See Charlevoix Charmer ... Einfach warten, bis man es betritt. Innenraum wurde das Beste aus seinem nördlichen Michigan Charme zu machen professionell gestaltet. Aktualisierte Küche mit Arbeitsinsel, Doppeltürkühlschrank mit Eismaschine, 2 Spülmaschinen und Top-Endgeräten. Kabel / Direkt TV und WIFI zur Verfügung gestellt. Master Suite neue Queen-Bett, haben die anderen Schlafzimmer Königin, voll und das Kinderzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten. Schlafen 12 und hat drei Vollbäder. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher mit Videorekorder direkt neben dem Naturholzverbrennung Kamin. Haus verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer, 3 renovierte Badezimmer, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Gas-Kamin, abgestufte Deck mit saisonalen Whirlpool mit Blick auf einen fantastischen Landschaftsgarten. Im Frühjahr dieses Jahres gibt es eine neue Anlegestelle, die eine Anlegestelle für Ihr Boot und Ihre Jetskis bietet. Klimaanlage und neue Ofen hinzugefügt Sommer 2013. Das Haus am See macht das Beste aus seiner Lage an der Enge des Lake Charlevoix nur ein paar Meilen von der Innenstadt Charlevoix und eine kurze Fahrt zu Petoskey. Machen Sie einen Tagesausflug Stadt etwa 50 Meilen südlich oder zu Mackinaw und eine schnelle Fahrt mit der Fähre auf die Insel zu durchqueren. So viel zu sehen und so viel zu tun. Ein perfekter Ort für Familienspaß oder romantische Abgeschiedenheit. Dieses Haus bietet auch zwei Kajaks, ein Paddel Board und Rettungswesten für Ihren Gebrauch während Ihres Aufenthalts. Bootshaus steht zur Verfügung.

What a place!

We LOVED our stay at this property. If you have children, this place is a must. They have bunk room, paddle boards, kayaks and fishing pools. Since the property is in the Narrows, it's a no wake zone. Meaning the children can enjoy the water without the worry of speeding boats going by. It's also perfect to just sit on the dock and watch the parade of boats. Hot Tub and Solo Stove were nice additions. We cooked a lot at home and the kitchen had everything we needed plus a great grill. Overall, an exceptional property that we will visit again.

Loved the location, even met one of the neighbors who was really nice and informative. Clean property but did not like all the gnats-mad it difficult to eat and drink. Tracey, This home is a great location to enjoy Northern Michigan for those that love being on the water. We too dislike the no-see-ums that love being on the water just as much as we do and this year they seemed to be more of a nuisance than prior years. Unfortunately like mosquitos and Mayflies, they are another part of pest world that we have learned to live with during the summer months. I do hope that you saved our website and use it again on your next trip to Northern Michigan... Terri and the entire staff at Northern Michigan Escapes

Cozy, cottage style lake front home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here over Christmas Break 2019. We spent 5 peaceful evenings at this cozy, cottage style lake front home. We all slept until after 9am almost every morning which is rare for our family especially with young sons. The peacefulness of this place is unreal. The home was extremely clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our stay. The home was a cottage that has been renovated, and additions which provided that old cottage feel, smell and comfort but space for our family and modern conveniences. The master bedroom is simply perfection! Two family (with tvs) rooms to allow for space and continued enjoyment. Plenty of yard room for the kids to place and the hot tub was icing on the cake! The neighbors were extremely friendly as well. We can't say enough about our trip. We will return! I can only imagine how beautiful it is in the summer.

Used to be a great place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting this home for a decade. We have enjoyed it but it has sadly fallen into ill repair and the cost is going higher each year. The concrete of the patio is continuing to sink leaving a sandbag to use for a step. The new "railngs" that were added are bungee strapped for stability.- rather tacky! Of the 2 faucets in the kitchen, only one works. We come for 2 weeks and Northern Michigan Escapes allows you one towel per person but doesn't provide sufficient laundry soap. They also do not provide other basic supplies like dishwasher detergent for your stay. For as much as we pay per week I feel taken advantage of. I have nothing against the owners but feel like the home is overpriced for the condition that it is in. We also did not start with a clean refrigerator. Food from the previous guest was there along with spills that didn't get cleaned up.

Your feedback regarding the limited basic supplies, including towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods, is also important. While we do provide a starter supply, we understand that for guests staying two weeks or longer, this often falls short. We’ll take a closer look at how we can improve supply support for extended stays, especially given the premium price point of the property. We also hear your concerns about rising rental costs and the disconnect between the home’s condition and its pricing. Your perspective is valid, and we agree that rates should align with the overall quality and upkeep of the home. Lake Escape Family Vacation

The home was terrific for our family - the kitchen is spacious and well stocked, the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and nice, the master suite was lovely. The patio served us well - especially the hot tub, fire pit and grill. The view is spectacular. We loved sitting in the dock, jumping in the lake, using the inner tubes, paddles boards and kayak! The location is perfect - only a short drive into town. And close to The Landing restaurant and Ironton Ferry. We highly recommend thisproperty!

Great time

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for our family getaway. We haven’t slept that great in months! It’s a renovated, cozy once cabin turned lake home. The boys enjoyed the bunk beds and sledding in the yard.

The location is excellent, not far from Charlevoix and very private. There are neighbors on either side of the property, but we never felt that we were 'crowded.' The house has been recently remodeled/updated. Bathrooms are outstanding. The kitchen is spacious, and the center island provides enough space for all family members (we were six adults) to help prepare meals. The family room/s are outstanding. One was our favorite for watching late-night movies while the other was incredible to sit in the morning drinking coffee and chatting. The outside garden is incredible. The yard is professionally maintained. The deck provides a perfect place to relax, grill, and eat meals while enjoying the incredible views. The hot tub is a bonus we enjoyed every evening. The deck and boathouse are perfect. We enjoyed sunbathing, fishing and kayaking. The bottom of the lake is sandy and resembles a beach with crystalline water, better than a swimming pool! In summary, we would love to go back to this house; it exceeded our expectations.

It’s one of the few places that has such a nice dock for us to bring our boat. It’s also very conveniently located in between Charlevoix and East Jordan.
