Villa del Mar ist die größte Strandvilla an der Nordküste der DR. Mit 13 Schlafzimmern und 16 Badezimmern in einer abgeschlossenen Anlage am Strand in der Bucht von Coson.
Es verfügt über zahlreiche Einrichtungen wie einen großen Infinity-Pool, einen beheizten Whirlpool, einen Kinderspielgarten, einen Billardtisch, einen Trainingsraum, WLAN, einen Fernseher, einen Wechselrichter und einen Massageraum.
Die Villa wird mit zwei Reinigungsdiensten vermietet (8 - 17 Uhr).

Las Terrenas ist die perfekte Mischung aus einem verträumten Stranddorf und einer kosmopolitischen Stadt. Die Uferpromenade bietet zahlreiche atemberaubende Strände sowie eine Vielzahl kleiner Hotels, internationaler Bistros, Boutiquen für Bekleidung und Kunsthandwerk, lokaler Restaurants und lebhafter Bars. Während die weißen Sandstrände direkt in der Stadt zum Schwimmen einladen, werden die umliegenden Strände Playa Bonita und Playa Cosón Ihnen den Atem rauben.
In Las Terrenas werden Nächte lebendig mit Tanzveranstaltungen - von Bachata über R & B bis hin zu Top-Hits - entlang der Bars und Lounges des Pueblo de los Pescadores, in denen die verschiedenen Bewohner der Region unter dem Sternenhimmel vereint sind.

Thank you for your honest feedback, you are correct about the misquotes on massages, there was plenty of miscommunication on both parts which is why we always prefer to organize everything before you arrive so we do not have any problems arise during your stay. Your group was very difficult to communicate with from day one, and we only connected a week before you arrived. For this we were scrambling to coordinate the things you wanted to do during your vacation. I explained the rate change (due to rising dollar) and there will always be miscommunication between our masseuses and clients due to different languages. We have never had an issue like this before, our clients are always happy with their coordination and organization of their trips, but leaving everything to the last minute leaves room for error. Very sorry you were not pleased with my presence but I am glad you enjoyed the home and your vacation apart from the miscommunication. Have a blessed day.

This property more than lives up to the photos/description. Its proximity to a beautiful beach, pool and hot tub, big lawn for yard games, etc. made this place a huge hit with our group of friends/family. The master suite was amazing (and HUGE). The staff were what truly made it 5 stars though. They were so accomodating and kind. The food in particular was so good - it far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the BBQ, pig roast, pizza night, and had Dominican style meal for our special celebration night. Everything was perfect. Thank you!

Amazing House - Great location

The house was perfect. Big thank you to the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. We caught a marlin and some Mahi one of the days the the staff grilled up some of it and made ceviche with the rest. We would definitely stay here again.

Villa Del Mar is PERFECT for group vacations

I have been organizing guys poker club trips to the Carribean the weekend before the Super Bowl for 4 years running. Villa Del Mar stands tall as the best and here's why. First the beach and water are AMAZING and steps from the backyard. The property has plenty of shaded areas in the outdoor spaces. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with mostly all ensuite bathrooms. The private pool is huge with a swim up bar and this place actually has a heated jacuzzi tub, which can be hard to find. Rebecca gets back to you right away when you have questions or need guidance. She runs the operation like a true professional. The chefs and bartentender we hired for the trip were terrific too. 5 Stars across the board.

Vacation and Wedding

We brought family and friends to Villa Del Mar for a week long stay. We hosted our wedding at the villa as well. We had a wonderful experience. The food was fabulous. Omar, Joel, and Jose were so nice and helpful. Rebecca went above and beyond to help me plan the wedding for 10 months prior to our arrival. She was great at communicating and she answered every question I had and made sure we had everything we needed/wanted for our big day. She also came to check in periodically during our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough!

It’s simply paradise

We had the best time at Villa Del Mar. Rebecca and the house is staff is simply amazing! The chef Omar and Sous Chef Joel día a beautiful job preparing our meals, our guests couldn’t stop telling us how amazing the food was. Our bartender Jose prepared the most amazing passion fruit mojitos and drinks. Their attention to detail is remarkable. The cleaning staff is also on point, the rooms equipped and cleaned just like a 5 star resort. We couldn’t be happier. We had an unforgettable vacation.

