Great stay!

Spotless condo with lots of amenities on-site. Casa Tindi offers everything you need for your stay. Close drive to the beach without the constant traffic & busyness. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was what we needed for a quick getaway to Myrtle Beach. The home was clean and tidy. Close to many attractions. Nice welcoming gifts when we arrived. The pool and walking trails were enjoyed as well.

Excellent property!

The stay at Casa Tindi was excellent. Everything from the decor to the thoughtful touches made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. The host family was very helpful and communicated with us to make sure our stay was as easy as possible. Highly recommend this condo, especially for families!

Fantastic Vacation!

Everything about this place far exceeded our expectations. The location was near everything (beach, boardwalk, shopping and right on the golf course. The condo was very clean and very well equipped. Everything about Casa Tinda is 5 stars. The booking was easy and painless and the host is a pleasure to deal with. I can assure you that we will be back again and again.

I can honestly say this is the nicest place I have rented. The owners thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and perfect. It was well stocked, clean, and very nicely updated. I would rent this place again in a second. I was so impressed that I have already referred people to this one to book for their Myrtle Beach vacation. Book this one, you will not be disappointed.

Perfect location and Great Furnishings

Home is extremely well maintained and centrally located to hit anywhere on the Grand Strand. It was stocked with everything needed including a crockpot and blender. Host was great to call and extremely responsive. A++++. Highly recommended.

Absolutely best place to stay ever! We love waterway village in general but this unit was amazing! Decorating was beautiful, very clean and it had everything you could have needed! I actually wouldn’t have even needed to bring anything! Unlike most units the furniture was so comfy! The beds were amazing I wish I could have taken them home! Would absolutely stay in the this unit again!

Perfect Location Perfect Home

First off the weather was perfect for the week we were there which comes naturally from South Carolina and Casa Tindi was an amazing place for us. I went with my parents and girlfriend and the place offers much privacy. Everything you need in a kitchen plus laundry. Very spacious and accommodating. I couldn’t say enough good things about our hosts they attended to all our needs and were quick on the responses. 10/10 would book again. Thank you Tim and Sandi.

Fabulous stay and five-star hosts

My family enjoyed our stay on this property and in this rental. The property is gated and boasts a well-maintained grounds. The outdoor pool is massive— spacious for adults and kids alike. The hot tub is a nice bonus and both overlook a waterway for a scenic view. There is an indoor pool but we used the outdoor pool during our stay. The rental itself is fully updated and well appointed with everything for you need. Granite countertops in the kitchen, large tvs in each room, comfortable beds, and good quality furnishings are capped off by attractive decorations. The hosts are very accessible and thoughtful. Everything is labeled with easy to follow directions, but they respond quickly if any issues arise. I highly recommend this rental!

Nothing but Amazing

My family and I just traveled to Myrtle Beach for our daughter's cheer competition and we enjoyed this property so much. The hosts were on top of everything from the start of booking. They reached out to me weeks before our check providing me with any information that I needed. A few days before check-in they provided me with all of my check-in information (Which was easy) and a map of the community to find the pools. Even when we had trouble getting into the gate when we arrived they were very quick and responsive and provided us with a new code. Can I speak on the complimentary things they left for my family and me! The Wine (much needed after a 14 + hour drive), the beach bag (saved me from having to buy one at Walmart), and the other things inside of the bag. Loved it! The layout and apartment look just like the pictures posted. My kids enjoyed their room with the tic tac toe on the wall (genius). The beds were comfortable and so was the couch lol. We enjoyed seeing the golf course in the background and my kids just loved saying hi to everyone in the morning lol. The location is great easy access to the beach, Walmart, food strip, and celebrity circle. We had no complaints and will be booking again for our next trip to Myrtle Beach.

Our "home away from home"

We loved that we felt right like at home when we arrived. Everything was nice and clean, and ready for us upon arrival. Down to the littlest details (that make a BIG difference) such as the Keurig coffee machine, with sugar and cream, that is well needed after a long drive from Canada. The bottle of wine and gift bag was such a kind and thought gesture. I truly appreciated that Sandi and Tim were so understanding with the reservation that was booked under my brother in law's name and wasn't able to come with us considering his mom passed awhile unexpectedly 2 days after we arrived. Sandi and Tim were available from the very beginning and provided us with all the information that was needed upon our arrival; such as door and gate access, wifi, parking ect. Being a person who likes to plan ahead, I really liked the "welcome book" with the information on how to use the appliances, tv, and the plan of the property. I was great that they provided the information on where to eat and what to do in Myrtle-beach. However, they will need to add that the "Hangout" at Broadway on the beach is THE BEST PLACE to spend the evening! We loved going there after dinner! It was FUN FOR EVERYONE! Sand for the kids to play in, cornhole, live bands playing while we chilled in the Adirondack chairs, and the family foam party. Unfortunately, we never did go INSIDE to eat at the Hangout, but wished we did because it looked it it was just as fun. Although my husband's mom passed away and we weren't able to spend our vacation as planned with my in laws, I am happy my husband was able to relax and enjoy the beginning of his retirement. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful time! Overall, if I could give you 10 stars, I would!

Everything and more!

This place was excellent! Very close to the airport and central to everything, Golf, beach, and entertainment. We stayed for 5 days and had a great time from the complimentary wine and very clean condo when we arrived maybe the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Days we had free time were spent at the pool/hot tub area. We would return and I would recommend. Thanks again, Mike.

Amazing Stay

The condo was amazing! It was in a beautiful place with a pond in the middle of the parking lot that was just gorgeous. My grandmother loved seeing the ducks, geese, turtles, and fish. There is also a pier that goes on onto the intracoastal waterway that was exceptionally nice! The condo itself was very quaint and charming, very clean, in a perfect spot and a great location. Far enough away from the crowds but close enough to get anywhere quickly. Tim & Sandi were absolutely amazing to work with!! Loved our stay and plan on making another one!

Bathrooms Could’ve Been Cleaned More. Shower Liners Were Filthy. Sheets On Master Bed Had Stains As Well As Twin Beds.

This location and complex is wonderful. The owners of this property are super nice and very quick to respond to requests. I have not stayed at a VRBO in quite some time that had everything we needed, was super clean, and felt like home. The property has been updated with new beds, towels, ceiling fans, furniture, washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, etc. We will definitely recommend this property to others looking to stay in the area. This is a special place and I am so glad we were able to book and stay in such an inviting and wonderful location. Thanks so much!! My family truly enjoyed our stay.

Good choice

Property was decorated very nice. However, it was not very clean. It was dead bugs, dirt and paper on the floor. Rugs needed to be vacuumed/cleaned. The showers had a little bit dirt and hair in them. Microwave had food particles in it.
