Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this bright and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo overlooking the 4th hole of Pine Hills Golf Course. Sit back and enjoy stunning golf course views from every angle.

The primary bedroom boasts a king-sized bed (course views) with ensuite bath, while the second bedroom features twin beds and its own attached guest bath with washer and dryer. A pull-out queen sofa makes this the perfect getaway for all.

The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a delicious meal. It also has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and full-sized fridge and freezer.

WIFI is provided. The living room and both bedrooms all have smart TV's (YouTube TV provided) or you can log-in to watch any of your streaming apps. If you prefer to unplug, there are also plenty of board games to choose from!

Beach towels and beach chairs are provided for those looking check out one of Myrtle's many beautiful beaches!

Parking is provided for up to 2 cars. Trailers and RVs are not allowed.

This property was most enjoyable. The kitchen was stock with wonderful cookware, utensils and lovely dishes. All an excellent condition. The hospitable touch of soaps, a shampoo and body wash the most appreciated. The location is wonderful for navigating. Many activity is nearby in Myrtle Beach and the view from the patio. On the golf course was lovely. We enjoyed many beautiful sense, and the patio furniture was especially comfortable and attractive, compared to many Rental properties. This was above and beyond, and all respects. The hosts we’re very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful two month winter seascape

Great place- minutes from everything Myrtle!

We were staying for my oldest daughter’s softball tournament and extended our stay for a family vacation! It was great being so close to everything we needed- grocery store, shopping, public beach access and more! The community seemed safe as well- which is a perk when traveling with 2 teenage daughters. The condo was quiet and comfortable- it felt like home- even our dog enjoyed his stay! The hosts were AMAZING! Great communication and usually replied to any questions/concerns within minutes! Everything was great- if our travels find us in Myrtle again we will definitely be booking here!

Clean, Comfortable Condo

Great condo. Very clean & nicely decorated. We didn’t cook, but appreciated the full kitchen, including the Keurig coffee maker. The balcony overlooks a golf course, which gave us a few good laughs while watching the players. Very much appreciated that my small dog was able to be with me. Also, loved the beach chairs that we could use. A very nice stay, while I was checking out possible properties in the area.

The condo was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was nice to sit out on the patio at night to watch tv. We were unable to find the remote for the light and fan, but the host was able to respond to me very quickly. They had great communication. We were able to enjoy the pool with the key fobs that were provided. Make sure you wear the air bands that are also provided for the pool. We were unaware until security asked us for them. The condo itself is great and very close to all the attractions we had planned to attend. Will definitely book again.

Traveling is so important and special especially with family and friends, so we put our hearts into making this condo a perfect match for travelers looking to enjoy the Myrtle Beach area.

We have been coming down to Myrtle Beach for many years as our grandparents retired down there. Annual summer visits to enjoy the beautiful beaches, great cuisine, endless fun activities to do. Although not very good at it, we love to golf and after looking into many golf course communities to purchase a condo in, we ultimately loved the Myrtlewood community the most. The (2) 18 hole courses are beautiful, the very close proximity to so many fun activities and beautiful beaches made it easy for us to choose there.

Our balcony boasts beautiful comfy furniture, a smart tv so you dont miss any part of the big game, and overlooks the entire 4th hole par 3 on the Pine Hills golf course. We thought of so many great amenities to help ensure that you have an amazing stay at our condo and that everything you need is available. Another nique aspect to Hole in One is our proximity to so many popular attractions such as beautiful sandy beaches, Broadway at the Beach, great restaurants, the MYR airport and a highway that you can easily adventure to North Mrytle Beach and Murrells Inlet to explore all of the great venues they have to offer.