WAY Better than we could have ever expected!

We chose Villa del Mar b/c had a huge family group (16 adults & 11 kids) so naturally needed a large space and this place did not disappoint! Everything here was incredible - the house, the rooms, the pool, the beach, everything! And more than that the staff was absolutely amazing. Rebecca was super helpful and communicative leading up to the trip. Deciding the nightly menu, organizing activities, booking transportation for a large group, she took care of everything! Omar's an amazing cook, Jose is the man, and really just everyone there was awesome. Really cannot recommend this place enough - book it as soon as you can!

Amazing villa on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa de Mar. We were five families with kids ranging from 2 to 12 and had plenty of space in the villa. The villa had everything we needed and we only left once or twice - pool, beach, spacious outdoors, amazing staff and chefs, and a really incredible property manager that was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and had the perfect level of supervision and hands off so we can relax. The staff/chef crew were so nice and helpful, and their food was delicious. The property manager also helped us arrange a catamaran excursion, which was a real memorable highlight! 5 out 5 stars. We will definitely be back!!

Amazing! Location, location, location

What a wonderful time. Attentive staff, great BIG house, beautiful pool, wonderful swimmable beach great for little kids, always clean and comfortable. From the moment we arrived to left everything was handles. Martin did an outstanding job and the chefs were great. I would highly recommend using the wood fired pizza oven for other items besides pizza, we had whole chickens cooked and they were great. Only surprise was having to pay for electricity which we did not know ($500/week for 17 people).

We had 22 in our group. 10 adults, 12 kids 14-17. The house was great, Omar and Jose were the best!!! Theresa and the cleaning ladies were the sweetest ever!!!! The beach...speechless. This is our third trip with this group and villa Del Mar and their staff are amazing!!!! Thank you martine for your amazing job answering all of our many questions. Tough vacation to beat.

Trip of a Lifetime

We stayed here with friends and family for our Wedding. It was unbelievable in every way. Rebecca helped me with questions and activities from 6 months out all the way to the day of. All the staff is amazing. We had 2 under 2 years old with us who loved the pool, and the beach. But be aware the house isn't made with safety of little kids in mind. That being said it has everything anyone whose staying there will need. If we can make it happen, we'll be back someday. Thank you to everyone at Villa Del Mar for making our wedding trip unforgettable!

great stay!

Awesome location, great staff and wonderful vacation. The crew were truly amazing, thank you to Omar/Miguel/Jose/Jenny? and i forget one more who cleaned the rooms. Thanks to the property managers who kindly left their fishing poles for us to use. Only issue we had was one side of the house didn't have hot water. I am completely fine with cold showers, but we had some young toddlers that needed hot baths in the evening. This was fixed mid-way through the stay. Again thanks again and we highly recommend this property. Nik and crw

the staff and I thank you for your comment. And thank you for choosing Villa del mar. Sorry again for the hot water problem. We still don't understand what happened. the water heater was less than 6 months old.

Awesome Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Del Mar. We were a group of 19 people ranging from 1 - 80 years young! The staff is absolutely amazing. we alll wanted to bring the chefs Omar and Jose' home with us. We did encounter a few problems with the air conditioning, but they were resolved on a timely matter. The floor around the pool is VERY slippery as stated by every review, but with caution we were safe. The beach area and water were fantastic. If you are a large group, it is the perfect house. The young adults that stayed up late did not keep up everyone else. Loved our trip

EPIC Family Vacation - Exceeded Expectations

Every year our family does a beach vacation on the east coast in the US. I have 6 brothers and sisters and my mother has 16 Grandchildren. This year my Mother is turning 80 so we wanted to do something special. So we booked Villa Del Mar based on the web page and reviews. Our trip exceeded our expectations. Omar and Jose (cooks and bar tenders) were great. The meals were fabulous. How great is it to eat lunch on a bar stool in the house pool. Highly recommend the Pig Roast, it was awesome. We also rented Olivia's Sail Boat for the day and her crew was great. It was a much better value than the other excursions that were offered. Make sure you walk down to Luis's bar on the beach.
