A nice location near the beach
Davida was very nice and communicative while we stayed. The location is just a few minutes walking distance from the beach and there are some cool spots for food and drinks.
The place was clean and cozy, and beds were also comfy.
I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect location and comfortable stay
The unit was perfectly located for our visit to the Los Angeles area beaches. Access to the bike trail was easy and the neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores were great. The property manager was extremely prompt in answering our questions. Beds were quite comfortable and the hot tub was a real plus.

Only Asset is Distance to Ocean
This was a disappointing visit. The property was listed as 2 beds/2 baths. The 2nd bath is barely usable by normal sized people. Knees will bump the wall while sitting on the toilet and it helps to be a slender contortionist getting in the shower. There is no dining table. There are stools around the kitchen island which are an incorrect height. We ate our meals with plates on our laps. No network TV. VERY sparsely furnished. Would definitely NOT stay here again. The neighborhood is very loud at all hours.

Beach theme near airport
We loved staying in Davida’ condo. Clean and modern with a beach theme. The patio area with the hot tub was charming and private but the weather prevented us from using it.
The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and dishes.
The unit is very close to the beach which has a paved jogging/biking path. It is also very close to a cute coffee shop and is walking distance to several restaurants. There are many more choices just a short drive away.
We drove into LA twice for tourist stops. Visited Disney Concert Hall and took free tour. Ate in local food market. Visited Hollywood and Vine area. Parked at concert hall and took metro for H&V. Another day we drove to universal studios to attend a taping of family feud. A third day we drove to griffith observatory and getty museum (stunning gardens).
We felt very safe in Davida’s neighborhood and were happy that our kia sportage rental car fit in the driveway!

Sweet place by the beach with lots of good restaurant
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. Location is great: a few minute walk to the beach, or the main drag, with lots of restaurants and a small grocery store. Kitchen is well outfitted if you want to cook (we made breakfast). Beds are comfortable. Water and beer in the fridge was nice touch. We also used the patio out back which has a hot tub, which we didn’t use. Davida was easy to contact and work with. Washing machine and dryer worked well (sometimes those small units take forever to dry — this one did not). We had an issue with one toilet that was fixed promptly on a Friday afternoon. The only (minor) surprise was that the second bathroom was cramped for us 6-footers and a 6-foot-plus. Would definitely stay again. Thank you, Davida.

Lovely Space
We had never stayed in Playa Del Rey before. It has a wonderful neighborhood feel and the shops in the area are great. This two bedroom unit on the ground floor with a deck is clean, updated and very comfortable. Davida was very responsive and helpful.

convenient location
Clean and neat digs. Walking distance to everything in PDR, and great access to beach and bike trail. Second bath private but small and not functional for person over 200 pounds. Unit could also use a few drawers for clothes storage. Otherwise, really awesome place with newer kitchen. Huge closets. Everything worked well. Outdoor deck a plus, but too cool in April for use.

We love this place! It was our 2nd visit and we can't wait to come back. We will never stay in a hotel in LA again now that we found this place. Nice property, great location would stay again
This property was exactly as described, the gal we dealt with via email was welcoming, provided very clear instructions and accommodated some of our needs with our departure. The location of the unit was great, I have never been to this part of LA and would stay here again. The property itself was nice and had all the amenities advertised. We will most likely stay here again if we return to the area.

Great location, very clean
We really enjoyed our stay here for a long weekend. It had all the amenities we needed and was located perfectly to get around the city but away from the bustle. There’s a great breakfast cafe right down the street we ate at almost every morning and the condo is just steps from the beach. Neighborhood was very safe and there are several nearby spots to grab a bite or a drink.
If there was any negative at all, it was the master bathroom is extremely narrow. I’m 6’4” so I felt a bit like buddy the elf all weekend but a very minor inconvenience for an overall great place. P.S. the hot tub was great!

Great location with walking to wonderful restaurants, groceries, beach, Marina del Rey. Very clean and well appointed and Davida was just a phone call away and very helpful. The beach has a cement walking/riding trail. Perfect for being on the beach without getting your shoes full of sand! We loved our stay in Playa del Rey.

Beautiful and immaculate!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Playa del Rey. The condo provides an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants (we especially liked Cafe Milan for breakfast). Marina del Rey is also a short drive away for more restaurant options. The kitchen was well-stocked for the little cooking we did, and it was handy to have a washer and dryer as well as a designated parking space. The hot tub was an added bonus! Davida was easy to reach by email or text -- she responded within minutes to any question. We will definitely be back!
