Great for one person or a couple

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was up to date,decorated very nicely. The people next to me liked to play loud music on the deck. The people above me were so loud and vulgar with language (you could tell it was spring break kids without adults). Absolutely nothing you could do but so thankful the bedroom was on other side so I didn't have to deal with it all night. The parking was an issue but you couldn't control the city paving a sidewalk and blocking your parking lot. Apparently no one was staying in the room in which I used the parking space bc I was able to use the whole time. So,any issues I had were beyond your control. Your office was always available and accommodating. I love that!!! I felt the condo itself was very comfortable and I'm thankful it was somewhat within my budget (moreover than other places for sure).

Not a fan of the location.

While the unit was clean, the couch and living room chairs were EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE. The location was completely under construction on all roads - parking was NOT great. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything anyone said outside. The sliding door was almost impossible to open. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 garbage bag for the week.

Great location!

This condo was clean with a very nice kitchen and bathroom. It’s right on the main road in the middle of everything, so at the end of the day there’s no long ride home, you just pull right into your parking spot and into your room. So convenient right across from the beach. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and we really enjoyed it. It also felt very safe and we were far enough from the music hangout that we couldn’t hear any of the noise.

Small but Comfortable

Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly and helpful. Condo was easily accessible and close to the beach. Condo was clean and well organized, would recommend this to any age group especially couples. Overall enjoyment.

We loved this place, it was perfect for the two of us, our friends needed a place to sleep to catch their flight the next day and it was perfect for them too. We will definitely be back! Excellent location.

Gulf Shores Gentle Winds East NOT West

The owner originally listed this property Google map pin point near the West Lagoon Pass channel and it's actual Gulf Shores East, which is about 3.5 miles from the mapped pin point advertised. So we weren't too happy about that when we discovered the actual property address. The coach and bed are worn out and not much support left. No dishwasher as listed or dish strainer. We had to stop back at Bender vacation rental place and ask for a strainer and an additional parking pass, which they charge us $22.60 for and didn't say that there was an additional charge for this. Noticed it as an extra charge later on our card statement. Watch for the wood splinters and loose nails on the balcony deck. Also, the sharp corners of the steel furniture at the end of the bed. I got a few battle wounds from the stay. So in short . . . this stay worked out, but we've had much better through VRBO rentals.

Close proximity to beach. Very dated decor. Unit needed some maintenance, such as loose faucets, lightbulbs should have been consistent. Worn out mattress. Room blinds were paper. Sunk down sofa. Should include information regarding TV and fan usage (figured these out on our own). Mentioned using pool … there is no pool.

Great condo! Great location

First time to Gulf Shores! The unit was VERY clean and nicely decorated!! We felt very comfortable! Location is in walking distance to many restaurants! Beach is fabulous!! Will definitely be back!!
