Dies ist ein neues Abenteuer für uns. Wir haben ein großes Haus und nutzten nicht den gesamten Raum. Deshalb beschlossen wir, unser Obergeschoss sinnvoll zu nutzen. Wir haben eine Küchenzeile hinzugefügt und unsere obersten Stockwerke mit einer Fläche von über 1.000 Quadratmetern genutzt. Wir finden, es ist großartig geworden!

Beachten Sie, dass es eine neue Wendeltreppe gibt, um dorthin zu gelangen. Wenn dich diese Leute ausflippen, solltest du dir vielleicht einen unserer anderen Orte ansehen.

Wir nennen dies einen "Bilden Sie Ihr eigenes Bett und Frühstück" Platz. Wir haben kostenlose Pfannkuchenmischung und Sirup, um Ihren Tag richtig zu starten.
Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz für Wohnmobile sowie einen Parkplatz vor und auf der Straße.

Wir haben einen Grill, um ein wunderbares Steak oder ein Hähnchen zu grillen.

Wir haben einen Flachbildschirm mit grundlegenden Kabelkanälen. Wir haben auch eine ROKU-Box, bringen Sie also Ihre Netflix- und Pandora-Passwörter mit, damit Sie sich einloggen und mit all Ihren Shows auf dem Laufenden bleiben können.

Dies ist unser Zuhause und wir hoffen, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt hier genießen werden. Wir machen nicht viel Lärm und erwarten dasselbe von unseren Gästen. Wir sind direkt in der Nähe der Kreuzung der State Road 9, die eine landschaftlich reizvolle Nebenstraße ist. Sie sind eine kurze 20-25-minütige Fahrt vom Zion-Nationalpark und etwas mehr als zwei Stunden vom Bryce-Nationalpark entfernt. Wir sind nah an einem wundervollen Markt und ein paar Tankstellen. Es gibt auch einen tollen kleinen Coffeeshop, der zu den Hot Spots in La Verkin zählt.

Wir haben gerade einen Komplex mit vier, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und 24 Stockhäusern fertiggestellt. Sie sind weniger als eine Meile von unserem Haus entfernt. Sie finden sie unter Zions Camp and Cottages. Es gibt auch einen größeren Raum im Keller unseres Hauses.

Great place to stay to explore Zion, only 20-30 minute from the park. Nice, safe neighborhood. Property was clean and as described. Great communication and easy to check in/out. Kitchen and bathroom fully stocked with everything you would need. Having Roku on the tv was a plus. Only negative was the beds weee hard, a foam topper would easily remedy this. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay!

Our family of 4 adults stayed in La Verkin (LV5 - Upper Floor Suite) and had no issues whatsoever. Everything was super clean and we had everything we needed. It was close to Zion National Park and we hiked during the day and relaxed in the evenings. I would recommend staying here.

Nice rooms for Zion

Nice place for Zion and Bryce national park trip for friends and families. Especially for holidays, it is close to Zion, we arrived Zion at 7am on Sunday (7/3), and easily got a parking spot and avoid the peak of visitors.

Easy Zion Adventure

If you are planning on spending your time in Zion this place is perfect! Quick and easy drive to the park. We were able to beat the crowds and they head back for an afternoon nap everyday. Plenty of space and very homey. We will be back!

Relaxing home close to Zion

This property was perfect for our visit to Zion NP. It was about 30 minutes away from the park and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We stayed in the upstairs portion of the home and it was very comfortable and clean. Rich and Carolyn were terrific hosts and very responsive to questions. We would certainly choose this property again.

Comfortable lodging near Zion National Park

We enjoyed our stay in La Verkin, Utah and found the rental to be all we needed and a bit more. The location is only about a 20 minute drive to Zion National Park where we hiked for two days. We were able to use the grill for hamburgers after our hike on the first day. Conveniently located near a local grocery store too. The house is nicely furnished and had all the necessities.

Comfortable and convenient location

Roomy with modern updates and homey touches. Everything you need. No stove but we didn’t miss it. There is a gas grill that we used one night and was an easy task. Slow coffee maker for those of you who want a quick Joe to go. Perfect location to get to Zion while being close to other sites. We had a great experience here. Recommended and would stay again.

Quiet neighborhood with experienced hosts

Check in and out was so easy. Neighborhood felt so safe and very convenient for Zion and North Grand Canyon. Fridge had condiments and hosts had coolers and ice packs to use! Beds were very comfortable and back yard/entry was beautiful. Only surprises were sky light over one bed made it hard for my children to fall asleep (also a time change!) and bathroom was only accessible from bedroom. Weren't huge issues and would still have stayed. Hosts had an optional survey so they can be constantly improving! Wish we would have stayed another night and would definitely stay again!

truly a home away from home!

After a long day of hikes at Zion Park, my family and I, (5 of us) were so happy and relieved to be in this home. Better than the pictures or description. It was easy to find the place, directions were very clear. We were greeted by the neighbors two friendly dogs. It was a last minute decision to find a place to stay near Zion Park, and it was luck that this place was available for the night that we had wanted. The place was equipped with everything, cooking oil, butter, ketchup, salt, etc, for making breakfast or a small meal. Beds and pillows were comfortable, the washer dryer was a plus. I was happy to see the disinfectant wipes! The place was very quiet. My husband was reluctant to leave. We met Rich while we were loading our belongings into the car, it was nice of him to come over to greet us. Only a few minor fixes, tub drainage was too slow, and the only mirror in the house was in the bathroom. thank you for sharing your home, we will be back!

A very secure, well built house, top floor rental. Beds were great, almost no sound coming up from the downstairs. The outside stairs are tricky but well installed. If you have bum knees I don't recommend this unit. My only real disappointment was the lack of a cooktop. Somehow I missed that in the description. A microwave and oven unit was available.

Hi! I am Carolyn Murset. My husband and I moved to southern Utah 30 + years ago. because of the magnificent scenery and the equally magnificent people. We had two children when we moved here and now have five. We have 15 grand children who all love this part of the world. It is no wonder so many people visit here, and then end up staying. My husband loves to take pictures and has hung a few at our properties for you to enjoy. He is partial to black and white photography. Our youngest daughter also seems to have caught the bug and you will also see some of her photos as well. I love to sing, act, play the guitar and have hundreds of other interests. It was my idea to start down this road with a vacation rental and we believe it has been a great thing for us and for our fellow travelers. We like to travel, but don't seem to do it as often as we would like to. In fact, we just got our passports!

Location, location, location! We love the location of our home and think you will too. We built here in 2014 and have loved it. There is lots of wildlife and we love to listen to the creek in the back yard.
When we built, we built a much bigger house than we intended. Instead of just letting that space sit unoccupied we thought we would share with others who want to come and see the sites in this area without staying in a big box motel. Lots of our guests like to make there own food so they can have just what they want, so we have a full size fridge and lots of small appliances to assist.

If you are coming to Southern Utah to take in the scenery, having a home base is invaluable. You can make a pack lunch and come home to crockpot meal or barbque and save a bundle. This is on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. (We consider St. George to be the big City), but still close enough to a Walmart and Costco if you like.
