast because it took two days of soaking and scrubbing to get them clean. We went to Walmart to buy one to use for the remainder of our stay. Those issues would not stop us from staying there again. It a very nice property in a great location.

Spring Training Visitation

We loved the property and location.The proxity to the Legacy Clubhouse, Gallaghers Restaurant and the grocery store was very convenient. Several household ammenties are lacking attention. Both propane tanks were empty and the security alarm went off twice following power outages. Cami addressed both issues promptly. About a half dozen light bulbs were burned out. The sheets on the master bed need to be replaced. Sleeping was uncomfortable as the sheets did not stay on the mattress. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
