Enjoy a quiet, peaceful stay in a beautiful, updated condo directly overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway! Watch boats cruise the waterway from the condo balcony, which spreads across the living room and both bedrooms, or pool deck! Enjoy evening walks in the neighborhood, Harbourtown, where there is minimal traffic, just off Highway 17. Close proximity to Myrtle Beach Airport, Coastal Carolina University, The Market Common, Broadway At The Beach, and the ocean, but away from the hustle and bustle! Located in Captain’s Harbour, a 50 unit complex that is safe and secure, with elevators and on-site parking.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is set up similarly, with balcony access from both bedrooms. Smart televisions in each bedroom.Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a tub / shower unit. Comfy king sized beds are in each bedroom. Linens and towels are included, as well as blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

A kitchen stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and small appliances, and a dining table for 4 is convenient. There is a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and electric range, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, and other small appliances. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer.

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for guest use, as well as a few bag coolers! Enjoy the beach that is just a short drive away! Or, lounge by the pool that is nestled on the waterway! The pool is open seasonally and there is no lifeguard on site. Also, enjoy tennis or pickleball on the recently resurfaced court that is rarely used. It is available on a first come / first serve basis, as is the day dock on the waterway. The dock is convenient for boat watching or quick tie-ups, but beware if the wake created by passing boats in the no-wake zone.

On site parking for two vehicles per unit is conveniently accessible. Handicap parking is limited. Trailer parking is not available.
