This was a delightful house to stay in. We gathered with family for our Thanksgiving celebration in Phoenix and this house was just perfect. Clean, organized and well stocked. We also were thrilled with the location. Close to trails, which we enjoyed each day. Would stay here again!

Already missing this awesome home in Phoenix! We were so impressed with all the well thought of details, big and small! Communication with the property manager was excellent! So close to everything but neighborhood is nice and quiet. Nice hiking trails nearby. Lots of wonderful memories made and we will definitely return!

Everything was perfect. The house was super clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pool table was a nice plus, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Our host was excellent and responded very quickly to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Phoenix, it is conveniently located with quick highway access.

Wonderful place to make great memories

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well taken care of and beautiful. More spacious than pictures. Has everything you could need. Pool area was amazing, has shaded areas to enjoy and a table in the pool. Covered space has misting sprays and corn hole bags game was enjoyed by our family. Great location, close to everything. Would stay there again! We loved it!

Great home with close access to the trails at south mountain. Very quiet neighborhood near highway and only a few miles from the airport. We loved the backyard pool, seating areas were wonderful even with temps in the 100s. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again sometime!

Home Away from Home

We have two young kids (6 and 2 years old) and was looking for somewhere warm for a staycation over Spring Break. This place was AMAZING. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The layout of the property for a family was great, the pool was a cool design, there was a great park right down the street, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the home had everything you could ever need. We rarely needed to message Steve and Julie during our stay since everything was labeled so well and self explanatory; but when we did, the hosts responded quickly. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and we enjoyed several movie nights in the living room. It was paradise for the week and probably our favorite rental property we've stayed in with the family. Thank you Steve and Julie for having us!This is a no brainer... just book it already ;)

Dream House

This house is wonderful!! Easy access to hiking, park, groceries, shopping, restaurants & major highways & airports. The house is great!! The hot tub is hot, the pool nice & warm, the kitchen well equipped & stocked with the essentials, the beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of closet space. You can use the garage, play pool or cornhole & there’s plenty of out door seating,a grill & a fire table. What more could you wish for? We hope to come back next year!!

Girls Trip

The house was perfect for a girls trip. The house is more spacious than it looks in the pictures and the outdoor space is fantastic!It got to 40 degrees overnight in January and the spa was able to stay nice and warm. Even the pool felt nice after some hiking or sunbathing. There were plenty of towels, floats for the pool, and great amenities in the kitchen for easy food prep.

A true oasis

This place is truly the perfect oasis in the Phoenix area! The house had so many amenities that made it feel like home. The bar area for wine/coffee/tea was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped with all you'd need to cook big family meals. The pool table was such a hit with our family and the outdoor area was relaxing. Close proximity to beautiful hiking trails and a big park with a playground and basketball courts was awesome!

There’s a reason all the ratings are 5 stars!!

This place is perfection!! Plenty of room for everyone. Fully stocked with everything you could need/want and more. TP, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Pool toys. Games. Coffee/tea and all the sugar and creamer. They have thought of everything! Julie is super sweet and responds to questions almost instantly. Only thing we would have changed during our stay is the WEATHER!! It was chilly, thank goodness for the heated pool and hot tub!! Will definitely be back again and will recommend this place to EVERYONE I know.

So much more than expected!

The title says it all. Our stay at Julie and Steve's property was so much more than expected. They're in a league of their own in terms of hosts...very responsive, phenomenal property owners (super clean!), and SO helpful. Our family can't wait to stay here again. We loved this house and Steve and Julie were the absolute cherry on top! If all VRBO hosts were this good, hotels would be a thing of the past.
