Dieser wunderschöne Rückzugsort wurde für das Sammeln von Familien, Freunden und Arbeitskollegen eingerichtet. Wir haben sechs Schlafzimmer, zwei Wohnbereiche, ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, einen Basketballring, ein Bodentrampolin und eine eigene Sanddüne. Viel Land für die Kinder zum Laufen, es gibt sogar Platz für eine Partie Familien-Cricket. 18 schlafen, wenn es eine Kombination von Erwachsenen und Kindern ist. Maximal 12 Erwachsene können übernachten.

Dies ist ein Haus zum Sammeln, Erstellen und Bunkern mit Freunden, es ist kein Haus für Partys, sorry. Wir freuen uns über Buchungen von Personen, die sich gerne an das oben Gesagte halten und ab 23 Uhr im Haus einziehen, damit unsere lieben Nachbarn bis spät in die Nacht nicht gestört werden. Dies ist auch ein Gesetz des Rates, das wir voll und ganz unterstützen.

Wir haben uns mit lokalen Caterern zusammengetan, die Ihnen wundervolles Essen ins Haus liefern können.

Family reunion

We decided to have a family getaway with the kids and this property was the best! Had everything to keep the kids entertained and very comfortable for the adults. Hosts were very accommodating and allowed late check out so we can give the kids naps and lunch before our long journey home.

Mini family reunion

The property catered for everything- we just had to supply our own beach towels. The bed configuration was superb, the supplies of kitchen utensils and crockery was fantastic. And the plunge pool was a hit with the children. Thank you for allowing us to catch up in one very amazing house.

Beautiful clean, airy house.

My husband and I celebrated our 50th anniversary by sharing this amazing, big & airy home with our family. 3 adult children & spouses , the 2 of us & 7 grandchildren, 15 people in total. The children had a ball in the pool, on the trampoline as well as the table tennis. Location is great.

Something for everyone

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my 70th birthday. There were 12 of us in all - 5 children and 7 adults. I really enjoyed the fact that there were so many activities available for the children (the heated pool was a BIG hit) to do and so much room for everyone to spread out and have their own space if needed. The place was immaculately clean and definitely built for entertaining - the kitchen was wonderful! Great spot for some time out.

Amazing Family getaway

Amazing Amazing Amazing, house was spacious and had everything we wanted at one place. The kids did not get bored at all and same with us adults. Table tennis was a hit and brought out everyone's competitiveness. The place was clean, kitchen stocked and the plunge pool was nice and perfect temperature for everyone to swim even when the day would be cold. The ensuite we were in was so spacious it fit both my boys portacot and still plenty of room left. We will definitely be coming back for sure 🙌

We feel in love the moment we arrived. We stayed here with our adult kids and 6 grandkids, everyone had a ball. The kids were entertained with the trampoline and pool, but loved the sand dune, they spent most of their time exploring there. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed and more. It took 2 days to remember which draw had what in it 😂. We highly recommend and would definitely go back. Thankyou for making our weekend, special

Came back a second time

The property is excellent for a large family group with plenty of bedrooms/beds/bunks for everyone. The kitchen dining area is the central point of the house and works well. For a winter getaway the house is well heated with multiple reverse cycle units and a well stocked wood pile for the open fire. Technology works ok and there’s plenty of things for the kids to do. The highlight being in plunge pool which works very well to keep kids occupied no matter the temperature. We decided to come back for another week with our kids/grandkids as it was a popular place, well located and functional.

Family Fun

This property was ideal for a largish family group to stay under the one roof. We were 7 adults and 9 kids 12 and under. The bedroom configuration was excellent for both kids and adults. A well equipped kitchen made dining in easier and a big external bbq was great. Lounge and dining areas were large enough for everybody and the open fireplace was great during a cool week. Plenty of wood on site. For the kids the heated spa pool was a big hit every day irrespective of the weather. Handy too that it was adjacent to the kitchen/dining area so little ones could be watched. The sand dunes were a unique touch that got plenty of use along with the trampoline, table tennis and basketball rings. Plenty of room on the property for bikes, scooters and kicking the footy. Would go back again.

Great place to stay

For the past 5 years, we've stayed somewhere in Victoria each year for our daughter's birthday but, for the last 3 years, we've concentrated on the Mornington Peninsula (with stays at Mount Martha, Sorrento and, this time, Tootgarook). We require at least 5 bedrooms so that significantly reduces the number of properties we can choose from and, this time, we had the added complication of a golden retriever. This property met all of our needs perfectly and the 2-night stay was a great success. In fact, all agreed that it was the best birthday stay so far. With a pool being a major requirement for the 14 and 12 -year olds, I had been concerned that the plunge pool might have been a disappointment but, in fact, everyone loved it. It was already a great swimming temperature when we arrived but also heated up quickly to become a spa later in the day and was a delightful conversation pit for the 6 of us. There's already talk of re-booking for next March.

A nice home needing maintenance

A very expensive property with more than a few faults. The dishwasher wasn’t working. The side pool gate is broken. The shower screen in the main bathroom needs replaced. The rugs in the living areas need to be picked. Underneath very dusty causing problems for an asthmatic daughter.

Thanks for your review, it's disappointing obviously given we asked for access to replace the dishwasher that stopped working on day 3 of your stay and you asked for us to sort it once you moved out. Unfortunately we don't have control over when appliances will stop working, it had been fine prior to your stay. It has now been replaced. The shower door has been tightened, this is all that was needed to be done. The pool gate mechanism has been fixed, again had we known it loosened during your stay we would have fixed it. I'm glad your family enjoyed their stay despite these few things. All the best Kim

Tootgarook is Terrific!

After booking an extended family weekend away, I sat back and waited for the whinging and nit-picking. However, when I arrived, I was relieved to find there was absolutely nothing to whinge about! This property is all it promises to be ... and more. Well appointed, quality fittings and furniture, EVERYTHING you want in the kitchen (enormous oven!), extra bedding, linen and pillows, it was beautifully clean and well presented (even to my 88yo Mum's meticulous standards!) and it is well fenced/safe, with plenty of games and activities for the kids. Young and old had a fabulous time and we hope to make it an annual event at this property.

Perfect Getaway

After doing a booking last minute, Kim was wonderful in getting back ASAP to confirm. When we got to the house, we knew we had booked right place for for a little getaway. Wonderful family getaway

The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space to the kids and dogs to run around and explore.

Perfection

What a great property for a large family getaway. The little ones loved the wide open spaces & the big ones equally loved the relaxed feel of the house. We would come back again & again & again.

The house was great and accommodating for large groups, however the neighbor was not so

The property ticked all the boxes and was great, however the neighbor didn’t appreciate as being outside playing backyard cricket at 8pm on a 30 degree night.

Mmm Dan that’s not quite true, they didn’t appreciate the topless women serving drinks on your “quiet golfing weekend” We don’t allow bucks parties for this reason... I fully support the neighbour, without a doubt you were in the wrong....
