Where do I start?… I terribly resent the 300 clients who put 5-star reviews at this villa, to have misled me so much…. ) Because by reading this review, we immediately see, What we are facing…. I visited almost every day during the week,and the concierge is at the Villa 24 hours a day, Each time to ask if everything was fine, Each time I was answered everything was good!!! - The refrigerator is completely clean inside, There are actually some rust spots at the bottom of the doors outside, Due to the fact that many customers close the doors with their feet, this fridge is exactly 13 months old, It is the 3rd that I change in 5 years of rental. - I must admit that the writings on the oven are not very visible, but I am not an oven maker or a glasses seller. - There are two coffee makers available, 1 paper filter coffee maker and we offer ground coffee. and 1 Nespresso machine and we offer the capsules. The espresso machine worked for the first 4 days, the 5th day no longer works, It's christmas day, i didn't find a place for repair, And I couldn't buy another one, because it's not available in las terrenas. I know a lot of villas that would bill the machine. - Yes there is voluntarily no plug in the kitchen sink, because it has filters to avoid clogging the pipes, I admit that washing the dishes under running water, It’s is not very ecologic ... But it seems more hygienic …If it had been communicated to us, that it was so important we would have removed the filters, and put back the plugs. - It is true that the generator is a bit noisy, but La Villa is one of the few in Las Terrenas to be equipped with it, During Christmas week there was at least 3/4 power cut every day on average, certain up to 1 hour. It's necessary to choose... - Regarding the bulbs that light up in the bedroom, don't worry, there is no voodoo,here ))) Just had to tighten the bulb or close the switch ...if I or my concierge had been warned we would have fixed the problem immediately. - All bathrooms are in very good condition, There was a hand wash in Coraline which cracked, I didn't even ask how it didn't happen which caused a drip leak when used, the water flowed gently in the shower. It takes a day to fix everything, and I didn't want to do it during the clients' stay, especially it really didn't bother much. It is possible for me to admit that it was the previous client, possibly! - And if the house is for sale, did not believe me stupid enough to stop the maintenance … - It is clearly written on the site that there is a charge for air conditioning.
