Dear Burk, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water issue during your stay. We would like to clarify that Aruba has only one water company (WEB), which distributes water through several tanks across the island. One of these tanks is in poor condition and needs to be updated and will take several months. Currently, the water supply is redirected from another tank downtown, which has only one pump working due to power outages, causing low water pressure in the north area and downtown. Additionally, LeVent is installing a more powerful pump to mitigate this issue. Please note that this situation also affects the property owner and requires action by the homeowners' association, which is actively addressing the problem. According to our terms and conditions: PRESTIGE cannot accept liability for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, plumbing, telephone or ADSL. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding Carlotta and Geraldine providing you excellent service. They are dedicated to ensuring our guests have a memorable experience despite any challenges. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances. Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba

Dear Kim, thank you for taking the time to leave us review. We are happy that you liked the view and the building. Thank you also for the kind words towards our staff. Please note that we are just a phone call away if you have any comments or questions during your stay. The lounge chairs are currently replaced for new ones and we hope to welcome you another time with us when you are planning to visit Aruba again! Sunny regards, Prestige Vacations Aruba.
